“clearer reports”
Pros
Grammarly has been really helpful for improving my sentences and making report writing much easier. It helps me express my thoughts more clearly when I'm putting my ideas into writing.
Cons
At times, it suggests multiple sentence options and that can get a bit confusing. Sometimes I'm not sure which one fits best with what I'm actually trying to say.

“indispensable for customer communication”
Pros
Running sales and customer support without Grammarly would be hard for us at this point. Before we started using it, we depended on built-in spell-checkers and a lot of the time we only noticed silly typos and mistakes after replies had already gone out to customers. Pretty embarrassing. Even while writing this review, Grammarly is catching errors and suggesting stronger wording to make it sound more polished and sophisticated. If your work involves sales, customer communication, blogging or marketing, it's something worth having. The price is reasonable, there's also a free version, it has iOS apps and it connects with plenty of tools, from email clients to documents and social platforms. We use it regularly with Zendesk, Slack and our email tools.
Cons
Every now and then, the integration disappears at the worst possible moment, usually when we need it most. In Zendesk, for example, we rely on it to review reply quality and handle spell-checking but sometimes the widget just turns grey and stops working for a few hours. When that happens, we're stuck proofreading everything manually which ends up taking a lot more time.

“accurate grammar help”
Pros
Real-time grammar correction is the biggest plus here and it's impressively accurate. The explanations are clear and simple to follow which makes it easier to understand why something needs to be changed instead of just accepting edits blindly. I also appreciate the customization options since they let me adjust it to fit my writing style and preferences.
Cons
A few limitations still stand out. It doesn't work across absolutely everything so there are times when I can't use it where I want to. The free version is also quite restricted which makes it harder to rely on without upgrading. Also, the advertising can feel a bit too aggressive at times.

“writing skills leveled up”
Pros
It has been a real lifesaver for me. It's improved my writing skills tremendously and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to strengthen their grammar, punctuation and sentence structure. I also think the business version is well worth the investment. It comes with plenty of features that can really help take your writing to the next level.
Cons
I haven't come across any negative aspects of this software.

“Excellent!!”
Pros
For me, the biggest benefit is the grammar and correction support. It instantly makes every document look more professional and properly formatted.
Cons
Every now and then, it changes something I actually meant to phrase that way. The good part is that its suggestions are simple to ignore although once in a while I still need to go back and fix something myself.

“a fantastic guide”
Pros
As a graphic designer, Grammarly has been really helpful for my writing tasks. I especially rely on it when I'm rechecking my Upwork bids and its grammar error detection is something I use all the time.
Cons
One thing I think Grammarly could improve is expanding its dictionary because sometimes I write something and it doesn't catch it. That said this happens very rarely.

“reliable grammar support”
Pros
The tool catches grammar mistakes and punctuation issues really well which makes communication much clearer. It also suggests corrected versions of sentences so it's helpful when I want to phrase something properly.
Cons
At times, it can be a bit slow. There are also certain writing styles the app doesn't seem to accept especially when it comes to punctuation choices and the use of capital letters.

“dependable”
Pros
Right from the start, the software feels simple, clear and very easy to follow. It does a really good job of rephrasing sentences so your ideas come across better, while also cutting down unnecessary wordiness in your writing. I also really appreciate the content evaluation features for things like grammar, conciseness and correctness. Overall, it's an amazing tool.
Cons
One thing I don't enjoy is that the software's punctuation suggestions especially when it comes to commas, are often inaccurate.

“i recommend!!”
Pros
Running email campaigns for a gym means I'm sending messages constantly and this app is something I use throughout the entire day. It handles that part of my work really well and has become a regular part of my routine.
Cons
The only downside is that you have to pay for the features you want or need so costs can add up depending on what you're looking for.

“smart tone suggestions”
Pros
Pretty much every Grammarly feature works well for me, from spelling and grammar checks to punctuation. The most valuable part though, is how it adjusts suggestions based on the tone once you change the goal or purpose of the writing. It automatically starts recommending edits that better match the content to what you're trying to achieve.
Cons
It flags a correction and after applying it, the tool marks it as an error again. The sentence rewrite feature also needs some fine-tuning because many of Grammarly's suggestions end up changing the original meaning too much.

“grammar support for content writing”
Pros
Over the past year and especially throughout July, having Grammarly right at my fingertips has been incredibly helpful. When I'm putting together social media posts or writing content for websites, using proper grammar is a top priority and Grammarly has been a fantastic tool for that.
Cons
Outside of the positives, there are hardly any real drawbacks to the software. The only issue I've noticed is that some of its tone suggestions can change the writer's voice in a way that stands out to the reader.

“works so well”
Pros
What I really appreciate is the spell check. It also gives quick suggestions for correcting grammar issues and the overall comprehension feels fast.
Cons
An annoying issue is that the suggestion icon sometimes appears directly on top of a word which hides the word and gets really frustrating.

“fairly priced”
Pros
Getting started with it is simple and it fits naturally into the way you work. It comes with a lot of features and overall, delivers solid accuracy. For everything it provides, the pricing feels fair and affordable. Most people on our team already know how to use it since it's a widely recognized tool.
Cons
It isn't accurate all the time. The free version is also very restricted which makes it harder for new users to really explore it before committing to a purchase. Support takes longer than expected to respond especially for such a large and well-known app. Another downside is that there's no cancellation option that includes a refund.
