Pros
Everything feels very user-friendly and simple to work with and the native APIs and built-in tools are the best part. Features like polls really help boost engagement.
Cons
The pricing is on the higher side especially for small teams that are just getting started and the per-seat model makes it even more difficult to manage.

“browser-based webinars done right”
Pros
Running webinars with Livestorm felt really convenient because nobody had to install anything to join. Everything worked straight from the browser, the layout was clean and attendees could get in right away. The engagement features like chat, polls and Q&A also worked reliably which made our sessions feel more interactive and polished.
Cons
What I liked least was that some of the more advanced options, such as deeper analytics and larger attendee limits, were only available on paid plans. The free version handled basic webinars well but it started to feel restrictive when I needed more flexibility or wanted to host bigger events.
