“excellent visual aid for clients”

Pros

We really like a couple of things about this product. How easy it is to use and the awesome tech support. It serves as an excellent visual aid when presenting to clients.

Cons

What bothers me most is that I can't run it on multiple computers without repeatedly moving the hardware key from one machine to another. I get why the licensing is structured that way but letting me use it on at least two systems would be far more convenient for our business honestly.

Pros

Well I really appreciate the clarity of the reports and how simple it is to add materials. However I'd love a built-in materials database for selecting layers directly when I'm adding them.

Cons

Honestly I've struggled with some of the graphics and certain tools because they're clunky to use and the annual maintenance fees feel overly pricey.

“Too many hidden features”

Pros

I like how thorough and detailed the reports are.

Cons

I end up having to update it myself and it feels like there are too many hidden features that appear without explanation, plus I'm never informed when any improvements are made.

“Efficient helpdesk”

Pros

The help desk has been genuinely helpful and responsive. When it comes to the online tutorials, I feel they aren't as well thought out but by watching them and then asking follow-up questions to the support center I can usually get answers to any question I have.

Cons

Actually I would welcome customization as an optional add-on in the future because adding dimensions to areas of a plan would really help my workflow. Some of that functionality exists already but I'm not ready to single out any particular feature as my least favorite. Overall things work okay though there is room for improvement. Easy, direct access to the program's database so I can inspect the data behind its calculations would be especially appreciated.

Pros

We get immediate responses from the vendor on any questions or concerns and they're extremely helpful with takeoff issues. The product is simple and delivers precise reports.

Cons

Don't have any complaints. This software fulfills our requirements as a general contractor.

“Simple to handle”

Pros

After a short walkthrough the supplier handed me a fully functional build to test further. It's simple to use and I had everything set up and running within a single day.

Cons

The software performs exceptionally well and the support from the supplier is just as excellent.

“Cooperative support team”

Pros

I've found the customer support to be outstanding and the software is simple to use for basic tasks.

Cons

Every so often I have trouble figuring out how to carry out more specific tasks.

“Easy to get used to”

Pros

Its so user-friendly, I faced no trouble getting used to it.

Cons

I suspect I haven't yet figured out how to leverage all of its capabilities to their fullest.
