“Impressive!”

Pros

Putting together a questionnaire with it is quick and collecting responses happens fast. It doesn't take long to build a form and sharing the link with others is very simple.

Cons

The design of the forms remains fairly basic. When a project calls for something more polished or visually engaging, it can start to feel a little restrictive.

“We totally trust it”

Pros

Creating forms with it is really simple and the whole process feels very simple. People also feel comfortable using the link because it comes from a well-known, reputable site.

Cons

I'd love to have more ways to make the forms look cuter and better match our brand. It would be nice to have more playful font options and the ability to add animations.

“could use AI help”

Pros

Google offers a really handy tool for putting together surveys, quizzes and forms quickly for all kinds of purposes.

Cons

If they add AI features, like suggesting ways to improve a question right after you write it, that would be so awesome!!

“recommended feedback tool”

Pros

It makes it really simple to collect feedback from both internal teams and external audiences using quizzes, forms and sign-up sheets.

Cons

Wish it included a few more customization features but overall it's still a reliable tool.

“useful sheets integration”

Pros

Feels very simple to create forms and surveys with this software and it doesn't require any technical setup to get started. Since it comes free with Google Workspace, it's also a budget-friendly option. The interface is clear and simple so just about anyone can use it without much effort. Collecting data is smooth, responses stay automatically organized and the connection with Google Sheets makes reviewing and analyzing results much more convenient. It's also quite handy for basic scheduling and internal team coordination.

Cons

A limitation is the lack of deeper customization for survey design. The available templates and styling choices are fairly basic when compared with other form builders. Support is also not very direct unless you're on a paid Google Workspace plan. And when it comes to advanced workflows, staff scheduling or more detailed analytics, the tool can start to feel a bit restricted.

This tool is clean, simple look makes creating online forms feel pleasant and simple to work with.

Cons

At the same time, it can feel a bit limited next to Typeform especially when more advanced features are needed.

“accessible surveys for everyone”

Pros

Anyone can pick it up quickly because it's simple and accessible to all kinds of people. For creating fast online questionnaires, this is exactly the right tool.

Cons

One thing missing is the ability for respondents to attach documents. Adding that feature would really help especially for uploading files directly instead of relying on Google Drive links.

“Fairly priced!”

Pros

Putting together surveys for employees or clients with Good Forms feels really simple. It delivers a lot of value for a very low cost especially for how effective the product is.

Cons

Because it's so simple to use, there really isn't much to complain about. If you're not using it yet, you probably should be especially with how many adaptable features it offers.

“cost-effective forms clients prefer”

Pros

When several people need to complete the same form, it is the option we keep coming back to. It's far more cost-effective than Adobe and other tools we've used and clients tend to find it simpler to work with as well.

Cons

Switching over from Adobe to Google Forms does come with a bit of a learning curve. It also doesn't support every type of form we currently have in our full collection.

“so great”

Pros

Being able to build your own forms for other people to complete is one of the best things. It's incredibly simple to use for both the person creating the form and the people filling it out. You can set up and customize surveys pretty much any way you want which makes it excellent for gathering information and data from respondents. It's also a really strong value for the cost and the customer support from the team behind it has been very solid. Also, it even works well for scheduling employees, like collecting which days they need off.

Cons

Honestly I can say with complete confidence that there isn't a single thing I dislike.

“hassle-free collaboration”

Pros

Putting together surveys, questionnaires, sign-up forms and feedback requests with it is really simple. The interface is simple to work with and the drag-and-drop setup plus the different question formats make it possible to build forms quickly without needing any technical skills. Responses are gathered automatically and connecting everything to Google Sheets for analysis saves a lot of time while keeping data organized. Sharing forms with others and collaborating on them is also genuinely helpful.

Cons

The customization and design side feels a bit limited when compared with more specialized survey tools. Reporting on a more advanced level is somewhat restricted too and branding options are not very flexible. If you need highly complex forms, you may end up relying on extra third-party integrations.

Pros

Building, sharing and reviewing data in it is really simple. It doesn't require any training to get started which makes it very user-friendly.

Cons

Using it for scheduling can be difficult. It also doesn't let you add live links and that would make it a lot more useful.

“Had a great experience”

Pros

Putting together surveys, quizzes and feedback forms is very simple and the whole process feels fast and efficient. Another big plus is that responses are automatically organized which makes them simple to review and analyze.

Cons

Customization features are a bit limited and the more advanced design options could definitely be better. Certain question types and formatting choices also feel less flexible compared with other form-building platforms.

“word-like and collaborative”

Pros

Using it feels very familiar, almost like working in Word so getting started was simple. It's also very convenient when a document is shared with my coworkers because we can jump in and edit it together in real time.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about it. My workplace handles the cost so from my side I just get to enjoy the benefits without any downside.

“You can make forms in minutes”

Pros

Creating forms with GForms is really simple and user-friendly. I can put together a form in just a few minutes and share it with others right away, without having to deal with complicated settings or design decisions.

Cons

It actually covers everything I need. Even smaller details like the color options are included so I really have nothing to complain about.

“Keeps me organized”

Pros

One of the best parts is how simple it is to build and share forms, then check all the responses in one place. I use it a lot for tenant pre-approval forms and it really helps simplify everything before I schedule showings while keeping the whole process organized. Another big plus is that it's free as long as you have a Google account.

Cons

Don't have much to complain about because it does exactly what I need. The design customization is fairly limited but that doesn't really affect my day-to-day use. There also isn't dedicated live support although the self-service help articles are genuinely useful. One thing to keep in mind is that people without a Google account may have trouble using the tool.

“focused tools that deliver”

Pros

Sticks to the tools you actually need without piling on extra features that don't add much value. Instead of chasing unnecessary additions, it keeps improving the core functionality so everything works reliably and efficiently. At my company, I mainly use it to measure interest in different products and it handles that job really well.

Cons

At the same time, while the limited set of options keeps things simple, it can also be a little frustrating when you have a clear idea for a certain technical setup or feature you'd like to use but the platform just doesn't support it.

“fast setup and reliable feedback”

Pros

Getting started with it takes almost no time and it works really well for collecting survey responses and feedback. The whole setup is simple and efficient.

Cons

The downside is that the customization features feel limited when compared with more advanced survey and form-building tools. It would be better if those limitations were improved in future updates.

“quick data collection”

Pros

It's incredibly user friendly and the setup takes almost no time. The automatic response graphing plus the smooth one-click integration with Google Sheets saves a huge amount of time when gathering and organizing data.

Cons

“useful insights”

Pros

Being free and incredibly quick to learn is hard to beat. Within a few minutes, I can put together a clean form and share it right away. The part I appreciate most is how responses are automatically turned into clear graphs, plus I can export everything straight to Google Sheets when I need more detailed analysis.

Cons

Overall design still feels pretty basic and there is not much room for aesthetic customization. When I want to build a more polished, highly interactive form that really fits branding needs, the platform starts to feel limiting.
