quick set up

Pros

Using it feels very simple. The suggestions are genuinely helpful and the quality of the work we're able to submit is excellent.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems with it. The only thing that would be nice is a discount option for tax-exempt organizations.

so good

Pros

From a business communication standpoint, it feels like a must-have for companies that want their written correspondence to be more polished and professional. The advanced grammar checks help teams collaborate more effectively in real time and its integration with popular apps makes it accessible across different devices. The added security features and detailed performance analytics also make it a strong fit for organizations working with sensitive information. With its adaptive interface, customizable goals and broad cross-device support, Grammarly Business can be a game-changing tool for companies aiming to raise communication standards, improve readability and strengthen overall writing quality with impressive simplicity.

Cons

Even though it is very helpful for improving written communication, there are still a few drawbacks worth considering. The subscription cost can be too expensive for smaller businesses and depending too heavily on its suggestions may weaken users' own proofreading skills over time. While the interface is user-friendly some people may still face a learning curve, along with possible privacy concerns. It also shouldn't be treated as a complete substitute for human proofreading since its understanding of context does not always align with the intended meaning. Also, businesses should think carefully about compatibility issues, offline limitations, limited industry-specific functionality and style suggestions that can feel a bit too general.

Everyone should get it

Pros

We really appreciate the training because it helps develop writing in different ways and improves how the work is corrected.

Cons

Adding more features would take it to a top-tier level as a real-time text correction tool.

browser integration I love

Pros

One thing that's been incredibly useful for me is how this app helps clean up both spelling and grammar while fitting naturally into my daily routine. The browser integration is a standout feature and I really appreciate how convenient it is to use on my phone for texting and emails. Its interactive suggestions are especially helpful when I'm writing an email since it recommends wording that fits the context and helps me send messages without spelling or grammar mistakes. I've tried several other tools but it is still the one that works best for me.

Cons

I don't have any complaints because I've been happy with all of its features.

quick proofreading

Pros

Getting started with this tool is very simple. You just paste in your text and within a few seconds, it gets proofread. The accuracy isn't flawless but it's reliable enough to use most of the time.

Cons

Accuracy isn't really the biggest concern here. The bigger issue is the widget for Chrome which doesn't perform as well as the web app. Because of that, even if you use the widget, it's still a good idea to double-check your text in the web app.

best one

Pros

Using it across any program is really convenient and you don't have to be an expert to get it installed and start using it. It's simple enough that you can learn how it works naturally while writing your everyday texts.

Cons

Once the writing becomes more complex or professional, it sometimes keeps suggesting the same corrections. I'd really like to see more options for synonyms and antonyms while writing.

Great writing support

Pros

Writing feels much more polished with it. It catches errors, offers useful suggestions and follows me across pretty much every place I write. The integration with tools I already use, like MS Office, is very convenient. On the Business plan, the added features such as plagiarism checking make it even more valuable and really useful for improving overall writing quality.

Cons

I haven't come across many real drawbacks yet. One piece of feedback from the localization teams at my company is that when non-English content reviewed in Grammarly gets submitted, regional language variations like Mexican Spanish or Indian English still aren't fully supported yet.

Ideal for us

Pros

Grammarly catches a lot of grammar mistakes when I'm writing emails and documents. It works across different applications and having that small Grammarly icon appear on the desktop makes it really convenient to use. The suggestions are especially helpful and welcome once the document is finished.

Cons

One issue is that it does not work properly on some browsers which makes it difficult to review content when I need to use it on those browser pages.

My writing companion

Pros

Spell-checking and punctuation tools are the parts I use the most and they work really well. The interface is also simple to navigate which makes it very user-friendly.

Cons

there's nothing I dislike. I'd gladly recommend it to content creators as well as business professionals.

I use it daily

Pros

Having real-time spell check while I'm writing documents and presentations for work has been really helpful. It makes my writing sound more professional and helps me communicate my message more clearly.

Cons

I don't enjoy the limitation it has at work especially since I'm only able to use the extension and not the website itself to upload my documents.

user friendly

Pros

Working in sales, one of my favorite things was being able to run our email templates through it. When you're contacting prospects, it really matters that the message is engaging, the spelling is accurate and the grammar is on point. After using it, I always felt confident that my emails were polished and ready to send.

Cons

There wasn't anything I dislike. It's been an excellent tool overall.

convenient to use

Pros

This tool helped me improve my punctuation, word choice and sentence structure. Over time, that progress has made me a much stronger writer and copywriter, if I do say so myself.

Cons

After using it for well over a decade I can't say there are any major downsides. That said I'd still appreciate broader optimization for other forms of English, such as Indian English and Nigerian English.

Great overall

Pros

It connects really well with the apps I use most and the whole experience feels adaptive since it works quietly in the background without constant prompts. The features included in the free version are also excellent.

Cons

Grammarly's monthly subscription model can be a bit expensive for me at times especially as a recurring monthly payment.

Excellent

Pros

The AI felt user-friendly and connected nicely with the popular tools we already use. In our company, it has helped improve writing clarity, strengthen team collaboration and support customization around our style guidelines. The detailed insights and analytics make it easier to adjust what we need and monitor our progress with writing style over time. Also, the security and privacy measures in place are very reassuring.

Cons

I haven't run into anything I dislike. Any downsides would probably depend on each person's specific needs and preferences.

professional writing boost

Pros

This grammar tool has really changed the way our team handles professional communication. The biggest benefits for us have been its detailed grammar, punctuation and spelling checks which make our writing much more polished. It's also very user-friendly so even team members with different levels of tech experience can use it comfortably. Also, fitting it into our existing business workflow was very simple.

Cons

This tool sure does a lot well but there are still a few small areas that could be better. The vocabulary suggestions could use some refinement since the alternative word choices aren't always the most relevant. The text similarity detection also feels like it could be more thorough.

a decent one

Pros

One thing that stands out is how well it catches grammar and spelling mistakes. It also gives useful suggestions for clarity and tone which makes writing feel more polished overall.

Cons

The part I like least is that even though it has valuable features it's still important to keep its limitations in mind.
