“Makes it easy to stay connected
Pros
What I really like about this product is that it makes it easy for folks in the office to stay connected with teams out in the field by sending documents back and forth.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike about it so far. They even run a neat site where you can win prizes.

“Brilliant customer care
Pros
I find their customer support fantastic. Whenever we ask a question, we receive an almost immediate response. Procore offers programming-based customizations.
Cons
Sometimes the learning curve is difficult. When asking for support, we in practice often end up knowing more than our rep.

“Can log data in the field
Pros
Lately, I've noticed the field tools really cut down how much time my team has to spend stuck at their desks because we're logging information directly out in the field instead of waiting to enter it later.
Cons
I've found the financial features fall short. They're fine for small, simple Owner Contracts but in my experience this tool struggles to scale up for much larger, more complex projects.

“Impressive capability
Pros
I appreciate the user-friendly interface and overall capability of the product and when the GC holds the license I, as an Owner, Architect or Sub, can use it at no cost.
Cons
The high cost is a major drawback and at times the archiving workflow becomes awkward if I need to reopen or revisit a project later.

“Occasional errors
Pros
When I'm active with Builders Club I often get rewarded and I can collect items like clothing and gear. Sometimes they also send gift cards or neat gadgets which I really enjoy.
Cons
I have noticed that occasionally when I add a note it fails to save and after refreshing the page all of my notes disappear. This causes confusion because people in the office end up getting duplicated call entries.

“Good experience with support staff
Pros
It keeps everything in one place and the interface feels simple and user-friendly. I learned it quickly and their support has been fantastic!
Cons
For smaller companies, I worry the price could be a hurdle although in my experience that cost is often balanced by how easy it is to use and by its ability to replace other software tools.

“Pleased with Procore
Pros
Manages almost every area of the construction business. I use it to review drawings in the field, to submit and answer RFIs. On one project we handled all contracts, change orders and the like through it. All official documentation had to be filed via Procore.
Cons
As a PM I'm happy with it but it still needs a few improvements to better suit field supervisors. It can lag when I'm reviewing drawings and the measurement feature isn't very accurate. For referencing plans on-site, I prefer PlanGrid although Procore does outperform everything else overall.

“Changed how I work
Pros
It has truly changed how I work. Now I can create blueprints, lay out floor plans and generate reports easily and cleanly.
Cons
As a first-time user, I found it a bit challenging at the start but spending time with the tutorials and getting a little help from others made it much easier to use.

“Has every feature you'd expect
Pros
I find this program incredibly user-friendly and easy to handle. Includes every feature you'd expect from a construction management system and then some. I rely on it a lot at job sites and switching between the desktop and mobile apps is completely smooth.
Cons
Because it's still fairly new, I've noticed a steady stream of additions and updates. New features keep coming in. It can be a bit frustrating when I finally get comfortable with a capability, only to see it changed or updated shortly after.

“No downsides
Pros
I genuinely think this is the most comprehensive construction management platform available. It's really simple to use and get into and their online support has been consistently excellent.
Cons
The app performs excellently once you invest the time to learn all of its features and capabilities. Beyond that point, I don't really have much else to criticize or add about this app.

“Data available at one spot
Pros
Having all the information available in one place makes my work much easier and I really appreciate that convenience.
Cons
I really dislike that data entry can be slow because it's cloud-based and reloading screens often takes a long time. More than once I've found myself waiting for pages to finish loading which disrupts my workflow.

“Excellent for internal record keeping
Pros
We rely on this platform for internal record keeping and we also require our subcontractors to use the system for drawings, contracts and related documents. Because it's web-based, the files are always accessible in the field when cell reception is available.
Cons
I notice that when too many users are logged in simultaneously, the platform tends to shut down.

“Stores RFIs, submittals
Pros
One of the things I like most about Procore is it stores RFIs, submittals (and their responses), drawings, specs and photos together in the same place. I can also save reports, permits, contracts and other documents inside each project's folders. Being able to reach my project from any device is essential and Procore makes it simple to open files when I'm away from my desk.
Cons
To my knowledge, I can't track changes on a per-project basis. A proposed change or change order log would be really helpful to have for record keeping. Aside from that, I'm quite happy with the application.

“Handles everything smoothly
Pros
I've found it incredibly simple and very easy to use. Whether I'm handling financials, reviewing drawings or checking specs, the team has made managing construction much easier to keep track of!
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything I dislike. Procore handles everything smoothly and so far I haven't come across any drawbacks to mention!

“Great product
Pros
Been using this product and it's a huge time-saver, cutting down the effort needed to back up documents, photos and other files. It's simple to manage my construction team's needs and I can access everything from my mobile devices with ease. Overall, a great product.
Cons
My only wish is that the desktop experience matched the mobile app. I truly love this product but I want the PC and laptop versions to offer the exact same features and ways of opening files as the mobile app. I'm really looking forward to that improvement.

“Nothing complicated
Pros
For our day-to-day decisions that keep us aligned with our objectives, this tool really helps our team. The user interface is clean and easy to handle so managing tasks doesn't feel complex.
Cons
I've noticed some modules behave inconsistently which means we often spend extra time troubleshooting before everything runs smoothly now.

“It keeps evolving
Pros
I'm really pleased that it feels so inclusive and keeps evolving and expanding to address the broader needs of the global construction industry.
Cons
As a paper pusher and project administrator supporting architects and engineers, I always want to learn more but I'm constrained by the scope of my role. There are plenty of features I could dive into yet they aren't required for my position.

“Appreciate the bid package feature
Pros
Really like the bid package feature. It lets me send a full package to several subcontractors at once and I can see when plans are downloaded and when commitments are made.
Cons
When it comes to estimating which is what I do most, I mainly use Procore for bid packages and plan/document storage and while I wish there were a native estimating or bid module built in, I don't blame Procore for focusing on project management rather than providing full estimating functionality.

“Wonderful guide videos
Pros
Its extremely user-friendly and easy to operate. When I'm unsure about a particular section or feature, I just watch the short video guide to figure it out.
Cons
Regarding the directory, I find its layout confusing and clumsy and it doesn't feel very user-friendly when I'm trying to locate contacts or specific information.
