“fun design tool”
Pros
Even before I moved to a paid plan, this worked well for me for years, close to a decade on the free version alone. I only upgraded this year once it made sense to unlock more materials. It's fun to use and very simple and I've created all kinds of things with it, from flyers for school courses to newsletters for my company.
Cons
The most frustrating part is probably organizing and sorting the images I upload.

“team-friendly”
Pros
This software has been a big help for our team when we need to create sneak peek images for clients. The preset image folders, ready-made templates and collaboration options make the whole process much more organized and efficient. Also, the newer AI background editor has made photo and presentation editing incredibly simple.
Cons
One part that has been frustrating is the PandaDoc integration. Rather than letting you choose an existing design and import it directly, it makes you start from scratch. The only workaround is copying and pasting from an existing design which feels pretty dated and inconvenient.
