“must-have”
Pros
Getting started with Grammarly takes almost no effort and using it day to day is just as simple. The app also includes email integration and a browser extension which helps catch typos pretty much everywhere I write. The advanced tools are especially useful for reviewing my writing style and offering thoughtful suggestions that actually help. For me, it's become a must-have.
Cons
Grammarly works amazingly well in English but anyone who writes in multiple languages will probably notice the difference. It's not nearly as strong in languages like French or Spanish so there's definitely room to improve there. Another feature I'd really appreciate is the ability to paste text that has been saved in Grammarly directly from the Grammarly button.

“Smooth google workspace integration”
Pros
Getting it up and running was quick and starting to use it took almost no effort. One of the biggest reasons we chose it was the integration with Google Workspace and that has worked really well overall.
Cons
Our only real frustration with Grammarly is that long-document checking still is not enabled by default and has to be switched on manually. Those are usually the documents we most want reviewed, like detailed reports, documentation and similar content.

“What i needed”
Pros
Everyone in our office was thrilled when we finally got this software. As mentioned before, when you work in the legal field, there's absolutely no room for mistakes.
Cons
Honestly I don't have anything negative to say about Grammarly. Our office had been asking for this program for months and it has made our day-to-day work much more manageable.

“browser integration is brilliant”
Pros
Having Grammarly built right into my browser has been fantastic because it keeps both my documents and my emails polished and in top shape all the time.
Cons
This isn't really a complaint but for ages I had no idea I could switch Grammarly's settings from American English to British English. Now that I've changed it, I'm finally not getting those random 'z' suggestions in words anymore which is such a relief.

“works wonderfully”
Pros
Whenever I need to send a professional message, this app is a huge help. It takes away the guesswork when I'm unsure whether something is written correctly or if I used the right word. It also offers synonyms right above the keyboard so if I don't want to repeat a word or can't think of a better alternative, I can quickly choose from the list without interrupting what I'm typing. Everything stays discreet and compact but it's still clear enough to understand and use comfortably as a keyboard. It's especially useful when I'm writing for work, a doctor's office or anyone I don't want to message with slang or casual wording. The app helps clean that up and suggests more appropriate phrasing. I also really appreciate that it tells me how my writing comes across, like whether it sounds positive, honest or empathetic. Overall, it's an excellent app and I'd absolutely recommend keeping it on your phone, computer or tablet.
Cons
I love this app so I don't have any negatives to mention from my side.

it feels like exactly what software should be, a tool that covers the gaps where I fall short and genuinely makes day-to-day writing more manageable.

One thing I've struggled with is telling when the integrated software is actually active and being used.

“strong web and MS integration”
Pros
One of the best parts of this application is how well it integrates with web platforms and MS applications. That functionality is especially useful and adds a lot to the overall experience.
Cons
At times, it suggests changes to fix sentences but actually makes them incorrect instead. That can be pretty annoying sometimes.

“Useful guidance”
Pros
Grammarly helps me create clearer, more polished writing. It does more than fix spelling errors,it also reviews the structure and readability of the text which makes my writing better overall.
Cons
Somehing that gets frustrating is that it keeps suggesting the same changes even when they are not actually mistakes. A lot of those feel more like personal style preferences and I wish the tool would recognize that and stop repeating them over time.

“Great paraphrasing tool”
Pros
What makes this software really valuable is how it automatically catches grammatical mistakes and fixes them. It's especially useful for paraphrasing which helps a lot with avoiding plagiarism. I used it every day for writing emails, research projects and assignments and it consistently helped me get the job done better. Overall, it feels like a worthwhile tool and I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
The only downside is that it supports just one language, English and it can be a little time-consuming at times. Even so, those minor issues hardly matter when compared with the benefits it offers.

Pros
This has been fantastic for helping both me and my team avoid typos and grammar mistakes when we share content on social media, send emails internally and externally and communicate with clients. It helps us come across as knowledgeable professionals and reinforces confidence in the services we provide.
Cons

“brilliant results”
Pros
Whenever I'm writing, this app instantly suggests ideas almost in a flash, whether I'm working on a short sentence or a full paragraph. It feels like having an assistant right there, helping clean up sentence structure, grammar and punctuation so everything comes out polished and error-free.
Cons
So the free version does feel limited when it comes to features. It also doesn't integrate well with certain websites and text editors which can make using it a bit difficult at times.

“Smart suggestions”
Pros
Reviewing documents is a constant part of my job as a department head and Grammarly has been incredibly useful for catching mistakes I used to miss before I started using it. It also recommends alternative words whenever it spots spelling errors or incorrect word usage in the texts I receive. Another big benefit is how it helps trim unnecessary, wordy sentences that do not add much to the message which makes the writing far more concise and much easier to read and understand.
Cons
An area I would really like to see improved is the plagiarism checker because it does not always detect plagiarized content accurately. There are also times when the suggestions for underlined words are not correct. I believe the software would be much better if these issues were addressed.
