“Fantastic Hub for All Project Information
Pros
Procore is an excellent ERP system that links project management, accounting, subcontractors, vendors and owners. All project information is centralized and permission settings ensure users only access what they should.
Cons
I cannot drill down into budget line items to see a cost breakdown. This could be due to our systems configuration as we sync expenses from Sage Intacct instead of entering them directly into Procore.

“The future of construction projects is Procore
Pros
I struggled with basic project management tools for construction projects because they could not meet all my diverse needs. Then one day a client recommended Procore and within a week we had it up and running. I can confidently say there us a big difference between Procore and those basic tools. Procore is built for complex tasks. With multiple sites running simultaneously, we have kept up with all of them without issues, monitoring every phase until completion. My favorite feature is the Gantt charts as they present data clearly so everyone is on the same page. Procore keeps us updated with real-time data on finances, budgets, project progress and more. It even simplifies reporting to senior management.
Cons
Procore is the best out there. We have had a smooth experience, thanks to the diverse user community and 24/7 support.

“Consolidated and Simplified Financial System
Pros
Having all project financial elements like forecasting, subcontracts, POs, progress claims, variations etc in one place makes tracking them simple. When Procore is also used for project control tasks like RFIs and document management it becomes even more streamlined.
Cons
Its frustrating that I cannot alter variations once they are approved. Also, not being able to edit PO/SC SOV line items after an invoice is uploaded makes the invoicing process more time consuming.

“Buying Procore Was a Mistake!
Pros
Honestly nothing. I was completely frustrated with the entire experience. We spent six months trying to get Procore's customer success team to make it functional, but all we faced were problems and delays. We sent messages with all the error codes multiple times a week, only to get responses like We'll get back to you. It was the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Cons
Everything. First off I hated their refusal to refund all the money I paid after their complete failure. We spent $20,000 and got nothing in return except wasted time and frustration.

“Software Integration Problems - Sold software that wouldn't work, won't refund, won't communicate.
Pros
At first it seemed simple to integrate and use from bidding to QuickBooks integration.
Cons
The sales team upsold us on the QB Connector but failed to deliver the promised functionality. They demonstrated the QB (Online only) connector integration with multiple cost codes and the product database for labor/materials but did not mention that the QB Desktop connector lacks the same functionality. We found out 1.5 months after purchase during implementation. The implementation team finally told us we could not use the various cost codes and would need to separate all materials and labor for every database item, doubling the time needed to bid projects. Procore management won't respond to our concerns and we have been waiting three weeks without any communication. The software is unusable and we cannot integrate any ERP for budgets or bids which makes it completely worthless. Small business owners, be warned: Procore management may strong arm you. Despite their Terms and Conditions stating refunds are possible if product capabilities are misrepresented, they have cost us an extra $2,000 for unusable software and continue to drain our money every week even after a complaint was filed with the BBB.

“Not very user friendly awkward data entry and storage
Pros
The concept of consolidating various systems for project management file storage changes RFI's bids scheduling is appealing. It has the potential to reduce the necessity of using multiple programs concurrently.
Cons
The file storageretrieval process feels awkward and nonintuitive. Navigating the system is not seamless.
