“A platform for construction project management
Pros
This application is excellent for monitoring onsite costs. It also enables me to efficiently manage tasks and deadlines.

“Convinced to switch then they rescended their offer. Did not keep their word.
Pros
I received a phone call pressuring me to upgrade from my trial, which I declined. However, a week later, I was informed that the trial was ending prematurely, and if I didn't upgrade, I wouldn't be able to use the product after switching. The representative avoided taking responsibility by attributing it to "higherups." There was no accountability.
Cons
Their lack of commitment and honesty is disappointing, as they haven't followed through on their promises.

“Agrxis Review on CoConstruct
Pros
I absolutely love CoConstruct, and it has become an essential tool for all my building projects. The extensive project management tools are one of the highlights of the software. CoConstruct covers every aspect of the building process, from initial planning and budgeting to scheduling and communication. Realtime collaboration with my team and clients has significantly improved productivity and reduced misunderstandings. The platform's intuitive navigation and user friendly interface make it easy to organize projects, track deadlines, and monitor progress. Integrated financial tools, including cost monitoring and invoicing, have simplified financial administration for my projects. Additionally, the customer service from the CoConstruct team has been exceptional, always helpful and responsive whenever I have a question.
Cons
While my experience with CoConstruct has mostly been positive, there are a few features that I didn't particularly enjoy. Firstly, especially for smaller construction companies or independent contractors, the pricing structure might be a bit on the costly side. For individuals seeking a more cost-effective alternative, the price could be discouraging.

Pros
It's a simple way to keep track of schedules, change orders, and site photos. All the trades and team members can access and update information as needed.

“Overpriced After Recent Increases
Pros
I found this tool very useful for managing projects. The design feels well thought-out. Working with budgets, purchase orders and change orders is simple and smooth.
Cons
We got locked into this system because exporting data is nearly impossible. Our small business was happy with it until last year when they suddenly raised our rates by around $5,000, completely blindsided us with that massive price hike. Since everything revolves around their software, you can't easily take your project data elsewhere. Youre basically trapped if you're not willing to abandon years of project history. I'd stay away unless you're prepared to lose all your data if you ever want to switch. We can't afford to lose our project records so we're stuck paying these ridiculous prices.

“A helpful tool for streamlining company processes
Pros
CoConstruct is an amazing tool. The program has been meticulously designed, allowing us to handle multiple tasks while organizing communications in one place. We can easily interact with others and ensure all materials are readily available for review. The mobile app is particularly useful for inputting data onsite. Our suppliers and contractors are benefiting from the comprehensive scheduling, and the assessment and determination reconciliation feature is an excellent tool for our workers.
Cons
It is advisable to provide descriptions when posting photos to CoConstruct. I would recommend avoiding CoConstruct altogether unless you can easily retrieve your project data. The way files from specifications and choices are posted can cause confusion in our transactions.

“CoConstruct
Pros
The estimating and cost database were incredibly helpful. Budget tracking was also excellent. I had been using Excel spreadsheets for years, and the estimate layout in CoConstruct was very similar, making it easy to transition.
Cons
The timesheet section did not accurately track overtime for our Canadian labor and payroll requirements at that time. Additionally, the photo quality was terrible. I also disliked that the cost was based on the number of projects.

“Amazing onboarding experience
Pros
It has a detailed and beneficial dashboard that includes videos and resources for customer service. I can vouch that CoConstruct put a lot of time and effort into ensuring that users had all they required to utilize and get a grip on the software. Camp is helpful and necessary because it makes it easy to switch to the new software.
Cons

“An Accountant's view of CoConstruct
Pros
Overall, the program has an abundance of features to track and control costs. It keeps both customers and office staff informed about the progress of each project. There are many untapped capabilities that I have yet to explore. However, it can be overwhelming at first without any training sessions or help desk support.
Cons
The standard program should include options for paying bills. For an additional $300 per month (Premium edition), the program should allow for the payment of ALL bills and expenses, including payroll. I would love to see it combined with a basic QuickBooks package for the extra cost. As it stands, I cannot justify paying an extra $300 monthly.

“Another software program obviously designed by people with no real world construction experience.
Pros
The estimating feature is genuinely nice. The proposals look clean and professional, and adding price options is a breeze.
Cons
The invoicing system is terrible and lacks flexibility. You can only create a purchase order from your items list if it's already in your estimate. So, if you encounter unexpected costs that you won't bill the customer for, you can't generate a purchase order for them. There's no way to know if the customer has opened their estimate. Customer support is inadequate, and the training sessions on setting up and using the product are far too short. Three 45-minute sessions are nowhere near enough. I spent hours reading articles and watching videos. I made three phone calls for assistance, but they couldn't provide answers either. On all three occasions, they promised to look into it and get back to me, but they never did.

Pros
I really enjoyed using CoConstruct on the desktop version. The estimating functionality was something I had been searching for, and it played a significant role in my decision to choose this product.

Pros
There are some generally good functionalities when you look at the overall package. The list of features they provide is competitive.
Cons
There are some major flaws in accounting, scheduling and day-to-day stuff like submitting a variation via phone. Pros
Estimating features work well for our projects and the Gantt chart functionality helps keep everything organized. Customer support has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance but that's where the pros end..
Cons
The system makes simple things like sending invoices way harder than they should be. There's no dashboard or accounts receivable features and you won't get email confirmations either. “Complex estimating feature
Pros
Being able to consolidate everything in one spot has been a game-changer. Build plans, sub-contractor communication and all the documentation I need. The mobile app is really handy for keeping everything updated when I'm out in the field.
Cons
The estimating feature feels pretty buggy to work with. You can't load multiple estimates from subcontractors into the system and then pick which options you want while having the budget update automatically. This becomes a real pain when you're weighing different approaches for things like roofing, siding or kitchen work. Even though estimating is supposed to be one of their main selling points, it doesn't really flex with how you'd naturally want to price out a project.

“Lets clients see what we're building
Pros
Creating estimates here and linking them directly to specs keeps everything organized in one spot. Clients can see exactly what we're building and which materials we'll use which cuts down on last-minute surprises for everyone. It's easy to show customers ways to save money and give them upgrade options. Since the scheduling is global, our suppliers and contractors really appreciate having access to it. The estimating and specification integration is also a fantastic tool that our team uses regularly.
Cons
Setting up new projects takes forever especially when dealing with a bunch of random items. Since I handle tons of home inspection reports, creating a template I can actually import for each job is nearly impossible. The client view isn't as user-friendly as I'd hoped. When I break down cost lines for different items, I can't show customers the description for each line item. It's also tough to work through the task list while I'm on-site because everything gets grouped into broad categories instead of showing me a single list with all the individual items. You can add whatever you want to the schedule and track progress but I really wish I could import specs and specifications directly into the timeline.
