“Just started using TurboBridge”
Pros
I found it really helpful for my work requirements and setting up my user profile was super easy. The only thing I think would make it even better is adding the 800 call-in feature. But overall, having an option to add a lot of users is definitely a plus.
Cons
The local connectivity is a bit of an issue but honestly, I don't think TurboBridge can do much about it since it is related to our telephone provider.

“Overall, an amazing tool”
Pros
A few years ago, I was searching for a new voice conferencing solution and Turbobridge really stood out to me because of the great cost and value. Now that we've been using it for a while and I can honestly say it is amazing in every way. The call quality is excellent and it is always reliable. In short Turbobridge really delivers.
Cons
Only thing I have noticed with TurboBridge is that it doesn't integrate with other web-based solutions. This means users need to be trained on how to manually add the TurboBridge phone numbers and conference ID.
