The quality of both voice and video calls honestly surprised me. I didn't expect the performance to be this strong especially considering we're using the app in Brazil.

Been an excellent option for making remote work feel more professional. Compared with alternatives like Discord, WhatsApp, Skype and similar tools, it performs much better.

Customization options and entertainment factor make this free app really enjoyable to use. It works especially well for team meetings and keeping up with co-worker status.

Still lacks a few useful features especially chat history and better integration with other apps like Miro, Slack, Notion, Monday, Frame.io and similar tools.

Our teams have been able to connect in a really unique and fun way with this platform. It has opened up collaboration and cross-team interaction between departments that normally would not work together much. The feature set is extensive,recording, statuses, chat and everything else needed to make the experience successful is there. It feels very user friendly and simple to use. Their team has also been exceptional, they are genuinely kind and their support has meant a lot to us. We use the platform regularly for internal meetings and I can absolutely see it working just as well for external conversations and other teams too.

If I had to point out anything I dislike about it, it would really come down to two things, I wish we had started using it earlier and I wish it offered more app integrations. Our technology team has built a very efficient system of automations tied into Slack and we depend so heavily on those workflows and integrations that it is not realistic for us to move away from that setup.

Working with this virtual office app feels a lot closer to being in a real office environment. It keeps the team engaged by making it simple to see who is available, check everyone's schedule for the day and spend time with teammates in real time. It brings everything into one place too,chatting, staying connected, holding meetings and even joining fun team events.

The one thing I'd still like to see is an option to customize the notification sound.

Recreates a lot of the key parts of being together in a real office surprisingly well. Before using it, many of us felt we were missing those natural, unplanned interactions you normally get in person... like having a quick huddle in someone's office, bumping into a coworker by the pool table, celebrating a win over coffee or grabbing a room for an impromptu meeting.

Cons

Now we can actually knock on each other's doors, drop into offices for a chat when someone is available and run into people in the hallways. It still isn't exactly the same as physically being in the office together but it's by far the closest option we've had and it removes a lot of the limitations we ran into before, even compared with the next-best complementary tool like Slack.

I used it for a virtual team-building event not long ago and it completely exceeded everything I was expecting!

Only thing I'd like to see improved is the notification system.

This platform has been the strongest part of how our team stays connected and collaborative. Since we're fully remote, it's given us a much better feel for who's available and what everyone's status is throughout the day. The environment also adds a level of creativity and intentionality that's usually hard to build with a completely virtual team.

Like any platform, it has a few small quirks but there really isn't anything I genuinely dislike about it. The only thing I'd love to see is a way to sync Spotify so music could play in a specific space or office.

Being able to stay connected with teammates in completely different countries makes a big difference and the real-time communication helps us feel much closer as a team.

Having everything in here, in one central hub has been incredibly helpful for keeping track of all the business links I use. It also does a lot to support team culture and it genuinely helps us feel more connected and together even when we're working far apart.

There really aren't any major downsides at this point. If anything, I'd just love to see it continue to grow, get further optimized and add even more features over time.

Getting this in place was quick and simple and rolling it out didn't take much effort. Onboarding went well and we were able to configure the platform's security exactly the way we wanted. Up to this point, we haven't run into any outages or connectivity problems. It also comes with several user-friendly presets and tools that help speed up the setup process.

Cons

If I could change anything, I'd add more documentation and user guides so people who aren't familiar with this kind of platform can handle more of the setup on their own. In our case, we had similar past experience so we didn't need as much support but that won't be true for everyone. It would also be worth considering better pricing at scale once a company reaches a certain number of users.

It really creates an office-like atmosphere for remote teams and makes working together feel much more connected.

Editing workspaces is the part I appreciate most. Each person can update their own office without being able to change anyone else's which works really well. The audio quality is excellent too so there's no need to rely on Zoom. Also, the support team is truly high quality.

Only downside is that there still isn't enough office space ,) We could definitely get much more creative and do even more with the available space.

Our team needed a place where everyone working remotely could actually see each other and be more reachable throughout the day and it has matched that really well. Instead of sending messages back and forth, it's much simpler to just drop into a coworker's office or our boss's office when a quick question comes up. The option to customize the office setup has been a fun bonus too since everyone gets the freedom to decorate their own space. People genuinely enjoy using it. We're still getting used to remembering to close our office doors or mark ourselves away when we're not available but that's more of an adjustment on our end. It also gives us a laugh sometimes when we spot our boss heading toward our office for a chat though overall it has made everyone feel much more approachable than the usual "are you free for a call?" message. It took a bit of time to explore and fully set up especially for teammates who aren't very tech-savvy but now it's something we use every day.

There have been a few glitches with it particularly during screen sharing for presentations. It also doesn't seem to work very well with InDesign. We've run into another issue where someone loses internet access, gets removed from it and then can't get back in after the connection returns unless they restart their computer first. I did contact customer support once to let them know about these problems.

Working remotely can feel isolating sometimes and it helps a lot with that. It gives me the feeling of actually being in the office with my coworkers which makes remote work feel much more connected. It's also very simple to use and feels realistic.

I mostly work with remote staff and it's been really nice to drop into coworkers' offices to ask quick questions, start casual conversations and get to know people in ways we normally wouldn't. It is very user-friendly and our whole office has enjoyed using it. Everyone picked it up fast and we were able to get the entire team onboarded in a single day. We stay logged in throughout the day so people can see when we're available and the away and focus modes make it clear when someone isn't open to chat.

My only real criticism is that the screen-sharing can be a bit glitchy and at times it briefly disconnects people. I'd also love the option to resize the furniture and decorations to make them larger or smaller.

Goes far beyond a standard video meeting tool. It creates a virtual office environment where you actually feel connected to the space and to coworkers who are sitting in the same room or only a few pixels away. I was skeptical at first and didn't expect it to feel any different from Zoom or Google Meet but it genuinely does.

At the moment, I don't really have any major complaints. If I had to point out something small, it would be the music setup in a room. I enjoy having quiet background music while I work but muting it quickly when someone stops by to talk feels more complicated than it should be. A simple pause button, like on an old stereo, would help a lot or even an automatic mute feature whenever another person enters the room.

Pros

Running our company from home has become much more natural with it. It gives employees, whether they're nearby or working remotely, the same shared experience and really makes it feel like we're all together in an actual office. We absolutely love it.

Cons

Before long, we'll probably need a larger space. We'd also love to see more holiday-themed decorations added.
