“Why would anyone want this albatros?”
Pros
Unfortunately I have found no redeeming qualities in Procore. As an involuntary user I have not had a positive experience with the software.
Cons
I find it to be a complete waste of time and effort. The onboarding experience has been extremely challenging causing significant frustration. For example when I asked a client to add me as the estimator it turned into a weeks-long problem wasting over 30 employee hours and still remains unresolved.

“The Future for Project Management”
Pros
Procore impresses me with its ability to provide real-time status updates on all project elements. It keeps me aware of my responsibilities and the platform's communication features have reduced my reliance on email.
Cons
As an administrator it can be challenging to dive into project management. The learning curve is not necessarily difficult but it is time-consuming which can be discouraging. However persisting through the learning process does bring rewards.

“Procore Pro everything!”
Pros
Procore is a robust cloud-based software that caters to every aspect of our company's needs from engineers to project managers. Its user-friendly web interface is regularly updated leaving little to be desired.
Cons
If a transmittal contains PDF files they can be directly downloaded but this issue is more related to human error than a flaw in the software itself.

“Great Construction Software”
Pros
Procore is an intuitive product that requires minimal training to pick up and use effectively. It serves multiple functions such as distributing drawings handling RFIs and submittals team communication via email and sharing progress photos from the job site.
Cons
Most of my frustrations stem from the permissions I have as a user. It is easy to post files in the wrong folder and without administrative permissions they cannot be moved.

“It's a good project management software for contractors”
Pros
Procore offers robust features and provides ample communication options. Assigning RFIs and submittals to other parties is straightforward and the centralized landing page for active issues is a convenient feature. The software is continuously updated and improved.
Cons
The software sends too many emails after every status update. It would be more convenient to receive a daily summary when dealing with multiple RFIs and Submittals in progress. The search filtering options could also be improved. Additionally accidentally clicking "submit" during a document upload will discard the document and close the RFI/Submittal requiring an admin's assistance to reopen the issue for reuploading.
