“Basic yet useful

I find it pretty easy to work with and simple to understand.

Cons

When I upload prints, I have to pick each one individually, which is such a hassle. Plus some of them end up uploading sideways. Is there any way to select and upload all of them at once?

What I like the most about Electric Ease is how easy it is to navigate and use. Even without prior electrical experience, I found it intuitive to operate. Plus, the member of the support team serving us was knowledgeable, responsive and supportive.

Electric Ease makes estimating so much easier for us with its pre-filled assemblies and up to date national and local pricing. Plus it helps us create accurate and efficient proposals without any hassle. And yes we are definitely planning to stick with Electric Ease for years to come.

Cons

When we use the program to count different elements on uploaded prints, I have noticed it doesn't include all the typical or most common symbols to mark things on the prints. To be honest it is a bit frustrating not having those standard options available.

Electric Ease software is very user-friendly and it also makes building bids so simple. It has helped me put together solid proposals and win more projects.

So far I havent found anything I dont like.

Electric Ease software is quite versatile and cloud-based, which makes it really easy to use from any device, no matter where I am. Plus the support team is amazing, always just a phone call or email away if I need help with anything. Whether it's system issues or understanding how to use a feature. Plus they are always looking for ways to improve the software, making it easier to use and adding helpful features to assist with estimating.

Initially, I found it difficult to get accustomed to, but after conversing with the support team and participating in one of the webinars, it clicked.

“I wish I had found it earlier

Pros

Its material database is quite powerful and adjusting prices is fairly simple too. The best thing is that I was able to make money right away after sending out estimates using the software.

Well I have had to create product items that weren't in the template, and while it is not too difficult, it does take a bit of time.

I use Electric Ease software on a weekly or daily basis, and I have to say, it is the best. The interface is simple and it is easy to get the hang of. Also it is really customizable when it comes to materials and assemblies, which makes it even better for my needs.

There are a few minor navigation issues within the software which I have noticed. Even though they don't hinder functionality much but slightly extend the estimating process.

Electric Ease is amazing, and the team behind it is great too. Plus I find it is easy to use, intuitive and provides accurate pricing.

What I love most about Electric Ease is their customer service as it is hands down the best I have experienced. Right after that, I did say the consistency of the tool is a close second. I've been using this software for years, and they have always delivered on every promise. They're transparent about their goals and future plans for the software and what really stands out is how they genuinely listen to our feedback and collaborate with us to make sure their product fits smoothly into our workflow.

Cons

I wouldn't call it an all in one solution. As it is not a customer database, but honestly that might be for the best. We're able to link it to our account management tool, which means we only need to keep one database updated and that works well for us.

“Made my job so much easier

Pros

Since I started using Electric Ease, I have saved so much time estimating. I can put together accurate estimates way faster than I used to. Plus, I feel way more confident about the accuracy of my bids now. Also their customer support team is simply the best. They helped us a lot in learning the software and even provided extra info whenever updates rolled out.

It is not a complaint, but I am eagerly waiting for the upcoming scheduled features.

“A highly recommended tool from my side...

Pros

Electric Ease has completely taken the hassle out of estimating for me. I have used a few estimating platforms before, but they always made things more complicated and took forever to finish an estimate. However this one has simplified the whole process, making it one of the most efficient electrical estimating tools I've found. Also the interface is quite easy to navigate and it's really intuitive. I did definitely recommend this software to any electrical contractor.

I haven't found any negatives yet. And I am very much pleased with its ease of use.

What sets this apart for me is how easy it is to use. Plus if you're tired of estimating the hard way, this is the one you need. As I have tried a lot of other estimating software, and Electric Ease is definitely the best among all.

One of the most helpful things for me is that Electric Ease is cloud-based, so the material pricing gets updated automatically in real time. Plus the search feature is also really easy to use especially since I can search for parts using field terminology.

I have noticed a few parts missing from the database, but once I pointed it out to Electric Ease, they added them.

The amount of time I save in the bidding process is unbelievable. It's been a total no-brainer business expense for me. I honestly can't imagine running my business without Electric Ease. As it has made the toughest part of starting my own electrical company the easiest.

Anytime I have come across an issue the staff at E.E. has been exceptional at assisting me. I am quite impressed with them.
