Top choice for branded webinars

Pros

Running multi-track events and webinars with Livestorm is very easy and the branded landing pages really stand out especially when I am launching new products.

Cons

Whenever I usethis platformfor video conferencing, lead generation and webinar scheduling, it has worked out perfectly as a tool.

Overall a useful tool

Pros

Livestorm delivers a polished branded experience, handles calendar invites, syncs with my CRM tools and includes replay functionality. The instant replays and analytics dashboards were especially valuable because they showed me exactly where I dropped off which was incredibly useful.

Cons

One awkward moment came when I switched from screen sharing back to the speaker's video as it froze for a couple of seconds before catching up.

webinar tool that delivers

Pros

The interface is modern, clean and pleasant to use. It's very quick to get the hang of, even on a first use. Managing registrants is easy and well structured, whether it's sign-ups, reminders, exports or the rest. The replay feature is especially useful, with fast access and simple sharing. For my professional webinars, it's a stable, efficient and reliable platform.

Cons

Getting to the webinar link can sometimes be a bit tricky when you need to moderate. The team area may be confusing for new users at first. Role setup between moderator, speaker and other permissions could be presented more clearly. There is a small learning curve if you're not already familiar withthe platform.

Pretty easy to use!

Pros

Getting started with Livestorm was easy and keeping track of my contacts during webinars works really well. The overall quality of interaction is also very strong.

Cons

For many the pricing can be a bit high but the different plans still make it possible to find an option that fits the budget.

Excellent virtual classroom tools

Pros

The virtual classroom quality has been outstanding, with strong live sessions, reliable screen sharing, chat rooms and the best audio and video conferencing. It covers everything I need to keep attendance and participation effective.

Cons

One and only downside is that in areas with weak internet, there can occasionally be some disconnections.

Very expensive!

Pros

One thing Livestorm does well is connectivity. I hardly ever run into the random drops that happen from time to time on other platforms. Compared with Demio which I also use and which does disconnect occasionally, Livestorm has been much more reliable on that front.

Cons

The pricing is a big issue especially because it's based on contacts instead of registrants or actual attendees. That setup makes it extremely expensive for SMBs. On top of that, the analytics feel among the weakest I have seen and many of the features seem built around integrations with B2B apps which just aren't useful for our needs.

unreliable presenters

Pros

The registration page looks polished and the post-event data and reporting are useful as well.

Cons

Whenever an external presenter or speaker joins from outside the organization, the meeting setup becomes extremely unreliable. It can derail events and make your team seem unprepared.

perfect for large teams

Pros

With 600+ employees on my side, Livestorm has been a really great fit. It handles a large audience well and the reactions and internal communication features ended up being more useful than I originally expected.

Cons

At this pointthis platformhas been working well overall. The only thing I'd want to see improved is the API integrations, with more options for connecting users seamlessly instead of having to invite people one by one or in batches.

webinars made simple

Pros

I use Livestorm for webinars with my sales teams, with clients in France and abroad and also for my internal team meetings. What won me over right away was how simple it is to use. The free trial is a real advantage before making a commitment especially since the software is fairly expensive. On top of that, the technical team has been excellent every time I have had a question.

Cons

The only downside I would point out is the price ofthe tool. That said, quality and expertise do come at a cost and that's something we all understand.

Good platform for remote conferences

Pros

One big advantage when pitching services online is having a reliable, high-quality webinar platform I already know well. Livestorm delivers an excellent user experience, strong features and impressive efficiency which makes it a perfect fit for my remote conferences. I depend on video conferencing to keep things fair and clear online and this platform has really helped boost my productivity and growth by improving my collaboration, simplifying my project management and strengthening my relationships with my clients.

Cons

The disappointing part is thatthe platform'ssupport team doesn't always respond to my questions and when they do, it can sometimes take several days.

Event setup is pretty easy now

Pros

Setting up an event in Livestorm is really easy. I can duplicate the settings, layout and automated emails which makes creating new events much faster. During the event itself, the interface is very user friendly as both a speaker and an attendee. The chat, Q&A and poll tabs work really well. Being able to download the replay almost immediately after the event, along with the automatic follow-up emails for both attendees and no-shows, makes the whole process simple, efficient and fast.

Cons

I feel like the statistics dashboard could be a bit more user friendly, though. I don't find it very visual and data exports are sent by email instead of being available for direct download which ends up creating unnecessary emails.

user friendly webinar features

Pros

Using Livestorm has been really easy and the feature set is excellent. I especially appreciate tools like Q&A, the automated emails sent before and after the event and the option to download recordings afterward.

Cons

One thing I'd still love to see is the ability to host longer sessions over multiple days which would make it much better for running virtual conference-style events.

streamlined events and fast outreach

Pros

Being able to reach my coworkers and other people quickly is a big reason I enjoy using Livestorm. I also really appreciate the way the platform is organized overall. It's easy to get started with and it gives my business a streamlined way to plan, manage and organize online events. With Livestorm, I can connect with more people faster, keep them engaged and bring in more leads. That kind of communication capability has been especially valuable.

Cons

Something that really needs attention is the connection stability. When I am trying to reach someone throughthis platform, the call or conversation will often cut out or disconnect unexpectedly.

support they offer is the best

Pros

Running webinars and virtual meetings with Livestorm has been a really positive experience. The platform is also versatile and well-rounded and the interface is very user friendly, so setting up and managing events is simple. The video and audio quality are consistently high which makes my online sessions feel more professional and keeps interactions engaging. On top of that, their customer service team has been outstanding whenever I have needed help, responding quickly and going the extra mile to resolve my concerns and keep everything running seamlessly.

Cons

Honestly there aren't any major downsides because the product is excellent overall. If There is one area that could be better, it would be the pricing, since it does feel a bit on the expensive side.

Simple setup and modern design

Pros

Getting everything up and running is really easy and the email templates and registration pages come across as very polished and professional. From a design perspective, it looks excellent and performs just as well.

Cons

One thing I'd love to have is the ability to give each session inside an event its own individual name. Because that isn't available, I have had to build separate registration pages for webinars with different content. It would be much better to use a single registration page and show multiple sessions, each with its own descriptive webinar title.
