I really wish It would focus more on supporting multiple languages. If it did, it could be a writing tool for everyone no matter where they are.

Getting it up and running was incredibly simple and integrating it with the browser for daily use didn't take much effort at all. It does a really good job of catching grammatical errors and offers solid suggestions that make sentences sound more formal and appropriate. Another plus is that there's an open-source option available which is useful for exploring, testing and learning about it before fully committing to onboarding.

Grammarly is easy to use and generally accurate but its suggestions can sometimes conflict with other AI tools like ChatGPT and this requires us to make a judgment call on which is more appropriate.

This program is a big help when it comes to checking grammar and improving how documents are worded. It offers really useful phrasing options, is simple to work with and the paid version makes the whole process even more convenient. I also use it on my phone which is a nice bonus.

something that really puts me off is having to sign in on the web every time before the desktop app connects. That part does not feel very convenient for me.

At times when I'm working in Microsoft Word, it doesn't apply the edits even after I approve them. That could be related to the Mac OS version of Word I'm currently using.

Most of the time Grammarly works really well but there are moments when its suggestions feel a bit too stiff or not fully appropriate for the context which can sometimes interrupt the natural flow of writing.

Using this tool regularly has been very beneficial and it has helped strengthen my writing skills in many ways.

it gets in the way while I am working on a project and moving the icon to a different spot can be very difficult. There are also moments when it does not offer any suggestions or assistance which shows some limits in how well it understands context. I hope future updates include AI features that can give examples of different writing formats just by having me answer questions.

What really worked well for us is how well-trained the AI model already feels and it seems likely to improve even more over time. The Brand Tone feature is especially useful because it helps define a clear outline for a brand's voice. With Grammarly in place organizations can put less emphasis on communication skills when hiring someone who is otherwise highly skilled and that approach has been effective for us. It does a solid job of adjusting tone and speech intensity for almost any situation which has been a big advantage for a service-based organization like ours.

Cons

Biggest limitation right now is the lack of broader language support. Grammarly has the potential to expand into many more global languages and that would make it far more useful. I also don't think vocabulary enhancement should be locked behind a premium plan.
