“engaging virtual classrooms!!”
Pros
Makes online learning feel much more interactive and immersive for students at any level. My students can even create and customize their own virtual meeting spaces which adds to their involvement. With movable avatars and adjustable sound settings, they're able to move around naturally and collaborate with each other without being separated into isolating breakout rooms. The bird's-eye view is especially useful because it lets me keep track of who is speaking, when they're speaking and who they're interacting with. I can also jump quickly between students with a mouse click and send chats to one student, a small group or the whole room. Also, the smaller video windows and avatar-based setup seem to help students and honestly me too, feel more relaxed speaking compared with platforms that put full close-up faces front and center.
Cons
A downside is the price especially for individual teachers who don't have financial backing from their school or employer since it can be quite expensive. The mobile app also needs a lot of improvement because right now it seems to offer little beyond audio access. Since the platform includes so many features, there can also be a slight delay when responding to commands. Video quality is another weak point, as the streaming isn't the best so I usually end up sending students links to watch videos on their own instead of playing them directly in the room.

“10/10 product”
Pros
At first, I honestly wasn't sure about it,it almost seemed like we were just pretending to be in an office. But that really hasn't been the case. It's turned out to be a really strong way to encourage interaction in a company with a virtual office setup. I've had more meaningful conversations with coworkers through this than we ever did using only Zoom and Slack. It's definitely helped our team feel more connected than before.
Cons
Still doesn't completely replace Zoom meetings yet although I'd guess it is working toward that. I'd also really like to see a whiteboard feature added, along with options to highlight or comment while sharing a screen.

“Solid presenter controls”
Pros
It gives teams a shared space that feels user friendly and simple to use. The presenter control features also work really well and make managing sessions very effective.
Cons
Does a good job of sending alerts for new messages, tasks and updates but the number of notifications can feel a little overwhelming at times.

“Works really well for us”
Pros
Having a tool where friends can get together and study in one shared space is something I really enjoyed. It does a nice job of making it feel like everyone is in the same place and being able to customize and set up your own office makes it even more engaging.
Cons
At the beginning, figuring out the best setup for your office can take a little trial and error but it becomes more natural with time. It would also be better if I could share files and create chat groups directly there so I wouldn't have to rely on several different apps.

“immersive virtual office”
Pros
Using it has been a fantastic experience for me because it really creates an immersive office environment. Being able to customize my own space makes it feel much more like I'm actually there with my team instead of just using another standard meeting tool. The real-time interaction is also a huge advantage. Rather than waiting around for email replies or hoping someone joins a Zoom call, I can just drop into a teammate's virtual office and get an answer on the spot.
Cons
The biggest limitation is that my team isn't all in the same time zone so it's not always possible for everyone to be together in the virtual office at once. There's also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning which can be frustrating although it does become fairly manageable once you spend some time with it.

“Positive experience”
Pros
Being able to reach someone quickly without needing to set up a meeting first is really useful. Of course, getting interrupted at certain moments can be a bit disruptive but setting specific times of the day to use the tool makes that much more manageable and actually works well.
Cons
Every now and then, it feels like the positions get reset. It has not turned into a real problem but fixing that issue would make the overall experience feel just about perfect.

“All features are great”
Pros
This has been a really helpful tool for my team when it comes to staying coordinated and communicating with each other more effectively. The customization options also add a lot of fun around the office which makes using it even more enjoyable.
Cons
Con would be the limits that come with the free version. Not every feature is available, including meeting recordings and the number of users allowed in each space is also restricted on the free plan. Aside from that, it has been excellent.

“Feels like a real office”
Pros
We used it for onboarding and team-building and the virtual office setup made the whole experience feel far more personal than what we've gotten used to in today's remote work environment.
Cons
There's a slight learning curve especially if it's your first time using a virtual office.

“fun online office experience”
Pros
Love how i can build and arrange my office to match how it really looks and I can decorate it however I want. Visiting other offices is also a nice touch. It adds a fun element to the workday.
Cons
At the beginning, getting around can feel a little tricky and it takes some time to get comfortable with the controls and interface. Kumospace may also fall short for teams that need more advanced collaboration tools like document sharing or task management.

