Using it has been really simple and it has helped me become more productive at work. It supports me when I'm writing messages, comments or suggestions during the day and it has also helped me improve my English. It makes daily tasks much more manageable especially with email writing, by giving useful suggestions for grammar and spelling mistakes.

Cons

Most of the features work very well for me and honestly I haven't come across anything negative to say about it.

Right away, it has made a real difference in how I write and communicate. It suggests stronger word choices and catches mistakes as I'm typing which helps me improve things on the spot. Something that bothers me is that the software still doesn't recognize my business jargon or shorthand even when I try to dismiss those suggestions. I'd really like to see a future feature that lets me add my own terms so they stop getting flagged as incorrect in my messages. Other than that, it's a very helpful tool and one I'm genuinely glad to have.

I absolutely love how many different suggestions it gives to help improve my writing. Being able to set goals for each assignment is another big plus since I can choose the domain, intent, formality and audience depending on what I'm working on. It's also really useful that I can download the tools and have grammar and spelling checked across different platforms like Word, Outlook and Chrome.

There honestly isn't much I dislike about it. Once in a while, it seems to miss a few grammar issues but that may have more to do with the writing style settings that are selected.

To me, it's absolutely worth the cost. The weekly writing stats they send by email are a nice bonus too.

Aside from that, we rely on manual editors so the grammar-related features are not something we use very much directly.

There really isn't anything significant to complain about since it does what we need and we've been using it for our business for the last few years. The only issue we ran into was a one-time account access problem but that was handled proactively and resolved.
