“easy email organization”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits of this software is how well it lets me organize incoming emails in different ways. I can control things like when messages should arrive and how they should be grouped which has been really useful.
Cons
Would still like to have more control over how emails are received especially the option to let certain messages bypass the management rules. Also, the email domain doesn't work on some websites which can be frustrating.

“quick setup”
Pros
Getting everything up and running at the start was really easy and using the software on a regular basis stays just as simple.
Cons
Interface looks a little outdated but considering how well the software works overall, that's pretty easy to overlook.

“easy fix for inbox overload”
Pros
This is a really useful app for anyone dealing with a constantly overloaded inbox and trying to stay sane while managing email.
Cons
The one thing I'd really want improved is the UI design in Paced Email.

“Smart scheduling”
Pros
Creating new email inboxes with the updated plugin is incredibly easy. Custom email addresses for simple sorting and scheduled delivery are handled brilliantly and the whole setup keeps my inbox tidy organized and much easier to manage. Honestly it does a lot for my sanity too. The option to let the first email come through right away is a really smart touch.
Cons
My only very minor complaint is that finding the inboxes can be a bit awkward when I want to access them outside the delivery schedule. There isn't a direct "Inboxes" button in the plugin so I have to click "Paced email," go to the site, open the dashboard, then select the address and mailbox. That said, having the digest delivered does give a quicker way to reach a specific email.

“helpful email scheduling tool”
Pros
It has been really useful for keeping my work organized and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. I can schedule emails to be sent later, build email chains and create email lists without any trouble. It's a practical tool for anyone who wants to manage their inbox better and stay on top of tasks.
Cons
Onboarding experience could definitely be improved and the documentation is sometimes a bit difficult to follow and understand.

“Keeps my inbox clean”
Pros
Setting up alias email addresses with it is really easy. It cuts down inbox clutter right away and promotional emails stay out of my main account which makes it much easier to stay focused on work.
Cons
Something that could be better is the workflow for managing newsletters I've already subscribed to since that part could be more convenient.

“great email features”
Pros
The feature I rely on most is the random email option since it lets me sign up for trial apps without using my personal email address. Also, I'm also able to create custom email addresses with my own domain which is really useful.
Cons
It would be even more interesting if they also offered an SMTP service.

“unlimited storage is a plus”
Pros
Having unlimited storage has been a big advantage and the platform feels user-friendly and simple to work with.
Cons
Would be even more useful if you also created Android and iOS apps so users could access it more conveniently.

“Fantastic inbox control across devices”
Pros
Among the best email delay tools out there, this one is really useful for pausing or holding back newsletters and similar messages before they flood your inbox. It comes packed with features, including rules for each individual email alias which makes it much more flexible. Apple already pushed email aliases with iCloud because using your primary address everywhere quickly becomes overwhelming and paced gives you that same kind of practical setup in a broader, cross-platform way. You can use it on iOS android, Windows, Mac or Linux so it fits into pretty much any workflow. For anyone constantly signing up for new services or newsletters, this feels like an obvious choice.
Cons
Right now, the dashboard email lists look clean and minimal but it would be much better if there were toggle buttons to instantly pause or resume selected aliases. On a 4K display, the font also feels too small. It would also help if the sort button remembered the last sorting option that was used.

“Impressed by the inbox management”
Pros
Managing multiple email addresses across different domains used to mean paying for separate email hosting for each one. With this tool, that's no longer necessary. I can create and manage email accounts directly from the dashboard, then route all incoming messages into a single mailbox. It really cuts down on the need for multiple hosting services... just Paced does the job. Fantastic... five stars for this tool!!
Cons
It's very simple to use so I honestly don't see any downsides.

“timely newsletters and domain flexibility”
Pros
I love having all my newsletters arrive at a set time, it is really a smart feature and this tool handles it very well. Another thing I appreciate is being able to use our own domain name with the generated email address. Creating email addresses on the fly is also extremely useful since it helps me avoid unwanted emails.
Cons
Haven't come across any issues with it, it does exactly what I need it to do.

“Easy to use!”
Pros
Being able to create custom emails with my own domains is a big plus since it removes the need to pay for separate email hosting somewhere else. I can also manage multiple email addresses in one place and choose how often I get email digests, whether that's daily, weekly or monthly.
Cons
Getting around the navigation to find the answers I needed took longer than I expected compared with other products I've used during onboarding. It wasn't a major problem because I eventually found everything on my own but it definitely took a bit more time than I would have preferred since I'd rather look things up myself than contact support.

“wonderful automations”
Pros
This is pretty much the tool I had been looking for. It keeps my real email from being exposed whenever I sign up on landing pages. I mainly use it to test my automations and while services like 10 Minute Mail offer temporary addresses, this gives me ongoing access to emails right from the dashboard whenever I need them. I can create custom aliases, use my own domain and set rules, schedules, dates, times and even choose which recipients are allowed to send to that address. Also, the webhooks plus Zapier, Pabbly and Integrately integrations make it possible to automate a lot of really useful workflows.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. I really enjoy using it and it has been doing exactly what I need up to this point. I'm just hoping it keeps growing into a standout product and continues helping me boost my productivity.

“affordable and ultra fast”
Pros
Paced Email is something I use every single day especially when I need to create trial accounts. Getting started was easy and using it has been just as simple. I'd happily recommend it to anyone. It's definitely one of those tools worth having especially since the price is very reasonable.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across any downsides. The tool delivers exactly what it promises and works flawlessly. It's also incredibly fast to use particularly with the Chrome extension.

“Quick support”
Pros
Over the past few months, this has been really reliable for me. I asked the team for a few features and they responded quickly and actually paid attention to the feedback. It runs perfectly on my Mac and copying an email only takes one click. I haven't run into any problems at all. The only thing I'd still want is a spam folder for each email.
Cons
At first, I thought this was mainly a productivity tool but after trying all the features, I realized it offers much more than that. Being able to create plenty of email aliases is incredibly useful especially for testing apps with free trials. It has helped me a lot. With just one click, I can generate a new alias and use it like a regular email address.

“newsletter inbox relief”
Pros
Most people talk about this as if it's just a temporary email service but the real value for me is how it keeps my inbox from getting overwhelmed by rolling everything into a daily, weekly or monthly digest. That alone is why I bought it. I get buried in way too many emails every day so I've been gradually switching my newsletter subscriptions over to these paced email addresses so they arrive in one consolidated message instead of hundreds of separate emails all at once.
Cons
From both a usability and efficiency standpoint, I really don't understand why I need to create a separate account for every email address I want messages forwarded to. It would make much more sense to let users add those email addresses directly inside the main account, rather than forcing us to open new accounts for each one and then set them up as recipients.

“Summaries are a huge help”
Pros
A feature that's been especially useful is the paced email summaries. It lets me bundle emails into batches for a summary and check them whenever I need to. The scheduled batch view is just as helpful since it gives me more control over when I want to sit down and review my emails.
Cons
If I had to point out one thing, I'd say I personally wish the interface looked a bit more modern. It's not a bad UI at all though and that really comes down to personal preference.

“helpful burner email tracking”
Pros
Its been really easy using this burner email tool and I can turn it on or off for different websites whenever I want. It also helps me figure out which sites are selling or sharing my email data.
Cons
The digest email setup works but I'd rather have the option to create a separate email address for every individual website.
