“excellent tool”
Pros
Everything feels very simple to use, the artwork and templates look beautiful and even on the free plan we can still save files in high definition.
Cons
The free version is fairly limited but that's understandable considering how powerful the tool is.

“practical designs”
Pros
Really practical to use and the interface is simple to understand. It also comes with several features that make creating designs much more convenient.
Cons
One thing that could be better is that some images are only available as paid options and a few really good features are also locked behind payment.

“great for branding work”
Pros
Getting started with it takes almost no effort. It's excellent for branding and logo design, with plenty of ideas and inspiration to work from. We're also able to export high-quality images which is tough to find in a user-friendly program at such an affordable price point.
Cons
A lot of the features are locked behind a paid plan. It would help if the free version included a few more basics, like resizing the canvas at no cost. Still, these are only small drawbacks.

“Feature-packed”
Pros
Having a free version that includes a wide range of features and design elements is a big plus. The platform is user-friendly and the drag-and-drop tools make creating designs very simple. It also comes with a solid library of ready-made templates which saves users a lot of time.
Cons
The free version of it still has limited customization options. Since it is an online platform, you also can't work on your projects without an internet connection.

“customizable designs”
Pros
This software really stands out to me for its visuals and design options. Even when it gives ready-made layouts, I still have the freedom to edit them and adjust everything based on my own style and preferences.
Cons
At times, it still doesn't show the exact design I'm looking for, mainly because the keyword phrases can be a bit tricky to get right.

“simple setup”
Pros
All the design tools feel simple to use, there's a huge collection of templates and the platform works well for both beginners and more experienced users.
Cons
It still falls short on some advanced design capabilities when compared with professional programs like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

“easy to use”
Pros
The tool makes design approachable with accessible tools, ready-made templates and helpful guidance for newer users who want to create polished designs in all kinds of formats. The huge selection of templates for nearly any purpose is a big plus and I really appreciate how customizable they are. The free version for nonprofits is also a fantastic offering. Also, being able to add a brand kit with custom colors and logos, plus collaborate with a team directly in the design workspace, adds a lot of value.
Cons
At times, the interface can be a little slow to load because there are so many features built in. Some templates can also start to look a bit repetitive after a while although with a little more searching, that usually stops being an issue.

“good tool”
Pros
It lets me put together attractive designs fast without dealing with the steep learning curve that comes with many other design platforms. As a freelancer and small business owner, that saves me a lot of time and makes the whole process much more practical.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is the lack of a full ownership transfer option for designs. I can share a design with someone else but I can't completely hand it over without still keeping access to it.

“I like it”
Pros
Getting started with it is pretty simple, the tutorials help a lot and the whole platform feels very practical to use. Even people without much experience can create designs without much trouble.
Cons
The part I liked the least is that it occasionally crashes and it seems like the browser runs out of memory sometimes. Also, there still aren't many options available for video editing yet.

Pros
Using this app feels very simple and it comes with plenty of really useful features that help make our work much easier and more efficient.

“creative freedom”
Pros
Canva really stands out for being simple to use while still giving you tons of room to be creative. It's honestly a game-changer. Whether you're completely new to design or already know what you're doing, you can put together impressive graphics very quickly. The wide range of templates is a huge help too,you can find options for just about any project, from Instagram posts to presentations. Also, everything is highly customizable so it's simple to add your own style. Canva makes designing feel fun, quick and a lot less stressful.
Cons
Even though I enjoy using it the mobile version can be a little frustrating. Rearranging sections doesn't always feel very fluid and getting things placed exactly where you want them can be difficult at times. I also wish the free plan included a wider selection of templates. There's still plenty available to work with but having more choices would make the experience even better.

“fast infographics”
Pros
Working part-time as an adjunct instructor, I've ended up using Canva constantly for all kinds of infographic projects. The biggest reason we keep going back to it is how quickly things come together. It doesn't take long to learn the basics and start building something useful and once you're comfortable, you can keep adding more detail as needed. The templates save a lot of time too since they're simple to adapt to whatever topic you're working on. One example that stuck with me was when I built a sample piece promoting a comic book series. Even though the Canva template had nothing to do with comics, the layout and content flow fit the story I wanted to present really well.
Cons
Like most tools in this category, the free version comes with limits compared to the paid plan which is pretty standard. More broadly since it isn't intended to be top-tier professional design software, there can be some alignment quirks and matching colors exactly to an established brand guide isn't always perfect. That said, for the way I use it, those feel like pretty minor drawbacks overall.
