Great product

Pros

Procore has been a valuable tool for our company and after working with it for over a year I feel confident in my mastery of the software.

Cons

Procore could improve its bidding integration software. While it does have bidding functionality it is complex and challenging to use with third-party bidding software.

Cons

It was not as fast as some other programs I have used. Switching between different jobs had a slower and more confusing interface.

Procore

Pros

Procore excels as a collaborative tool and is incredibly user-friendly.

Cons

Procore does not work well on iPhones. I frequently get kicked out of the program and have to log in and sync all the drawings wasting a significant amount of time data and causing frustration for inspectors waiting for drawings to load.

COST

Pros

Procore is a great software that not only meets expectations but also delivers on its promises.

Cons

The cost of Procore is a significant concern. Yearly fees exceed typical expectations and become challenging for small to mid-sized companies to manage. At the end of each contract Procore raises their fees by 10% or more per year making it increasingly unaffordable for many businesses.

Let Procore be your next star employee

Pros

I love that Procore is intuitive and continuously improves based on user feedback. It's evident that the developers listen and prioritize user experience.

Cons

I wish I knew when notifications were going to be sent -- perhaps a warning before an action triggers an alert. Additionally it can be challenging to keep up with changes if you're not regularly using all the modules.
