Pros
It makes it very easy for me to track others' performance and i can easily make sure they complete their tasks. This particular feature has helped me a lot and the software also allows me to take care of accounting related to their work.
Cons
I am really satisfied with it and have nothing to complain about because it fulfills all my requirements.

“There are better CRM tools available!”
Pros
It has been great for project management and accounting, I am a fan. It helps me track project expenses and it is easy to monitor the progress.
Cons
CE is not the most powerful tool as a CRM tool, in my opinion. Even a construction setting like ours need more meaningful reporting and analytics along with some improvements in the integration with other systems such as RingCentral and MailChimp. We have to look for manual solutions for things other softwares are already handling.

“Helps me streamline operations”
Pros
This system has it all, payroll, HR and accounting features. It helps me streamline management of employee information, payroll processing and financial tracking all at once. By bringing all the important business operations together, the software improves our efficiency and makes sure everything is well-coordinated.
Cons
It should have more reporting features and I also struggle with navigation.

The software works just the way it is advertised. We already knew it would take some time to set it up which it did. Overall, its a solid product.
