“Flexible email tools we love”

Pros

Using this platform has been a really positive experience. It's user friendly, simple to navigate and it keeps improving over time. The developer is receptive to feedback, maintains a public roadmap (which is a big deal when it comes to trusting vendors and understanding where the product is headed) is clearly enthusiastic about making both the platform and the user experience better. Being able to use our own subdomain is incredibly valuable and having no limit on the number of unique email addresses we can create is a major advantage. Sending from those addresses is extremely useful too and you can even configure them for multiple recipients, similar to a mailing list. We also appreciate being able to create custom email addresses, choose how often messages are delivered and remove them if they start attracting spam. Also, the rules feature adds a lot of flexibility and customization. I could honestly keep listing reasons we're happy with it but it's one of those platforms that really speaks for itself once you start using it and just to be clear, I have no affiliation with the company.

Cons

There really isn't much to criticize over the long term. A few things we'd still like to have (such as a sent folder and the option to add a signature to outgoing emails) are already on their shortlist for upcoming improvements. We also mentioned that some fields should appear on the main settings page and they've already started moving those based on our feedback. If there's any downside for us, it's simply that we didn't start using it earlier.

“burner emails done right”

Pros

Being able to create aliases or burner emails is really useful for signing up for newsletters without worrying about endless follow-ups or hunting down unsubscribe links later. I can just turn them off or delete them whenever I want. The custom domain support is another big plus though I'm not sure what the domain limit is and honestly I'd rather not ask in case that makes them add one. The Chrome extension also makes the whole process convenient since creating a burner email is pretty simple. The only extra step is choosing how often I want to get the digest.

Cons

A dedicated mobile app would make this even better. That said, I'm currently using it as a PWA so it's not causing much trouble for me right now.

“Smart alias digest setup!!”

Pros

Multiple aliases and email addresses can be bundled into digests and delivered weekly, monthly or even paused whenever needed. It also lets me keep emails stored in the mailbox without cluttering up my primary account.

Cons

My only regret is not signing up for more accounts when the price was lower since I underestimated how useful it would end up being. I also waited about six months after signing up before I actually started using it.

“An excellent tool”

Pros

Paced Email lets me turn any daily newsletter into a weekly or monthly digest which makes my inbox much easier to manage.

Cons

Using a custom domain does require the right setup, otherwise the digest emails can end up in the spam folder pretty easily.

“Fairly priced”

Pros

The biggest plus here is how simple everything is, along with the affordable pricing. I also really appreciate that there are no restrictions on the number of emails we can use.

Cons

At this point, I haven't run into anything that really limits my use case. If there's one area that could be better, it would be improving deliverability to the main inbox.

“paced inbox control”

Pros

Between hobby shopping and trying different online services, I end up signing up for tons of newsletters and email lists which usually turns my inbox into a mess. It has been really helpful for getting that under control. It not only helps me organize my inbox better but also changes how I handle my to-do list so I do not feel overloaded by the number of emails I need to scan and read. Also, using it instead of my personal email gives me better control over the kinds of messages that end up being sent to my different email addresses.

Cons

One thing that could definitely be better is the documentation on their website since it did not feel as detailed as it could have been. Hopefully that improves with future updates in the next few months.

“Love my organized inbox now”

Pros

At first, I didn't think I really needed this product but it completely won me over. It has become something I can see myself using every single day because it helps me organize my emails and manage everything that lands in my inbox. The biggest benefit is how much it helps me stay focused. I'm not constantly distracted by newsletters yet I still receive the important emails I actually need to read. That's honestly really cool.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints about this product because everything seems to work well. The only small issue was in the beginning, when I felt a little confused about how it worked but it turned out to be simple to understand once I spent a bit of time with it.

“keeps me focused”

Pros

Paced Email has been a big help in clearing up my inboxes. Staying focused and keeping my emails organized has always been a challenge and this gives me more room to concentrate on what actually matters while pushing less important messages to later.

Cons

Getting started felt a bit challenging at first because the learning curve was somewhat steep for me but once everything is connected, it works really well. There are also plenty of features in it that I still have to explore and I'm sure I can get even more value from it over time.

