Biggest downside is the per-user pricing which can become expensive for larger teams and even smaller businesses or startups may struggle to justify the cost. Customization is also somewhat limited for more advanced requirements. Another drawback is how much it depends on a stable internet connection for real-time suggestions and analysis which is inconvenient for teams that need offline writing or editing support. It also lacks support for multiple languages.

Working as a Content Marketing Manager means I'm constantly writing, emails, blogs, articles, guest posts, web pages, the whole lot and I honestly couldn't manage it without Grammarly. It helps me shape and structure my sentences in the best way for the reader and handles that part of the thinking for me. It really feels like the extra team member I need.

Nothing at all. It truly does everything I need it to do.

Sending emails to clients has become much better with this tool. It helps me draft messages, handles auto-corrections well and the service has been excellent since the AI features were added.

At times I have to turn off Grammarly because the auto-correct can get in the way when I'm writing in my native language, Hindi.

The part I'm not happy with is the monthly subscription especially during times when my budget is tight and it becomes hard to keep paying for it. Another downside is that it doesn't work offline.

On Google Chrome, it does work once in a while and one thing I can give it credit for is that it functions on this review page, unlike another feedback site I know where it oddly doesn't even work on Grammarly's own feedback page.

Most of the time though it won't load at all and when it does, it still doesn't actually fix my spelling. The overall layout and structure also feel poorly designed.
