Pros

Being able to create offices and rearrange the layout whenever needed is a big plus. Decorating each office is enjoyable and gives every space its own personality. I also appreciate having the option to turn the microphone and camera on or off and it feels more personal when we can actually see one another. Closing my office door, setting a status others can view and checking everyone else's status are all really useful features. The map also helps a lot since I can quickly tell whether someone is in their office at a glance.

Cons

Something that could be better is the map not showing the full office space. If it displayed all the offices at once, I wouldn't need to move around just to find someone. Other than that, nothing else really comes to mind.

Pros

Using it has been fun and it's very simple to navigate. Overall, the experience has been positive.

There was a period when the recordings got messed up and some players still won't play them. They did send out an email about it.

Pros

It really brings a strong sense of community to the workplace. Chatting and interacting with coworkers feels effortless and it's helped me feel much more connected to the company overall.

Does seem to slow my computer down a little at times but I'd still rather have it than go without it because the benefits make that tradeoff worth it.

Working in a team setting is really convenient and being able to invite our customers into our virtual office makes communication much better.

I do wish there were a mobile app with always-on notifications. That way, if I step away from my computer, I'd still know when someone enters my office.

Pros

Has been a really fun and user-friendly way for my team to stay connected especially since we work in a hybrid/fully remote setup. Spending 10 hours a day on Zoom was exhausting and never really helped us build much of a bond. Using it throughout the day has changed that for us and brought a lot more team connection. I'd definitely recommend it to other remote or hybrid teams.

Cons

One thing I'd love to see is a bigger variety of mini games in Kumospace.

Pros

After spending the last few years on Zoom, Google Meet and Gather, this one honestly feels like a refreshing step up. I work remotely full time for the most part and Kumo gives you a lot more to do than those other platforms. The gamified side of it is my favorite part,it actually makes being on the platform fun which is not something I can usually say about video conferencing tools. It makes my 9-to-5 schedule full of back-to-back meetings way less draining and I really don't get that same Zoom fatigue people always talk about. Huge thanks to the team for creating such a wonderful new alternative.

Cons

Right now, I really haven't come across anything I dislike but I'll definitely update that if something changes later on. My only real wish is that more people were using it.
