simplifies daily tasks efficiently

Pros

I've seen Procore continue to develop alongside our industry. They appear focused on making day-to-day tasks simpler so we can complete our work more efficiently and with less hassle.

Cons

Sometimes I question whether we're truly getting the full value from it because it doesn't always feel like we're receiving all the benefits for the price we pay.

We depend on it

Pros

We're completely dependent on it. It includes every feature our team requires and the support is great. Adding new users could hardly be simpler or faster.

Cons

I'm aware the price's pretty steep but I accept it's business cost for us and well worth every penny. I'd like better report customization, otherwise no complaints.

Customizable according to our requirements

Pros

I've found the interface really user-friendly and simple. It gives me plenty of ways to customize documentation and adjust workflows so they fit our organization's needs.

Cons

Lately there are so many users that I struggle to reach the appropriate people when I want to propose improvements or submit suggestions.

Can work from anywhere

Pros

I appreciate that it's a cloud-based platform because I can get to it whenever I want and continue with what I need to do. Everything feels well organized.

Cons

Occasionally I run into some glitches when I'm using the software and I'd really like those issues to be resolved quickly.

Consistent help available

Pros

I really like how user-friendly the interface is. I can easily use the tools and there's consistent help available when I need it, plus training resources that make getting up to speed simple.

Cons

What frustrates me is the number of different steps and places I have to visit in the change order workflow especially when I'm preparing commitment change orders which makes the process feel unnecessarily fragmented.

support available around the clock

Pros

I'm really impressed that the support team is available practically around the clock and I can contact them in several ways like email, live chat or by phone whenever something comes up.

Cons

On the flip side, I still run into unexpected downtimes and slow queues sometimes and they really have a way of throwing my whole day off when they occur.

perfect for real estate presentations

Pros

The interface makes sense. It comes packed with many tools that make organizing tasks and working together with our project team simple and most people pick up the software quickly.

Cons

One thing I dislike is that the bidding feature doesn't offer a selectable list of subcontractors so I can't quickly pick from predefined vendors when preparing bids.

uncomplicated interface with central project tracking

Pros

As a real estate professional, I'm really pleased with this. It fits my needs perfectly because I can pull up and show my presentations right in client meetings and I find the app very practical and easy to use.

Cons

That said I wish there were a step-by-step tutorial video aimed at beginners because I found the buttons and features a bit confusing at first and could use a guided walkthrough to get comfortable.

helpful support and continuous improvements

Pros

Its interface is uncomplicated and packed with an array of tools that help me track my entire project from a single centralized location.

Cons

I feel the software could use stronger integration with external programs like Primavera P6 because currently I can't easily sync schedules. Additionally, it lacks a feature allowing the Construction Manager to run a multi-prime project which to me prevents it from being a perfect solution.

user-friendly after learning curve

Pros

I've discovered so many things to like about it. The biggest strengths for me are their helpful support team, the continuous stream of product improvements, powerful mobile functionality and the way it connects with other software we rely on. Our designated account champions are required to hold quarterly meetings with us and that regular cadence pushes our group to keep experimenting with new ways to use the system. As a company we didn't expect such a wide range of project-related capabilities to be bundled into a single project management platform so having someone inside who gives honest feedback, runs trainings when we need them, suggests better workflows and connects us to the right people to deepen our Procore knowledge has been invaluable.

Cons

For my team, the ongoing improvements are a bit of a mixed bag. They bring useful features but can also change established workflows and best practices without always being clearly communicated in advance. On top of that, Procore is considerably pricier than the older legacy project management software we used before. While I understand the higher cost because it offers far more functionality and depth, that price jump is still significant and something we have to factor into our budgets and justify internally.

simple to operate from phone

Pros

Pretty user-friendly. It does require a bit of time to get the hang of but in my experience it's worth the effort.

Never disappoints

Pros

I've found Procore consistently lives up to my expectations. It's simple to operate and I can get to it from my phone alone which keeps my documents secure.

Cons

Getting comfortable with it took time because I had to search around and watch tutorials. It only becomes truly handy and simple once I've learned all the features.

Pros

I've discovered that this tool's capabilities feel practically endless. It even provides unlimited file storage which is fantastic. It's simple to use and pick up quickly so I was able to learn it in a very short period. I absolutely adore this product.

Cons

Honestly I can't point to any real drawbacks when using it. I really enjoy the platform and its features and I'm eagerly awaiting additional updates to see what comes next.

Pros

I find it really user-friendly. Everything's simple to locate and I can adjust the interface so it shows only the tools I actually need.
