“professional tone every day”
Pros
Every day I rely on it for emails and reports. It catches mistakes really fast and gives me suggestions that make my writing better. Also, I love how it helps me keep a professional tone without making the process complicated.
Cons
Sometimes it doesn't pick up very specific phrases from my industry but it's not a big deal because it's still incredibly useful overall.

“We love it”
Pros
Grammarly takes a lot of the stress out of writing for me. Whether I'm putting together an email, working on a presentation or report or even just sending a quick message, it catches the small mistakes I would probably overlook. The real-time suggestions are a lifesaver and I really appreciate that it works right inside apps I already use, like Gmail and Word.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. It's been a total game changer for my writing.

Everything runs smoothly and it gives real-time grammar suggestions along with helpful style recommendations.

There's actually not much to complain about, the only thing that could be better is broader integration with other tools.

“decent software”
Pros
One thing that really helps is how much it improves my writing and supports me in doing high-quality work as an editor. It catches details I sometimes miss and it's especially useful for helping me stick to my company's SOP.
Cons
It feels a bit overrated in certain respects. There are moments when it flags my wording as wrong even though it works fine in the context or when I'm intentionally using company-specific language. It also has a habit of stepping in too late, missing the point when I actually need the correction earlier in the process.

“It's perfect”
Pros
What that really helps is how it catches spelling and grammar issues while also checking the tone of messages making communication much clearer and easier to follow. It saves a lot of time by spotting mistakes fast before they become a problem.
Cons
Some of the suggestions don't always match the context or the tone you actually want to use. The pricing can also feel a bit high especially for small teams or businesses working with limited budgets.

“Saves time”
Pros
Across our team, this has made writing much faster and a lot more confident thanks to instant grammar, spelling and tone suggestions. It cuts down the time we would normally spend on manual proofreading and editing. It also fits naturally into the tools we already use, including Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zendesk, Google Docs and Microsoft Word. The AI-powered recommendations help make content more concise, readable and engaging, while also adjusting the tone to match the audience and purpose. On the admin side, the centralized management is very useful for adding or removing users, assigning roles and keeping track of usage. It works well whether the company is a startup or a large enterprise.
Cons
Biggest downside is the per-user pricing which can become expensive for larger teams and even smaller businesses or startups may struggle to justify the cost. Customization is also somewhat limited for more advanced requirements. Another drawback is how much it depends on a stable internet connection for real-time suggestions and analysis which is inconvenient for teams that need offline writing or editing support. It also lacks support for multiple languages.

“my essential writing sidekick”
Pros
Working as a Content Marketing Manager means I'm constantly writing, emails, blogs, articles, guest posts, web pages, the whole lot and I honestly couldn't manage it without Grammarly. It helps me shape and structure my sentences in the best way for the reader and handles that part of the thinking for me. It really feels like the extra team member I need.
Cons

“excellent AI writing support”
Pros
Sending emails to clients has become much better with this tool. It helps me draft messages, handles auto-corrections well and the service has been excellent since the AI features were added.
Cons
At times I have to turn off Grammarly because the auto-correct can get in the way when I'm writing in my native language, Hindi.

“Fantastic!!”
Pros
Using it has really helped me improve the way I write by catching mistakes and offering useful style suggestions. Also, the monthly usage summary it sends is a nice bonus and helps me keep track of how I'm using it.
Cons
The part I'm not happy with is the monthly subscription especially during times when my budget is tight and it becomes hard to keep paying for it. Another downside is that it doesn't work offline.

“chrome extension rarely works”
Pros
On Google Chrome, it does work once in a while and one thing I can give it credit for is that it functions on this review page, unlike another feedback site I know where it oddly doesn't even work on Grammarly's own feedback page.
Cons
Most of the time though it won't load at all and when it does, it still doesn't actually fix my spelling. The overall layout and structure also feel poorly designed.

“My writing buddy”
Pros
Over the past year, it has improved my productivity and helped me deliver work about 40% faster, while also making my documents more refined and satisfying for clients.
Cons
I observed that sometimes the output feels a bit too polished which can make my writing sound slightly unnatural so I always review Grammarly's suggestions carefully no matter how many pages I edit or proofread. It's also sakmaod expensive.

“helps write clearer”
Pros
As a non-native English speaker I know my writing can miss the mark at times so having Grammarly has been incredibly helpful. It helps me get the tone right and keeps everything clear, polished and professional. That extra support gives me a lot more confidence and helps me avoid sending messages full of mistakes.
Cons
I really wish it offered the same level of support for other languages too. That would make a huge difference.
