“We rely on it”

Pros

Everything works really well and the interface feels well designed for the way we use it. Our participants keep wanting to come back which says a lot. Also, both the technical team and the sales team are very responsive whenever we need them.

Cons

On the rare occasions when something goes wrong, technical support steps in very quickly and gets the issue resolved.

“Excellent webinar automation tools”

Pros

Biggest plus for me is how sessions are recorded automatically and then sent out to attendees without any extra work. I also really appreciate the pre-recorded options and the automated communication flow before each session especially the reminders. Live polls add a nice level of interaction and the platform itself looks polished and feels very user-friendly.

Cons

A few features on the user side could be more convenient. For example, changing a webinar time slot requires going into the webinar and then digging through specific settings which should be simpler. I also ran into some technical trouble when trying to share my PowerPoint presentation while working with only one screen.

“saves so much time”

Pros

Getting our webinar setup branded and live took less than 10 minutes which was a huge win for us. The biggest advantages were being able to customize the registration flow through Zapier which we already rely on and using the Duplicate option to keep branding consistent across multiple webinars. Reporting is both detailed and simple to work with and the attendance metrics have given us really valuable insight into our audience. The on-demand and replay options are also very convenient. Also, customer support has been excellent. I'd absolutely recommend this product.

Cons

To be honest, it covers pretty much everything we need. If I had to point out a few areas for improvement, I'd love a bit more flexibility in customizing reports. The export process also feels a little awkward since you have to request it, wait for the email and then download it from there. I've also run into several cases where invites were marked as spam, even after clients whitelisted the relevant domains. It would also help to be able to register people directly from the dashboard instead of having to use Zapier and having more control over the timing of automated emails before and after a webinar would be a nice addition.

“Wonderful experience”

Pros

It has been an ideal fit for our organization especially because attendees can join without needing to download any extra software. It gives us complete control over our webinars and the customization options are very user-friendly.

Cons

Something that would be useful to improve is the size of each presenter's video box next to the presentation. When the slides take over the full screen, our speakers end up looking quite small.

“powerful features”

Pros

There's a lot to appreciate about this platform. It's user-friendly, flexible and includes pretty much all the features you'd expect from similar tools, like chat, Q&A and poll tabs, plus recordings. Having multiple presenters on stage at once works well and moving people on and off stage is very simple. The attendance analytics are honestly one of the strongest parts for me,better than anything else I've used. It can also support up to 1,000 attendees which is a solid offering if you're willing to pay extra for that capacity.

Cons

Biggest downside is the price especially when you compare it with other platforms though it does deliver a lot for the cost. I've also run into some problems with emails bouncing or certain email addresses getting blocked by the system. And while the 1,000-attendee limit is higher than what many competitors offer, it still becomes a deal breaker if you're trying to run a very large conference.

“browser crashes and poor support”

Pros

Being browser-based and not tied to Zoom would have been a big advantage if it actually worked.

Cons

It crashed every single user's browser and the sales support was extremely slow or basically nonexistent.

“Impressive feature set”

Pros

When we set out to launch webinars, we needed a solution that was quick to use and simple enough to help us attract leads online. We compared several platforms and narrowed our choice to one that combined the essentials we were looking for, reasonable pricing, a free trial version, support for multiple speakers, screen sharing, live chat and mobile access. Covers all of that and it also came with extra features we weren't expecting, like polls, a user-friendly interface, high-quality data exports, CRM integrations and the ability to repeat sessions.

Cons

Since we use webinars to qualify leads and collect data efficiently, the one feature still missing for us is a one-click export for all attendee data. It would be really helpful to export the full attendee list at once with duplicate detection included.

“Great insights”

Pros

Creating a webinar feels very simple and the platform gives access to a lot of useful data especially around the questions asked. That makes it possible to fine-tune what's included all throughout the presentation. I also really appreciate being able to share a live YouTube video and manage the playback directly.