“Affordable and good option”

Pros

It has been a fantastic way to keep my inbox under control without getting overwhelmed by unwanted messages. I can use it as my personal email address to cut down on clutter or keep things anonymous when I don't want people to know I'm using it. I also appreciate that it's affordable and the option to group emails into digests and alerts based on my preferences is really useful.

Cons

The only downside is that auto-forwarding has to be set up manually for all existing subscriptions. It's just a one-time task but it can take a bit of time to get everything configured.

“Strong ROI”

Pros

The return on investment has been excellent. It's simple to use and I appreciate that the product keeps improving with continued development.

Cons

Would be so much better to have more email domain choices since having only paced.email feels a bit limiting.

“better inbox control”

Pros

A big help with inbox management since it moves non-essential emails into the tool first. I can leave them there as long as I want or schedule them to be delivered back to my inbox at a specific time.

Cons

I think a mobile app would make a big difference especially for accessing it while I'm out and about.

“Perfect for mailing lists”

Pros

Whenever I need to create email addresses on the fly, this works really well. It makes signing up for mailing lists much more convenient especially since I can use the brand's name as the username and keep everything organized.

Cons

Honestly haven't run into any downsides with it. Their support team does an excellent job supporting customers and makes sure everything stays on track.

“a complete email triage toolkit!!”

Pros

Originally built for handling email delivery, this tool also works really well for filtering messages, bypassing clutter and setting specific rules to triage email efficiently. A few things I especially appreciate are the option to add custom domains, create custom usernames and choose how often emails get delivered. It's also very useful for making burner email addresses when testing lots of apps which is something I do often. Also, the founder provides excellent support.

Cons

Nothing much to fault here. If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that development doesn't move khub quickly because the team is small. Even so, the pace is still reasonable and acceptable.

“responsive support”

Pros

This works well not only for newsletter digests but also for temporary email use. Since it includes rules, setting up aliases to forward messages right away instead of letting them pile up is pretty easy. Their rep replied quickly and clearly walked me through how to configure it in a short amount of time. Excellent experience overall!

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a checkbox built into the extension so a forwarding alias can be set at the moment the alias is created.

“Newsletter control is amazing”

Pros

Email digests are a really smart way to boost productivity.. it feels like having one newsletter that neatly manages all your other newsletters. The interface looks fantastic, clean, focused and very easy. Inbox deliverability has been excellent, the features are strong and the support team has been outstanding as well. Another feature I really appreciate is the ability to create temporary alias email addresses and throw them away after using them which cuts out unwanted emails completely. It's a clever tool that's absolutely worth using and the amount of time it can save is genuinely surprising.

Cons

Really though, I have nothing to complain about here.. everything works exactly the way it promises.

“Improved our focus honestly”

Pros

It has really transformed the way I handle my inbox. It keeps things much cleaner and now I can actually focus on the emails that matter most. I don't feel buried under irrelevant messages anymore which has been a huge relief.

“Incredible tool”

Pros

Biggest reason I'm such a fan of this product is that it tackles a problem I constantly deal with... spending way too much time checking email. Being able to control when messages come in is a huge relief and I can choose the right time to go through different kinds of emails. In a busy work environment, nonstop interruptions are incredibly disruptive. They break your concentration, hurt productivity and add unnecessary stress. It has genuinely helped me cut down on that. It keeps email from becoming a constant distraction, helps me stay focused on the task that actually matters and makes it easier to stay present instead of getting pulled away by junk mail. It's been a really effective way to keep my life more organized.

Cons

What's missing is a "Sent" mailbox so once sent emails start piling up, it can take a while to track down the ones you need.

“inbox cleanup is amazing”

Pros

Paced Email helps me clear out my inbox quickly by cutting down how often emails come through. That means fewer promotional messages filling up space and taking up my time. I also get to choose the delivery schedule myself, whether that's a daily roundup, a weekly roundup or something else that fits better.

Cons

I think it should have a more discreet domain option so it isn't immediately clear that I'm using a burner email address. For instance, instead of a domain like weekly.paced.email, it would be better to have something less obvious especially since some email verification tools may reject it as not being legitimate.
