“so good”

Pros

Love that it didn't take long to build quick forms and share them on my Linktree. I also found out I can export all submissions to a CSV file which helps a lot when I need to reorganize or sort through the information.

Cons

It would be really useful to have some ready-made templates instead of creating new forms from scratch every time. I'd also appreciate more advanced reporting features to make analyzing the results a lot better.

“Simple forms”

Pros

Putting together forms, registrations, surveys and even quizzes with it has been really efficient and simple. The interface is clean which makes creating and editing forms quick to manage. It also supports a good range of question types, including dropdowns, multiple choice and short answer fields.

Cons

Does fall short when it comes to design flexibility and that makes it tougher to handle more advanced survey requirements. It also has some limitations with offline functionality which can make the app feel less responsive.

“quick surveys!!”

Pros

Whenever I need to put together a form or quiz quickly, it has been a very reliable option. The platform is highly versatile and very user-friendly, with an easy layout that makes creating forms simple. Since it's free to use, it works really well for anyone who needs a low-cost way to launch a survey. It also gives you some design customization which is a nice bonus.

Cons

Because it is a free platform, the customization options aren't especially advanced. The design side is fairly limited especially when you compare it with other dedicated survey-building services.

“Great forms for data collection”

Pros

Designing and developing forms with this software is quite simple and it helps organize the process in a proper way. It's also very useful for handling data collection efficiently.

Cons

At times, duplicate values are not detected which has caused issues for us because duplicate entries still get into the data. We end up having to find those duplicate records ourselves and remove them manually.

“smooth google workspace fit”

Pros

Getting a form up and running in it takes very little effort and sharing it with others is just as simple. One thing I really appreciate is how naturally it connects with the rest of Google Workspace especially Sheets, Drive and permission settings. Gathering responses and working together with teammates feels quick and efficient.

Cons

Its biggest downside is that advanced calculations and conditional logic are fairly limited. Once you need more complex forms, workflows or deeper integrations, it starts to feel pretty basic compared with more specialized form-building tools.

“Easy to setup”

Pros

Hardly any time to get started and the whole process of collecting responses feels clean and simple. Whether it's intake forms, feedback surveys or quick client questionnaires, it handles exactly what you need without much of a learning curve at all. The direct integration with Google Sheets is also really helpful since it keeps submissions organized and makes them simple to review.

Cons

Branding is pretty limited. You can upload a header image and choose a color but beyond that there isn't much flexibility to make the form feel truly on-brand. If presentation is important for something client-facing, a paid option may be a better fit.

“team collaboration done right”

Pros

One of my favorite things is how simple it is to work on forms with my team. It makes collaboration really simple and that's the feature I appreciate most.

Cons

My biggest issue with it is that some of the settings are a bit confusing and that can end up causing some unusual data results.

“clean interface”

Pros

Right away, the clean interface made everything feel simple. Setting up forms takes almost no time and collecting responses can start immediately. It also keeps responses well organized automatically and the analytics become even more convenient when it's connected with Sheets.

Cons

I'd still like to see more customization options. When you need deeper analytics or more advanced survey logic, it feels pretty basic and doesn't offer much flexibility.

“effortless form tracking across devices”

Pros

Being able to track saved forms from any device is a huge plus. Creating them and saving them to Drive is also very simple and convenient.

Cons

Would like to see a better way to sort forms and organize them by subject.

“You have templates for everyday tasks”

Pros

Using it has been pretty simple and the basic template handles most of the tasks I need to get done both at work and at home.

Cons

Something I'd still want is more control over the colors. The default color scheme feels a bit dull although that may already be possible and I just haven't come across the option yet.

“smoothest sheets sync”

Pros

One thing I appreciate most about it is how simple and accessible it is. It makes gathering feedback or information really convenient and I also like how well it connects with other Google tools especially Sheets, for keeping responses organized.

