“professional writing aid”
Pros
Our team's writing has improved a lot since we started using it. It's made our communication clearer and more polished which helps us come across as more professional and dependable to clients. The integration with MS Word, Outlook and Chrome has been especially useful because everyone can use it naturally across the tools we already work in every day. Beyond fixing spelling and grammar mistakes, it also helps people become better writers over time. It's an excellent fit for anyone still developing their English or simply wanting to keep their communication at a high standard.
Cons
Grammarly Business comes with a very complete set of features and that's what makes it such a valuable tool for a business setting. It works smoothly with the programs we rely on most, including MS Word, Outlook and Chrome which helps keep our communication professional and consistent. The plagiarism checker is another strong feature, giving us confidence that our content stays original. Installation was simple and the platform is simple to use so it's accessible for every member of the team.

“So convenient!!”
Pros
Works really well for editing and grammar suggestions and it integrates with a wide range of services, including Google and Microsoft accounts. I also appreciate being able to turn specific grammar rules on or off depending on what I need. Also, it offers plagiarism checking and a generative AI tool though those are available as paid features.
Cons
Every now and then some of the suggestions feel unnecessary or a bit annoying. Also, the more detailed reports are only available through web browsers and a lot of the more useful features are locked behind a subscription plan.

“Limited flexibility”
Pros
Getting this rolled out across the organization was incredibly simple and using it day to day is just as simple. It catches most spelling mistakes and punctuation issues which saves a lot of time.
Cons
Some of the suggestions can be misleading or just plain incorrect. It still gets confused between languages and sometimes recommends changes to things that should be left alone, like names or places. A few of the style suggestions also feel questionable and being limited to English makes it less flexible than it should be.

“real-time writing support”
Pros
Works well across multiple platforms including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Slack and email clients. The real-time feedback is especially helpful because team members can catch and fix mistakes while they're still writing.
Cons
Comes at a high cost which can be tough for small businesses or startups working with limited budgets. The pricing also goes up as more team members are added.

“Good one”
Pros
Grammarly Business really helps raise writing quality and productivity by combining strong contextual analysis with real-time suggestions. Along with its simple integration and customization options, it gives companies solid support when they want to keep business communication clear, polished and consistently high in quality.
Cons
Even though it offers a lot of value and has plenty of strengths, there are still areas where it could be better, such as pricing, reliance on an internet connection, the occasional over-correction, privacy concerns, a bit of a learning curve and limits around customization. Still, those drawbacks do not take away from the fact that it remains a powerful option for improving writing quality and consistency in business communication.

Pros
Right away the program feels very user friendly and I really appreciate that pretty much anyone can pick it up and use it without much trouble.

“I like it”
Pros
I appreciate most how much it improves the readability of an article. It helps cut out overly complicated wording, fixes spelling mistakes and lifts the overall quality of the paper.
Cons
it can be a bit too aggressive with its recommendations especially for words you may actually want to keep. There are moments when the suggested synonym doesn't really fit the context or topic of the article.

“Perfect for our team”
Pros
Something that really stands out is the full set of writing tools it offers. It makes editing much faster, helps improve clarity and professionalism in communication and overall boosts productivity and collaboration across the organization.
Cons
A downside is that it can create too much dependence on the tool which may cause users to rely on it instead of building and improving their own writing skills.

“peace of mind for every draft”
Pros
Having Grammarly Business in place takes a lot of pressure off. It gives me confidence that anything we send out is polished and well written especially during times when there just isn't enough time or staff to manually proofread every single piece.
Cons
My only real complaint is having to manually add business-specific terms and acronyms. It feels like it could already recognize more of those by now. Still, adding them isn't hard and once they're included, the overall experience gets even better.

“better writing”
Pros
this software has delivered a strong and well-rounded set of benefits. It noticeably raises the quality of writing, saves both time and effort and helps employees build much stronger writing skills which ends up having a positive effect on the overall performance of individuals and companies alike. Some of the biggest advantages are better collaboration, improved writing quality and ongoing learning and training throughout the time the program is being used.
Cons
When I compare the price to the value it provides, the return is clearly worthwhile and even profitable. Still, despite how useful and high-quality the program is, the cost can sometimes be too high for individuals with limited budgets or for small companies. That can make the investment harder to justify in certain situations. Offering promotions or discounts would make a big difference especially since the value delivered feels higher than the current price. Even with that concern, I appreciate the people behind this program and wish them continued success and growth.

“So convenient”
Pros
From the get go, Grammarly stands out for how accurately it catches common grammar and spelling mistakes which helps keep writing polished. The real-time suggestions while typing make it very user-friendly since corrections can be made naturally without interrupting the flow. It's also available on multiple platforms, including web browsers, desktop apps and mobile devices so it's convenient to use almost anywhere. Also, the premium version adds useful advanced tools like writing insights, vocabulary improvement suggestions and plagiarism detection which makes the overall writing quality and flexibility of the tool even better.
Cons
Even with all those advantages it has a few downsides. It can be a bit too aggressive with its correction suggestions sometimes recommending changes that aren't really needed and may even shift the intended meaning of the text. Its contextual understanding is also somewhat limited especially in specialized subjects or with more nuanced styles such as creative writing or technical terminology. Some users have also mentioned compatibility problems with the browser extension, including slowdowns or glitches in certain web applications.
