“clean and ready to go forms”
Pros
Putting together a form in it is one of the most hassle-free experiences I've had with data collection tools. It only takes a few minutes to build something usable, with no tutorials to sit through and no real learning curve to deal with. The design choices for surveys are clean, responses automatically land in Google Sheets and sharing it is as simple as sending over a link. For a free product, it really includes just about everything most people would need.
Cons
I'd love to see a few more customization options for form design in future updates although it already handles the majority of use cases really well.

“so good”
Pros
Creating forms, questionnaires and online quizzes with this has been really simple and sharing them is convenient since people can just click a link and access everything right away.
Cons
At times though, collecting the results in a format that actually works for what I need can be a bit frustrating.

“Gives clear insights”
Pros
Publishing a form and going back to edit it later is one of the things I value most about it. It's also really useful that each question can be changed to fit what's needed, whether that's multiple choice, checkboxes, long-answer responses and more. Another feature I appreciate is how the platform automatically compiles responses and turns them into visual summaries of the results. The option to keep answers anonymous is also a big plus because it helps support workplace safety. Also, the controls for how responses are collected and protected are easily one of Google Forms' most valuable strengths.
Cons
Don't have any real complaints. I've used it along with Google Docs, Gmail and Google Meet for most of my life and I depend on them regularly. There really isn't anything about their services that I dislike.

“fantastic for surveys”
Pros
Putting together surveys and collecting data with this software has been absolutely wonderful. It's very simple to use and there are plenty of customization options to work with.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints since it does exactly what I need it to do. The only issue is that people often need a Google account to access the forms and that can sometimes create problems.

“Student-friendly platform”
Pros
Being able to use it for free through my school account makes it feel like really good value. The platform is user friendly and getting around it doesn't take much effort. Creating surveys is simple and the whole design process is simple to follow for both the person building the survey and the people responding to it.
Cons
I haven't had any reason to contact customer service yet so I can't really comment on that one way or the other. The data collection tools work well but they're fairly basic and somewhat limited. That's enough for what I need though I can see how they could be improved. I'm also not very sure what options are available when it comes to process or workflow automation.

“Pretty efficient”
Pros
Putting together forms, surveys and quizzes is very simple with this tool which is something I really appreciate. It keeps the whole process simple while still being efficient and I can create well-structured forms quickly. Another big plus is how responses are automatically organized in Google Sheets which makes tracking and managing submissions much more convenient.
Cons
The downside is that the customization options are fairly limited. There isn't much flexibility when it comes to layout control or branding so if you want a more personalized design, you usually have to rely on external add-ons.

“easy reporting”
Pros
Across our organization, it has been a really efficient way for our team to collect feedback. We use it for engagement surveys along with employee engagement and culture initiatives and it works well for all of those purposes. Creating forms is simple and filling them out is simple for everyone Being able to adjust existing forms or build different ones for different needs has been a big advantage for our team. It also helps that results are simple to track and can be exported into Sheets or Excel for more visual charts and reporting.
Cons
It is simple to customize and navigate in its core features but I'd still love to see more design options and built-in graphing features within the forms themselves. You can change fonts, edit questions, upload images and handle the basics well but having more drag-and-drop freedom to design the layout would make it even better. It's mostly a cosmetic suggestion but it would definitely add more visual value to the platform.

“Great results”
Pros
Using it has been a really simple experience overall and it comes with several customization options. That's exactly why I keep choosing it for these kinds of tasks.
Cons
At this point, I honestly can't think of any real negatives. I've run into a few minor issues here and there but they were simple to sort out.

“a mobile friendly device!”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how simple it is to use especially with the Google Sheets integration. As a student doing research, I can gather responses quickly and watch the data turn into charts in real time which is really helpful. It's also completely free and works perfectly on mobile devices.
Cons
The customization on the design side feels a little limited. I'd really like to have more professional-looking themes and better font choices. Also, setting up more advanced conditional logic in surveys can be a little challenging compared to some premium tools.

“impressive”
Pros
Putting together surveys and quizzes in it feels incredibly simple thanks to its accessible interface and user friendly layout so it's possible to create polished forms in just a few minutes without needing any coding skills. The real-time sync with Google Sheets is one of the best parts since responses flow in instantly and can be analyzed or visualized right away. Also, its versatility really makes it dependable, with multiple question formats, skip logic and customizable themes that work well for everything from academic research to quick team or organizational polls.
Cons
It does have some limits. The design customization is fairly restricted, with only basic options for adjusting colors, headers and overall branding so layouts can feel a bit too fixed. It also falls short on more advanced logic especially if you need complex calculations inside the form or a stronger save-and-resume option for longer submissions.

