“helps us!”
Pros
Using it has been very simple and it provides genuinely useful spelling, punctuation and grammar suggestions that really help improve the overall quality of writing.
Cons
I dont like that it tends to suggest too many prepositions which can make the writing sound unnatural and the plagiarism checker is not very strong.

“Loved it”
Pros
Running an education business focused on writing, research and English language arts, the stand out benefit for me is the plagiarism checker. The basic proofreading feature is also really useful when I'm editing papers myself.
Cons
My only real complaint is the cost. There are other tools available that offer the same features for less money or in my case, just the specific functions I need at a much lower price. Still because I sometimes use Grammarly directly with students, it's more accessible for them so I continue using it.

“Incredible tool”
Pros
Every time I use Grammarly, my writing comes out looking polished and really well done. I'm always very impressed with the final result of my work when I use it.
Cons
At times, it takes a while to open but that's the only issue I've run into with it.

“Real-time writing help”
Pros
Editing text as I write feels much more effective with Grammarly. It reviews my work in real time and helps me make changes faster. Whenever I use the "check spelling and grammar" option, I can quickly fix mistakes in my writing. It works well as a self-correcting tool and when something is phrased incorrectly or the grammar is off, Grammarly gives a brief explanation of what the error is in the article. This makes it especially useful for anyone who needs a bit of extra support with grammar. It helps spot issues quickly and correct them without much effort. The app is also very simple to use. Grammarly is highly accurate and accuracy matters most when it comes to grammar. At the same time, it is important to understand why it suggests a change and accept it only when it truly fits. Another helpful feature is that Grammarly can automatically save your content or documents.
Cons
Anyone using the free version already knows it comes with certain limits. The free Grammarly app can still hand le spelling and grammar corrections but some features are restricted. That might seem like a downside to some users although it is manageable. If someone wants access to more tools, upgrading to Grammarly Premium makes sense especially for people who are serious about improving their writing skills.

“my go-to writing checker”
Pros
Whenever I'm working on essays, formal letters or emails to my professors, Grammarly Business is the proofreading tool I rely on most. It checks my writing for sentence structure, grammar, punctuation and overall clarity which helps me feel more confident before submitting anything. Accessing it is also very simple. I can either write directly on the website or paste in documents from other apps I've used so it fits easily into the way I already work. That convenience makes it very simple to use.
Cons
One limitation is that Grammarly only works in English. If you need to write in another language, it probably won't be the right tool for you. Still since English is such a widely used second language, that hasn't been a major issue for me.

“Excellent tool”
Pros
Starting my MBA as an international student, I needed my grammar to match the level of my classmates and make sure my English was strong enough to succeed in a higher education program. Grammarly gave me the confidence to keep going throughout the course and helped me hand le different academic and professional challenges along the way.
Cons
There's still some room to improve the AI. Very occasionally, the suggestions miss the mark. Another thing that bothers me is how it works on mobile. Since Spanish is my native language, I talk with my family in Spanish so I'm constantly having to switch Grammarly on and off.

“A bit unclear feedback”
Pros
Being an international student preparing for my professional career, I rely heavily on English in my field so developing strong language skills is essential. Grammarly has been a big help when reviewing my writing especially when it comes to catching mistakes that could reduce the overall quality of my texts.
Cons
At times, the suggestions from the software feel a bit ambiguous and difficult to interpret. It's also worth keeping in mind that the app is still evolving so it really needs stronger machine learning to better understand different contexts instead of correcting a sentence without considering the actual intention behind the text.

“Strong results”
Pros
It's really helpful for drafting polished, well-written emails. It also boosts student productivity and can improve the chances of land ing an interview or even getting a promotion.
Cons
Issue is that the UI breaks on Windows systems. When using multiple monitors, it doesn't point to the correct location of the incorrect word in the paragraph the app is proofreading. The interface needs to hand le multi-screen word positioning better when scanning text and suggesting improvements.

