The submittal process is not particularly convenient to use with numerous options and it can occasionally become laggy.

Realtime recording of notes and images facilitates staff observation. RFIs can be generated swiftly without the sketch tool expediting responses. The sketch tool provides current images for site and HQ employees.

Cons

The inclination to photograph things after they're already housed in a book. The ability to append an appendix to an existing definition for text changes and new appendices in the specification manual. The paint tool would be more useful if the sketch could be overlaid.

Our primary reason for signing up for Procore was Project Management Budget management change management pay applications RFIs and Timekeeping. One significant frustration is that the timekeeping tool for which we were upsold doesn't seamlessly integrate with Owner Pay Applications. Inputting timecost for your team in the pay app requires exporting data to an Excel spreadsheet and importing it back into Procore. The provided Excel Template doesn't work you have to manually input time back into the program.

While there may be limitations I can't think of ANY at the moment. Given what Procore provides they should take pride in the product and its minimal software limitations. Their constant adaptation to suit enduser needs is commendable.
