Pros
Customization is amazing. Web-based interfaces are as simple as MS products. And the UI just keeps getting better with every update they push. Our IT team just went through their training once, and they have been our technical and customer support ever since!
Cons
We are currently using an older version (due to compatibility issues) of Sage X3 where we are limited to just two instances at a time. There are random lags that are totally unpredictable. And switching between folders from different companies is inherently complicated.

Pros
It is a "get the job done" type of software once you get the hang of it. My main job is to enter AP and AR bills at an accounting or HR office. Thankfully, my company was already using Sage, and it has saved me hours of work ever since! It is very practical to use and simple to understand. Customer service is also excellent. They really take the time you need to clear up any issues you might have.
Cons
Using it will come naturally to you, as I said, after getting the hang of it. That "getting to know it" part was so long that I almost gave up trying to learn it. However, everything went smoothly after that. We dont use it for reporting, but we havent heard anything good about that either.

Pros
It has adapted itself to the requirements of our organization, making it a fantastic substitute for ERP. Our response times have greatly decreased thanks to the diversity of configurable options and functionalities. Sage is neatly presented, which makes it simple to build reports with extremely straightforward and guided queries.
Cons
As an administrator, I frequently run into support and debugging issues with the application because many of them are not clearly documented. The reports are great but take a very long time to appear.

Pros
Sage X3 has been amazing in that it offers precise control over the flow of goods between locations, warehouses, or firms. Having control over the distribution sector has enabled us to meet consumer expectations while reducing costs and waste. The software develops a strong replenishment and reorder plan by fusing sales, purchases, and inventory. This leads to lower inventory levels, no needless distribution, and healthier operating margins.
Cons
It is not ideal for HR services, especially for small industries. and must ask the vendor for a quote in order to learn the price. Sage ERP X3 doesnt have any social media integration capabilities. The products global website does not provide live chat assistance.

Pros
X3 is quite customizable and has a lot of intercompany functionality. It gives admins full control over what an individual user has access to, such as what users see, default fields, hiding fields, permissions, etc. It eliminates the need to hire an IT pro.
Cons
It is not updated as frequently as needed, and the user base is underdeveloped. Id love to be able to write about my issue on a message board, but whenever Ive done that, Ive seldom ever received the solutions I require.

I admire how nicely X3 functions for enterprises made up of numerous separate companies. In order to facilitate consolidation, X3 may manage several independent companies that can each be further divided into stock and financial sites that can all share clients, suppliers, G/L accounts, etc. X3s user interface is incredibly simple to use and understand.
Cons
The X3 prefabricated reports and queries constrained functionality is not up to my standard. The support staffs slow response times are another thing I dislike. It also does not play well with customizations and makes patching and upgrading very difficult.
