“top-notch writing support”
Pros
Using this program has noticeably improved my writing and the customer support has been excellent as well. Grammarly Business is especially useful for creating high-quality emails and polished blog posts.
Cons
It can sometimes make annoying autocorrections to names and other tricky sections which gets frustrating when sending emails. Also, I keep being asked to log in again and again whenever I want to access the service after inactivity.

“boosts email communication”
Pros
I'd definitely recommend it. It helps a lot with communication productivity and also makes it easier to set the right tone for each email.
Cons
The yearly renewal is pricey. Still, I haven't come across another product on the market that offers a comparable balance of quality and price.

“helps keep my writing fresh”
Pros
Whenever I'm working on a lot of content, I tend to repeat the same words without noticing. Grammarly really helps catch that and clean it up. I'm even using Grammarly to review this while I write it. It's such a useful tool.
Cons
The plagiarism checker can be a bit of a hassle at times especially when a very small sentence fragment ends up triggering a plagiarism warning.

“Tone checks for emails is good”
Pros
Writing emails feels a lot better with the grammar tool turned on. While I'm typing, a small window appears on the right and points out things like run-on sentences or wording that might come across as unfriendly which has been really helpful.
Cons
There have been a few occasions where it tried to change a word or spelling even though it was already correct and being used properly.

“User friendly”
Pros
One of the most valuable parts for me is the spelling, grammar and punctuation checking. It really helps improve my writing skills by showing the correct word choices, better sentence construction, proper punctuation and more accurate document content.
Cons
A feature that would make it even better is offering several correction options instead of only one Grammarly suggestion or recommendation.

“so conveninent”
Pros
After using it for more than five years, it has become a reliable tool for editing documents and even simple personal writing for family and friends and it is also very useful in my work. It includes grammar checking, plagiarism detection and word correction which makes it quite valuable overall.
Cons
A limitation I've run into is that it sometimes flags a correct word or sentence as wrong and asks me to change it. Another issue is that it does not automatically capitalize the first letter of each sentence so I have to go back and fix that myself.

“decent tone adaptation”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how well it understands the ideas I want to communicate and then adjusts them to a colloquial, technical or professional tone depending on what the situation calls for.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about the app, my experience with it has been entirely positive so far.

“I like it”
Pros
Being multilingual, it's really helpful not having to constantly think through every English grammar rule. It makes written communication much simpler for my busy work and daily life.
Cons
I'd love to see Grammarly improve its reporting in the future by showing users which new words they used that others didn't. Since English isn't the only language I speak, it would be useful to know which words I should use more often or avoid in other types of communication.

“smart suggestions”
Pros
Right away, Grammarly works really well for me as a real-time spelling and grammar checker. I use and enjoy nearly all of its features. One thing I especially appreciate is being able to write and edit for specific audiences while setting goals and intent. I also get a lot of value from the style improvement suggestions.
Cons
The price is definitely on the high side although Grammarly regularly offers subscription discounts. That's actually how I ended up subscribing.

Pros
Pretty much everything was included and it was put together well. The actual software matched what was promised on the website which was reassuring to see.
Cons
Cost ended up being a big reason many people stopped using it. It also had a few bugs pop up every couple of days.

“grammar support that really helped”
Pros
Back when I was just starting out as a freelancer, grammar and punctuation were a real weak spot for me. I work as a transcriber, subtitler and freelance writer and at that stage someone recommended Grammarly. It ended up helping me a lot especially with improving my writing and I'd honestly suggest everyone try it at least once.
Cons
I'm not sure if this happens only on my side but about once a month it becomes really slow.
