The drawing management and comparison tool in Procore is highly useful for tracking changes in design-build projects. The file storage tool iteration is also enjoyable to work with.

“ProCore Yay or Nay”
Pros
I have primarily used Procore as mandated by General Contractors for specific jobs. It has been instrumental in streamlining processes especially when it comes to tracking submissions responsible parties and response times. This transparency allows for efficient progress monitoring and seamless communication with team members ensuring timely and effective project management.
Cons
My only negative feedback is that I receive everyone's responses even if they are not relevant to me. This results in receiving numerous Procore emails daily that are unrelated to our company solely due to how the system is set up.

“Procore = Protool”
Pros
Procore is a highly intuitive tool for General Contractors to collaborate with subcontractors like myself. The easy access to files and the ability to upload RFIs and submittals make it a convenient platform to work with.
Cons
Initially navigation was a bit difficult but through trial and error I quickly adapted and learned. There might be a possibility that I am using it incorrectly but it would be beneficial to have a feature that allows subcontractors to have a company homepage displaying all jobs with the general contractors as well as tasks awaiting completion or tasks that are pending subcontractor action.

“Does what is says...”
Pros
Currently utilizing Procore for our entire portfolio of projects ranging from various sizes and complexities. The main advantages include its robust system a strong support network positive reception from users who have familiarized themselves with it and its straightforward approach to addressing project needs.
Cons
Generally there is little to criticize about this product since Procore delivers on their promises. However the challenge lies in getting our team members on board. While Procore offers a decent range of training materials through written and video guides we find that these guides lack specificity for certain roles especially in the UK market.

“Best Construction Management Software Found So Far”
Pros
The available options and metrics offered by Procore if utilized correctly are highly valuable. It is a comprehensive package for project management software.
Cons
We recently acquired the SAGE integration module but there is significant back and forth between SAGE and PROCORE that requires further refinement for seamless integration between the two programs. Once the setup is complete (which seems to be an ongoing process for each job) it is beneficial to have the management software and accounting software communicating with each other.

“Game Changer for Construction”
Pros
Procore is a versatile cloud-based program that our team utilizes on various devices enabling seamless information access for field workers and administrators alike. Approval statuses of submittals and RFIs can be easily tracked.
Cons
I have been eagerly awaiting features such as submittal PDF markups within Procore itself rather than having to download and re-upload from the website. Fortunately they are now introducing this feature!