Cons

The part I like least about it is that the customization features can feel somewhat limited. It works really well for basic surveys and data collection but building forms that feel more personalized or visually appealing can be a bit difficult.

“Great integration”

Pros

It wins me over mainly because it's so simple and user-friendly. Also, the integration with Google Sheets for analyzing responses is a huge advantage.

Cons

What's missing for me are more advanced design options to make forms look more visually appealing. The customization features are fairly limited which makes it hard to create something that feels truly unique.

“So good”

Pros

Getting started with it takes almost no effort and the whole platform feels very user friendly. Creating a survey is simple and if you want to make changes later, that is simple too. The form layouts are pretty basic but they do exactly what is needed for collecting standard information. I have never used it for employee scheduling so I cannot comment on that part. I also have not needed to contact customer support at all because it is so simple to use and the pricing is amazing since it is free.

Cons

The downside is that it feels very basic. There is not much design flexibility and there were times I wanted to add more pictures and similar elements but those options just are not available.

“Loved using”

Pros

Stands out for its simplicity and very user friendly interface. It works well across a wide range of use cases, offers solid response analytics and the biggest advantage is how well it integrates with Google Workspace.

Cons

Does a really good job for simpler needs and basic analytics or response insights but if someone needs deeper analysis or more advanced reporting, they'll likely have to connect it with another tool.

“a complete time saver”

Pros

One thing that really works well is how simple and convenient it makes day-to-day tasks. As a Senior Agent at iQor, I use it for team feedback, attendance, surveys and gathering important information and it saves a lot of time. I also appreciate that the responses are automatically organized which makes tracking and reviewing data much easier without adding extra work. Also, it's simple to share and can be accessed from any device which helps teamwork run better and keeps communication efficient in a fast-paced work environment.

Cons

Part I like least is that it can feel a little limited once you need more than just basic forms. As a Senior Agent at iQor, there are times when I wish I had more options to make the forms look more visually appealing or interactive especially for employee feedback or training-related surveys.

“quick feedback”

Pros

It is free and it's been a really useful way for us to collect simple, fast input from people. We use it for all kinds of things, from food and T-shirt orders to gathering employee preferences and opinions.

Cons

Setting up even a basic survey can feel a little tiring because there's a lot of scrolling involved. Creating different response paths based on answers also takes quite a few screens so the process can be more tiring than it should be.

“Their support is amazing”

Pros

Has been an awesome tool for collecting data and feedback from all kinds of audiences in a lot of different ways. Creating new forms and surveys is really simple and I've had consistently positive experiences customizing them to fit what I need. On the rare occasion that a question or issue has come up, customer support has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

Cons

If there's one area that could be better, it would be having more granular flexibility for branding and design.

“i liked it”

Pros

Putting forms together is pretty simple and the connection with Google Sheets is really useful. It also helps that it's already included with any Google account, whether personal or Workspace.

Cons

The interface is clean but it still feels fairly limited in terms of design. More advanced logic is difficult to set up and the integrations can be a bit fragile.

“fast collaboration with sheets”

Pros

Getting forms up and running is really quick and the whole process feels fast and simple. The Google Sheets integration is a big plus, real-time collaboration works really well and having those smart features available for free makes it even better.

Cons

On the downside, the design options are pretty limited, the themes feel very basic and file uploads come with restrictions. It also feels a bit dated compared with more modern form-building tools.

“user friendly forms!”

Pros

In the workplace, using Gforms has been really simple. In some cases, it even feels simpler to use than Word. Setting up surveys, forms, spreadsheets and similar documents takes very little effort and adding collaborators is just as uncomplicated. Since this is free, it offers excellent value and ends up being very useful overall. For data collection, it performs especially well because it's simple to involve team members from different parts of the company and unlike some other tools, it rarely runs into glitches. I've never needed to contact Google's customer support so I can't comment on that but to me that's a positive sign because it shows the product works consistently.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything I dislike about it. It works really well and I don't have any complaints.
