“helpful integrations that deliver”
Pros
Whenever I test out different applications, it ends up being the solution that fits. It supports a wide range of integrations and that makes it even more useful for other needs as well.
Cons
Would be even better with a few more integrations and added features which could make Paced more powerful.

“I really loved it”
Pros
My inbox stays much cleaner with this. I use the aliases for newsletter sign-ups and trial accounts, then have everything forwarded to my main inbox as a single digest on a schedule I choose (daily, weekly or monthly). It gives me much better control over which emails I actually want to read and when I want to deal with them.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is the ability to select alias accounts directly from the Mailbox. Right now, it takes extra steps because I have to open individual emails and use the filter option, "show mailbox for this alias." A simple drop-down menu listing all alias accounts would fix that nicely.

“privacy-first inbox control”
Pros
Paced Email has been a fantastic way to keep my real email private while also managing how messages reach my inbox. Being able to create burner addresses in seconds and still forward everything to my actual email is incredibly useful especially for product signups and newsletters. The standout feature is that I can even reply through those burner addresses which takes it beyond other similar tools I've tried before. It really feels like the founder is building something valuable and he's been very responsive to early users as well. I'm also happy to see integrations like Pabbly Connect, Integrately and Zapier already in place because that adds a lot of flexibility and opens up plenty of use cases.
Cons
I'm genuinely impressed with this tool overall. There are still a few things I'd like added, such as more control over sent emails but since the platform is still in its early stages, I'm okay giving it some time.

“easy to use”
Pros
Something that really works well is how you can schedule inbox digests to be sent daily, weekly or monthly. It's also handy to set up disposable email addresses for newsletters, free trials and similar signups, then pause or delete any inbox and replace it with a fresh one whenever needed. Anonymous sending from inside the tool is another useful feature. Also, you can build categorized email addresses and sort them into actions or buckets with email rules. The developer also keeps rolling out new features which is a big plus.
Cons
No complaints. It handles exactly what I need and does it well without requiring much effort from me at all. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding two-factor authentication through email confirmation or Google/Microsoft sign-in instead of relying only on an authenticator app.

“5 stars from me”
Pros
Managing a large number of email addresses with this tool has been a real time-saver. It makes it much more practical to keep everything organized especially when different types of messages need to go to separate inboxes. For instance, I can send social media emails to one address, newsletters to another and business communication to a completely different one. Creating multiple mailboxes is extremely useful and the option to use a custom domain makes it even better.
Cons
Interface and overall ergonomics could still be improved to feel more user friendly.

“Amazing overall”
Pros
It helps me manage which emails I focus on and when I deal with them and that control has been really useful.
Cons
Still haven't explored all the possible use cases yet but I'd definitely like to see more options for custom domains.

“email digests made simple”
Pros
Putting emails together is really easy and having them sent out as digests works really well.
Cons
There's not much to complain about. It actually does more than I originally expected.

“lifesaver for trial signups”
Pros
Can't imagine managing without this tool now. It lets me generate multiple email addresses using its own domain, paced.email which is perfect for signing up for software trials, newsletters and all kinds of temporary subscriptions. The best part is that once I'm done, I can just remove those addresses from Paced Email and not worry about spam showing up afterward. It really feels like a lifesaver.
Cons
I think it should have a few more domain options instead of just paced.mail so it would be a bit easier to stay unnoticed when signing up for newsletters and similar services.

“Fantastic support”
Pros
Getting everything up and running was incredibly easy. Within minutes of purchasing it, I had it set up to manage a few newsletters. I still need to configure more but that comes down to my own time management, not the software. Also, a big shoutout to their rep. They are extremely hands-on, easy to reach and very receptive to ideas. More companies should operate like this.
Cons
Honestly nothing comes to mind that I dislike or even like the least. It just works exactly the way it's supposed to.