“visual feedback helps”
Pros
One thing I value most about this software is how clearly it points out my mistakes. Because Grammarly works in such a visual way, it helps me a lot as someone who learns best by seeing things. I'm not just correcting errors in the moment,I'm also remembering them better which helps me avoid making the same mistakes again. Another big plus is that Grammarly usually understand s the context of what I'm writing. That takes a lot of pressure off and makes the whole process far less frustrating, almost like I'm working with someone who already gets what I'm trying to say.
Cons
A drawback is that there are features I didn't even know existed that could actually be very useful to me over time. For example, I only learned about the "reporting and statistics" feature through this survey. I really wish the company would do a better job of making features like that, along with other lesser-known tools, more visible to users. I honestly think people would appreciate the software even more and be more motivated to use it if those options were highlighted better.

“Fantastic!”
Pros
I appreciate how well it hand les spelling corrections and sentence improvement. The keyboard integration is also very useful and the document checking helps catch errors and omissions effectively, along with several other helpful features.
Cons
Con is that the keyboard can respond slowly on smaller, low-memory devices especially and roid phones. It also feels expensive without a free trial. While the cost can make sense for an organization, it is quite pricey for the average user and there may still be other issues left to uncover.

“polished writing”
Pros
Using Grammarly has been a big help in several ways. One thing I really appreciate is that it works well no matter the platform, whether I'm in Google Chrome on my PC or using Safari on my Macs. On top of catching typos, it also gives really helpful suggestions that make my writing sound more refined and professional. That matters a lot to me since English isn't my first language.
Cons
The pricing could definitely be a bit more reasonable. I'd also really love to see a Spanish version at some point. It's a massive market and the only alternative that comes to mind is Spanish Checker which is far behind Grammarly.

“works easy”
Pros
I have to say its easy to use... those weekly recap emails are oddly fun to get. Seeing how many words I've written and how I stack up against other users gives me a little extra motivation to keep coming back. Beyond that, it really helps me keep my writing polished. It feels like having a proofreader available whenever I need one, without paying someone or going through the back-and -forth of sending drafts around.
Cons
That said, I much prefer the web version over the mobile keyboard. The keyboard felt a little awkward and less fluid than the browser or desktop experience and Honestly I ended up removing it.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Across our team, this tool has been really helpful for producing well-written documents and emails. It catches spelling issues, gives feedback on the tone we're using and helps us communicate more clearly and professionally overall.
Cons
Oftentimes, it suggests spelling corrections that don't really fit the context or make much sense at that moment.

“so nice!”
Pros
Right away, this tool made my writing more manageable because it gives useful suggestions for things like complicated wording, long or complex sentences, punctuation, word choice and incorrect tense usage. It feels friendly even for someone using it for the first time and it's simple to navigate. There's also an assistant that supports my work and helps guide my performance so I can reach my goals. Overall, it has made writing for my target audience much easier and more effective.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is the lack of an undo option especially when I accidentally erase something I'm writing. It also doesn't work well when my internet connection is weak. I still hope they improve how it hand les punctuation marks and add more synonym suggestions for words. The website version is easier to use but when I connect it to Grammarly on my phone, it doesn't function properly.

“clear writing”
Pros
Using this every day has made a real difference for my copywriting work. It helps me produce error-free articles that bring in more traffic and Grammarly Business also suggests better wording and alternative sentences that make my writing clearer and more concise.
Cons
One frustration is that Grammarly Business doesn't work very well with Google Docs. If the extension could be added there properly, I wouldn't have to keep copying and pasting my articles into the Grammarly Business app.

Pros
Feels very simple to use and I really appreciate how it gives multiple suggestions for issues that need to be fixed. It's also very useful when it offers rewrite options for sentences which helps a lot with improving wording.
Cons

“excellent integrations!”
Pros
Liked it, getting it up and running was simple and the setup didn't take much effort. Its list of integrations has kept growing over time and at this point it works across all the productivity tools we use at Xometry. Being able to build our Style Guide into the platform is a huge bonus and saves the team a lot of time and manual effort.
Cons
It does a nice job analyzing tone in writing but I'd really like the option to add our own brand voice directly into the Style Guide too.

Pros
Grammarly has become part of my daily workflow and is genuinely essential to my work as a content writer. The plagiarism checker is especially useful and being able to switch between UK and US English is a feature I rely on regularly.