“collaboration that feels in-person”
Pros
Working with classmates in it has been one of its biggest strengths for me. The virtual space makes group collaboration feel natural and we're able to work on projects together almost like we're all in the same room. Tools like screen sharing, along with the freedom to move around and interact with each other, make it really convenient to exchange ideas and brainstorm as a team.
Cons
Chat feature is one part that still needs improvement. Since it doesn't let us send files or create groups, communication feels more limited and that makes it harder to share important information with classmates.

“good tool!”
Pros
Even working remotely feels very home-like and comfortable. This makes the workplace atmosphere pleasant even from a distance.
Cons
It also shows whether colleagues are sitting at their desks or currently in a meeting room.

“customizability is great”
Pros
Being able to fully customize the Space is my favorite part of it. It lets you build a virtual office that feels fun, professional and interactive all at once. I've tried other virtual office platforms too and none of them have the same polished, professional atmosphere that it offers.
Cons
The only downside for me is that decorating the virtual office can sometimes take a while.

“more personal community connection”
Pros
Gives our Techtonica nonprofit community which is spread all across the U.S., a way to connect that feels much more casual and personal than what we get from Slack or Zoom.
Cons
An issue I've run into is that the platform occasionally auto-mutes my headphones while I'm in the middle of speaking which can be frustrating. That said, customer support replied quickly and explained how to send in a bug report so their team can investigate it.

“I like it”
Pros
It covers pretty much everything a remote team needs in one place. It includes video conferencing, chat history and guest invitations which makes it especially useful for the online events our company runs all the time. Another big plus is the ability to customize the virtual office however you want so the space can actually match your team's style and setup.
Cons
Since the platform is still being developed, requests for additional services can take a while to be completed. There are also times when the virtual office display feels a bit laggy which is likely tied to rendering when too many items are added to the space.

Designing spaces packed with teaching and learning resources has been such a rewarding part of using this. Our meetups end up being resource-rich experiences that keep learners inspired and excited to come back again and again.

“such a cool interview platform”
Pros
Absolutely amazing. The first time I came across it, I was genuinely fascinated because I had no idea a platform like this even existed. Now whenever I invite someone to Kumo for an interview, I keep hearing the same reaction, "this platform is so cool!" and it always makes me smile. My response is pretty much always, "I know, right? I LOVE IT!" honestly my job feels more enjoyable because my company decided to get an account with Kumo.
Cons
I really don't have anything to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would be that invited users need to create a password to log in so setting up an account takes a little extra time. Aside from that, I have nothing negative to say.

“Excellent platform”
Pros
Being on this platform really brings back that sense of normal life, sharing a common space with other people and being able to interact with them right away, just like you would in person. After only two days of using it, I've already had some genuinely deep and meaningful conversations simply because connecting with others feels so immediate and natural.
Cons
There are still a few bugs that need to be worked out and I've also suggested adding some features that could make all the decorating-related activities more simple. The decorating part is definitely fun but these issues make it take longer than it really should.

“easy to use”
Pros
The platform feels user friendly and simple to use and it really helps remove the usual barriers that make it harder for remote employees to socialize.
Cons
Since I only use it casually and not all that often, there are likely some advanced features I still don't fully understand or even know are available.

“office feels more alive”
Pros
Our team has used the office space for all kinds of everyday work moments, from meetings to quickly dropping into a coworker's office for a spontaneous chat or just saying good morning while heading in. We've also turned it into a fun place for things like a holiday party with interactive games, floor-wide announcements and plenty of general office silliness. Slack does a solid job of keeping conversations organized and focused but it has added a lot more personality to the office and given us more ways to express ourselves.
Cons
Something I really wish it had is a true sleeping mode. Even when I set my status to focusing or away, I can still hear people talking when they walk into my office. If I've left my office open, it can be pretty unsettling to suddenly hear someone through my speakers while I'm in another room at home. It would be much better if people were automatically muted whenever you're marked as unavailable in the office.
