MeetingMogul detects scheduled conference calls from device calendars and CRM calendars and displays them on an agenda. It joins any conference call with a single tap, removing manual entry of dial-in numbers, bridges, and passcodes.
The software allows instant sharing of meeting notes and agendas among all meeting participants for continuous collaboration. It stores and displays shared notes and summaries alongside related emails and CRM data for easy reference.
The system records notes against any call and associates them with that meeting for later access. It shares recorded notes with participants and saves meeting records into CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