Cons

At the beginning, there wasn't much guidance on how to put together a really strong webinar so that still feels like an area that could be improved.

“Works really well”

Pros

Livestorm has been a really strong webinar platform for us. Compared with competitors like Demio, it gives much better control over email notifications, both in terms of timing and the templates themselves. The polling feature is also more capable since attendees can choose multiple answers, while Demio only lets them pick one at a time. The same advantage applies to Custom Forms. Integrations have also been a big plus. We connected it with Pipedrive and it checks first to prevent duplicate records, plus it supports webhooks which honestly should be standard in every platform. We've also tied it into Google Analytics which has been useful overall.

Cons

Some tracking data does get lost when custom emails are used. It can also be a little confusing when someone from your own account is trying to join a webinar since there's a dropdown involved and somehow I seem to be the only one on my team who can actually locate it. I've also run into problems turning off the notification sounds. The button is there and clickable but sometimes the sounds keep going anyway. The one area where Demio clearly had the advantage was onboarding. I reviewed around a dozen tools before narrowing it down to Livestorm and Demio and Demio definitely offered a much better signup walkthrough.

“easy to setup”

Pros

After trying a bunch of competing webinar platforms over the past few weeks, this is the one that stood out as the best fit for my business. The backend works really well and setting up webinars is very simple.

Cons

The only thing I'd want more of is additional customization options for the registration pages.

“Support is hands-on!”

Pros

Been using it for a couple of months and it's been really simple to get up and running and just as simple to manage day to day. The platform feels very user friendly, the option to customize webinar registration pages is a big plus and the webinar rooms themselves are very user-friendly. One feature we especially enjoy is the ability to run polls during sessions. Also, the support team has been excellent, very quick to respond and always helpful whenever questions come up.

Cons

Would be nice to have a bit more functionality in the automated emails but aside from that, no major drawbacks come to mind.

“reliable attendance tracking”

Pros

This software does a good job of monitoring whether registered attendees are present during a session. That's especially valuable for training and formation events where attendance records really matter.

Cons

The interaction side for attendees could be better. Letting an attendee speak shouldn't require a process that feels like bringing them on stage and it needs to be much quicker and simpler to manage.

“Replay feature is great”

Pros

Running several webinars each week is much more manageable with this platform because it's simple to use and very budget-friendly. It also comes with a variety of settings so you can tweak the broadcast based on what you need. One feature I really appreciate is being able to record sessions and replay them later for anyone who couldn't attend live.

Cons

Every now and then, a few attendees seem to have trouble logging into the webinars.

“too good!”

Pros

After comparing quite a few webinar platforms, I ended up going with Livestorm. A few things really sold us on it, being able to show up to six participants on screen at the same time, letting attendees join without downloading anything, the flexibility of the registration page and the option to upload presentation slides. It also has a very polished, professional look.

Cons

There are still a few areas that could be better. It seems like some features are still in beta and one important limitation is that webinar replays with presentation slides still aren't available outside the beta trial. The way upcoming webinars are displayed could also be much better. Instead of showing everything in one long list, it would be more useful to separate them into sections like today's webinars, this week's webinars and so on.

“I recommend it”

Pros

Getting started with it is really simple. The support team has been incredibly helpful and I appreciate that they genuinely listen to user feedback and keep rolling out new features because of it.

Cons

One thing that could be better is not having to rely on outside apps for tasks like bulk importing registrants as an admin. That said, I did appreciate the Livestorm team taking the time to show me how to handle it using Zapier.

“Dependable multilingual webinars”

Pros

To set it up was very simple and the multilingual interface is a big plus. It has been consistently reliable for both live and recorded webinars and I haven't run into any major issues since I first started using it about six months ago at another company. When I moved into my new role, I picked it right away as our webinar platform.

Cons

Interface can feel a bit tricky at first when you're setting up webinars especially with the different tabs and session options. It takes a couple of days to really get comfortable with how everything is organized which is pretty normal for a powerful marketing tool.
