Pros
Since we're new to this product, all I can say is that it offers great value for its price. We spent a long time examining all the options on the market. The best part about the purchase has been the company itself. They've kept every promise they made before the sale. Their assistance with setup has been superb, and they answer all my questions quickly. Plus, I can reach out to the lead programmer if needed.
Cons
Our main issue is that the screens don't scale properly and the fonts are outdated. The screens don't fill a 16:9 monitor, which any modern program should handle. They say they're addressing this, but there's no timeline for when it will be fixed.

Pros
The vendor is absolutely fantastic! They're always available to address any questions or concerns I might have. It feels like having a personal tutor guiding me through the whole process. They're also willing to make adjustments to the software to better suit my needs. It's almost like the software was tailor-made for me. I can't praise their team enough, they're all amazing! The program is enjoyable to learn and maintains very thorough accounting records. The different modules work together effortlessly, and the reporting function is excellent! It supports multiple users, and I can buy only the modules I require.
Cons
Learning anything takes time, and I don't have any negative feedback about this product. Once again, the vendor is exceptional!

Pros
I don't like anything about this software or its design. For three years, we were promised a custom business software solution, and it was never delivered!
Cons
The owners and developers made us promises but failed to deliver. We eventually gave up and switched to a different software program.

Pros
We began using Cobra Software in April 2010. After exploring numerous software options, none came close to what Cobra offers. The integration of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, and scheduling is a massive time saver. It's clear that a lot of thought went into Cobra's programming, and the result is a seamless flow of features! The month-end and year-end processes are very straightforward. As we continue to use the software and benefit from constant updates, I'm glad we chose Cobra. I highly recommend it!

We're extremely satisfied with COBRA and only wish we had discovered them much earlier.

COBRA was priced just right for our needs. We wanted to move away from QuickBooks and find a solution more tailored to construction. There are so many fantastic features in COBRA that we keep discovering new ones regularly. I particularly enjoy working with the COBRA trainers, they're extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with. Despite our busy schedule, we've been able to take our time learning the program, and they've been there with us every step of the way.

Pros
COBRA has turned out to be very dependable software for our business. The Mobile feature of COBRA has been excellent and has reduced our office staff's workload. The inventory module performs well, and we track up to 20,000 items a week with around 97% accuracy. We're aiming for 100%. The most crucial aspect of being with the COBRA family is their product support. We asked Cindy and her team to make various customizations to COBRA for our needs, and they delivered perfectly. We haven't encountered an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly. Thank you for that. Time is money. We're very pleased with COBRA and only wish we had discovered them sooner.
