“dependable!”
Pros
Before sending an email, submitting an article or sharing any written content, Grammarly Business is a really valuable tool to run everything through. It does an excellent job checking grammar, punctuation and style and it saves a lot of time and effort in the process. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants cleaner, more polished writing.
Cons
Honestly I don't have anything negative to say about this software. The only thing that could make it even better in the future would be adding more features, such as translation options, to make it even more powerful.

“a must-have writing companion”
Pros
These days, Grammarly Business has become part of my everyday workflow and I use it regularly because it genuinely helps. It automatically catches spelling and grammar mistakes and also recommends better sentence phrasing depending on the context. I rely on it a lot when writing emails to teammates and clients and it really helps me send messages that are polished, error-free and visually well-presented. Another thing I value is how well it integrates with Microsoft Word and online editors like Google Docs so I can write with much more confidence. Grammarly Business is easily one of my favorite tools.

“My go to !!”
Pros
Something I really appreciate about it is how many useful features it gives me for grammar and spelling. It helps a lot whenever I am writing school papers or working on any kind of writing. It catches spelling errors and also gives feedback that helps improve the overall quality of my work, including better word choice, sentence structure, punctuation and more.
Cons
Grammarly is a cloud-based grammar and proofreading tool that helps with writing correct English. The biggest drawback is that it needs an internet connection to function which can be inconvenient at times. Its integration with MS Office tools also did not always work properly for me and the plagiarism checking took longer than with some other tools.

“Great tone insights”
Pros
Getting started with the software was simple and I really appreciate that it plugs directly into Microsoft and Google apps. One of the most useful parts for me is how it helps identify the tone of my writing which has been tremendously helpful.
Cons
At times, the grammar suggestions are off especially when writing for higher education.

“browser-based writing companion”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of this software is that it runs right in the browser so it works alongside most tools and websites, including Google Docs and other things you use online.
Cons
Every now and then, when applying a correction, it doesn't fully replace the original mistake and inserts the fix in the middle instead. It's not a major problem as long as you're reviewing things carefully.

“helps me daily”
Pros
When we started bringing freelance copywriters on board, Grammarly became a fast and reliable way to safeguard our business against possible plagiarism. We've kept using it for years because it also supports our copywriting work and helps improve SEO. It's been a very useful tool and I regularly recommend it to many of the small businesses we work with.
Cons
The one thing I'd love to see is AI integration. At the moment, you still need a separate service if you want content suggestions.

“Writing insights are good”
Pros
After logging in, the program is genuinely helpful and very simple to use. It seems to follow me from one app to another which is something I really appreciate. I can also paste a larger section into Grammarly when I want a more detailed review of the writing. The improvements they've added over the years have been nice as well. The tone detector is especially useful because sometimes you think your writing comes across one way and it helps to get either confirmation or a reality check. I also appreciated the word count for tracking productivity, along with the error summary. That feedback showed me where I should focus if I want to improve and all of that has been very positive.
Cons
One thing that really took the fun out of it for me was the awards for longevity. I had stayed logged in for almost a year but at some point I was logged out without realizing it. The problem was that the software still appeared to be working so unless you specifically checked your login status, there was no obvious sign. Because of that, I lost my one-year award. Then the same thing happened again more than a year later. After that, the awards and the enjoyment tied to them stopped mattering to me. I also lost my word count which was disappointing because I liked using it as a sense of productivity. If you've written a couple million words, you're definitely using the software a lot. At this point I don't pay attention to those features anymore. Losing the awards also made me lose a lot of my affection for the brand .

“fantastic spelling suggestions”
Pros
The spelling checker is on another level. It catches even the smallest mistakes automatically, corrects them and usually offers an even better suggestion.
Cons
I honestly haven't noticed any real downside to it. If anything, it just keeps being helpful and empowering.

“Excellent!!”
Pros
Grammarly has been especially helpful for my emails and the tone feature is my favorite part. It lets me write messages naturally without having to overthink how the other person might interpret what I'm saying.
Cons
It took a little time to get comfortable with the way the suggested changes work. I'd prefer those suggestions to stay in one place instead of shifting down to the bottom.

“So good”
Pros
Using this tool every day is when it really proves its value. From a short email to a longer piece of content, it catches errors that even human proofreaders can overlook. It even fixed my use of it's versus it in this very text.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about. The only thing I'd want is more integrations and it looks like they're already actively working on that.

“had a good experience”
Pros
It has definitely helped improve my writing and keeps me from sending emails with mistakes that could be embarrassing. The suggestions it gives are useful and I also appreciate the weekly review reports.
Cons
One frustrating issue is that Grammarly keeps signing me out for no clear reason and I usually do not notice it is off until I get a message a week later saying nothing was tracked. I do not run into this problem with any other program.

“integration is easy”
Pros
Something I really appreciate is how smoothly Grammarly blends into my browser and documents. Most of the time, I barely notice it's there until it jumps in with a useful suggestion or catches something I clearly didn't mean to type.
Cons
At the same time, the grammar and style suggestions can be hard to balance when I'm writing in a more informal tone. Some emails and everyday messages are meant to sound casual and Grammarly doesn't always seem to recognize when internet shorthand or relaxed phrasing is actually appropriate.

Pros
Sending outreach messages and emails feels much more polished with Grammarly. It's very user-friendly too,you just install the app or browser extension, start typing and it basically works its magic on its own while you write.

“Decent experience”
Pros
Since bringing Grammarly Business into our workflow, the quality of our outgoing communication has improved a lot. It does more than just catch mistakes,it also helps strengthen the wording of what we send. Before we started using it, anything going out under our company name had to be reviewed and approved by a senior staff member. Our team is excellent at what they do but writing polished, professional content is not the reason they were hired. Because of that, important emails, messages and documents were sometimes sent with grammar and spelling issues which didn't reflect well on our organization or inspire much confidence. Also senior staff were spending a huge amount of time proofreading dozens of items every day which slowed down important communication and hurt productivity. Now, with Grammarly Business, we feel much more confident about what is being sent on our behalf. It catches the errors and the real-time suggestions help employees choose the clearest and most effective way to write.
Cons
One ongoing issue is that we work in substance abuse treatment so we regularly use terminology and phrases that are stand ard in our field. Grammarly Business often marks some of those terms as incorrect even when they are perfectly accurate. That can make employees start tuning out its alerts, including the ones where it is actually catching a real mistake. Because of this, we have had to remind staff to assume each flag may be valid unless they are absolutely certain the wording is correct.

“Works so well”
Pros
Whether I'm working on emails, documents, presentations or even chats, Grammarly helps me catch grammar issues across all the apps I use. It's part of my daily writing routine because it regularly suggests clearer wording, smarter word choices and simpler sentence structures. I also appreciate how it reads the tone of what I'm writing especially for emails. Also the spell check and punctuation corrections are the most valuable features for me.
Cons
You need to pay to unlock the premium features although the free version is still much better than having nothing at all. One problem I've run into is the Grammarly pop-up appearing inside a document and not closing properly. When that happens, the advertisement image can end up getting printed along with the document.