“saves my time”
Pros
It's so easy to put together a form at work only takes a few minutes so getting started is really quick. Responses go straight into Google Sheets which makes reviewing and analyzing everything fast and convenient. Sharing is simple too, just copy the link, adjust permissions and drop it into a calendar invite or chat. The available field types like multiple choice, dropdowns and file uploads cover most everyday needs without any trouble. Autosave is a big plus because I do not have to worry about losing a half-finished form if my laptop crashes. It also helps that people can submit responses without needing an account which usually leads to a better response rate.
Cons
Customization side is pretty limited so forms tend to look plain and are not very easy to brand. Branching logic works well enough for simple setups but once there are lots of paths involved, it can become messy and difficult to manage. File upload is useful although storage rules and permissions can get confusing in a work setting. There is also no built-in advanced reporting so I usually end up exporting everything to Sheets to make charts. Editing on mobile feels restricted which is why I would rather build forms on a desktop. For larger surveys, response caps or quota limits can sometimes create problems.

“Quick and easy setup”
Pros
Putting together forms in it feels very simple. I can build questions fast, make changes whenever I need to and it automatically gathers all the responses in one place. It also helps break down the data based on what I'm looking for and it handles all the business analytics I need, plus more.
Cons
A Google account is required and it helps if you're already comfortable using Google's tools. There's still a bit of a learning curve and with so many features available, it can feel a little overwhelming at first.

“useful survey insights”
Pros
Setting up a Google Form is really simple which makes getting started quick. I also love that the survey results can be turned into charts and graphs making the data much easier to understand. It works very well for collecting information and having the option to purchase Google Business to access the full suite of programs is another big plus.
Cons
At first, there was a small learning curve but it wasn't anything too difficult to get past. I've also run into a few challenges when trying to make the survey fully accessible.

“decent experience...”
Pros
It is a simple yet complete product, useful for both work-related tasks and personal use.
Cons
Biggest downside was the lack of clear information on how to set up certain multiple-choice or checkbox questions. Fortunately, over the years and with each new version, that difficulty has gradually been resolved.

“reliable forms for every need”
Pros
Across a nine-school system, it has been a really efficient way to handle information for all kinds of tasks, from meeting RSVPs and PTA sign-ups to broader data collection. Setting up forms, sharing them out and keeping track of responses is very simple and the integration with Google Sheets makes sorting and reviewing data feel smooth. Because it's so accessible and simple to use, it's become a go-to option for both administrators and volunteers.
Cons
One area where it falls short is customization. The choices for headers, colors and overall branding are pretty limited so forms can end up feeling generic instead of matching an organization's identity. If you need something that looks more polished or strongly branded, it can be a bit limiting.

“Try it youself”
Pros
Creating surveys in G Forms feels very simple and user friendly. The layout is clean, putting everything where you expect it so building a form doesn't take much time. I also appreciate how well it connects with other Google products especially Sheets which makes reviewing and analyzing responses much more convenient. It's a dependable free tool that works nicely for both simple forms and more detailed data collection.
Cons
Something that feels a bit lacking in it is the limited room for customization and design. Next to some other survey platforms, it can come across as fairly basic and advanced options like complex logic paths or stronger branding controls are somewhat limited.

“works brilliantly”
Pros
It has been really useful for collecting data and I especially appreciate how well it connects with other tools like Google Sheets, along with the AI features tied into Google Docs.
Cons
The part I have the hardest time with, probably more on me than the platform,is analyzing the data and figuring out how to combine certain forms into one more consolidated collection.

“made my work (and life) simpler”
Pros
One of the best parts is that it's free for anyone with a Google account so getting started doesn't cost anything. Setup is very quick and sharing the form with others is just as simple. Real-time collaboration is really useful and being able to track responses as they come in helps a lot. The connection with Google Sheets also makes reviewing and analyzing data much more convenient. It's not built specifically for scheduling but it still works fairly well for collecting availability.
Cons
There are definitely some limits when it comes to customization and branding so it may not look as polished as other tools. It also doesn't offer advanced survey logic or the kind of detailed analytics you'd get from more professional platforms. Support is fairly limited too especially compared with paid services like SurveyMonkey or Typeform. For more complex research projects, it can start to feel a bit too basic.

“free surveys with helpful summaries”
Pros
Being a free tool, it does what I need it to do quite well. Sending forms out to people is pretty simple and the way it pulls all the responses together is really useful.
Cons
It still feels a bit unfinished in places and is missing certain features or question types that would help with my use cases. For instance, there's no way to let people drag or rank a list of items from worst to best across rows which feels like a missed opportunity.
