The customer support is fantastic! I really like how convenient the messaging feature is.

Cons

For smaller projects, it's not always ideal. The recent platform changes requiring a sub to approve any modifications beyond a certain point are really inconvenient for what we need.

Integration was smooth. I love how quickly I can write contracts and CO's, create owner billing, and manage bid requests with RTG, it's fast and smooth!

Cons

The spell check feature either doesn't work or lags a lot.

Pros

The accounting features are what I use and enjoy the most. All the information is right at my fingertips, and my PMs can track the status of their owner and sub payments without having to ask me.

Cons

The filter options in the accounting section could use some improvement.

Bidding, managing documents, and utilizing live chat are the features I value the most. I find that the bidding process is streamlined and efficient, document management is well-organized and smooth and the live chat feature offers real-time communication that enhances our overall workflow.

I like sending out ITBs and keeping track of the Invitation Responses.

Cons

The project hyperlink needs some work. Subcontractors can create multiple companies and contact records, which is a real mess. Also, subcontractor sub quotes aren't getting to the contractor, so we have to check each project individually to find them.

Cons

There are some design and development issues that make it hard to use and access for superintendents and subcontractors. The ease of use for subcontractors is pretty low.

Being able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously allows us to accomplish more with smaller teams.

Cons

Schedule integration could be more effective if it synced with Microsoft Project. Some of the cost tracking reports are tricky to get all the crucial info in one spot.

The overall interface is clean, easy to navigate, and learn. Setting up and managing the project budget is very easy, and subcontract management is also well-organized and easy to update and send out for electronic signatures.

Cons

The scheduling feature is a bit clunky and doesn't update well from the daily report section of the mobile app. However, I saw a preview of the new product in alpha testing before its beta release, and it's been significantly improved. I'm excited for the release!

Pros

What I appreciate most about this software is how comprehensive it is for project management. Besides that, the time saved from contracts to Change Orders is significant. Our previous methods were outdated, and this software helps us better organize our documents and stay focused on managing our projects.

Cons

We don't expect to use the scheduling feature of this software. It doesn't do things like Microsoft Project does. It's not a big issue since we just upload our MP schedules into it after they're created.

Amazing Product and Helpful Staff
Pros

This software is a one-stop shop. It handles everything from bidding to closeout and all the stages in between. It is incredibly powerful and lets me spend more time chasing new work or focusing on current projects instead of administrative tasks.

Cons

It listens to users and continuously improves. As of now, I don't see anything that needs to be improved.

Pros

Red Team is well-designed software. It's effective from estimating to project management, keeping everything organized. The customer support takes it to the next level. I highly recommend it!

Cons

The mobile app could use some work. It can be glitchy and sometimes shuts down unexpectedly. Overall, it's still a good app, and they're always working to fix these issues. They welcome feedback and act on it.

There are many ways Red Team makes life easier at our construction company. I titled my review: consolidation, efficiency, support, for a reason. It allows us to consolidate documents for all construction phases. It's frustrating and inefficient when team members use different formats and systems for tasks. From pre-construction to closeout, Red Team unites the team and ensures consistent documentation across projects. It also facilitates direct communication with our subcontractors, helping them access all relevant job details efficiently. Our onsite team loves the punchlist feature, which helps us compile and manage fixes and improvements, assign subcontractor responsibilities, document issues, and communicate needs instantly. The support provided through Red Team is unmatched in the construction industry. Technical support agents are available daily via chat to answer any questions, big or small, and there's a large video library of tutorials included.

Cons

Estimating templates could be updated to include cost code-specific pricing for each product type.
