Constant improvements and integrations

Pros

It's been impressive to see how the tool keeps improving, whether that's adding new features, fixing bugs, or taking user feedback into account. Integrations keep being added regularly which makes my workflow much easier.

Cons

it still feels a bit glitchy at times and I have no way to split a sold estimate between two separate jobs or to schedule a second non-consecutive day on a single job.

Efficient scheduling for service teams

Pros

This app has really aligned scheduling, billing and crew management for my company. It reduces workload and keeps operations running efficiently, I'd strongly recommend it.

Cons

Overall, it seems like a great platform, although I felt a little swamped initially because there are so many features to navigate. A few customization settings are constrained and the mobile app sometimes runs slowly. Still, I find their support team helpful and they keep enhancing the software.

Feature-rich platform with built-in VoIP

Pros

One feature I especially value is the built-in VoIP system which sets this product apart from most alternatives on the market.

Cons

Honestly, I found the migration team for this tool extremely difficult to communicate and collaborate with. I'm disappointed that a platform with so much capability is supported by such an unengaged migration group. It genuinely feels like I'm working to serve them, rather than them supporting me.

Adaptable all-in-one business platform!

Pros

The platform adapts well to business needs. It offers plenty of tools that simplify daily tasks and help keep operations organized. I also enjoy attending the workshops they host and while setup was fairly easy, fine-tuning it to match my workflow took a little time, but I keep discovering new improvements as I go.

Cons

Every now and then I encounter glitches but they're pretty rare overall. When problems do crop up, they're usually addressed and fixed fairly quickly, so they don't end up disrupting my workflow for long.

Feature-rich platform :)

Pros

We've used this tool from day one and it's rewarding to see how it's grown. Even after exploring other solutions, we returned because of how simple it is to use and the range of capabilities it offers. The support team is always helpful and I value that they actively engage with customers and take suggestions seriously.

Cons

Whenever I face an issue, their customer service responds quickly and stays on top of the situation to ensure my concerns get resolved, if they can't fix something themselves, they promptly escalate it so it gets addressed.

Easy to use software!

Pros

Powerful mobile app for daily operations

Pros

Convenience is what I appreciate most about this platform. Even when away from the office, I can update work orders, reach out to customers, attach files, record payments, review notes and check customer details, all from the mobile app. Support is incredible and always fast.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about this tool.

Simple tool

Pros

feasible automation for smooth workflows

Pros

It's really simple, with no steep learning curve and the automation features genuinely make providing excellent service easier. for me setup was simple, support has been dependable and syncing with QuickBooks Online worked without issues.

Cons

not a con but a biggest drawback is the lack of clear technician KPI tracking. Those metrics are incredibly important and right now the tool doesn't make that information easy to access. If they addressed that gap, I honestly think this platform could go head-to-head with some of the big players in the Home Services CRM space.

Complete solution!

Pros

Our team finds the tool covers every aspect of our needs, from creating estimates to managing customer projects effectively.

Cons

you need to enable a lot of add-on integrations to really take advantage of this CRM and the mobile app feels quite different from the web version, although both are useful for grabbing customer details when I'm out and about.

Quick setup with compliant workflows

Pros

Getting everything set up was impressively simple. The service photos look great and the custom document option I'd been missing in my previous CRM is now available. Navigating, snapping photos, entering equipment details and handling payments all feels easy and the automation bundled in is a big plus.

Cons

In the field app, I think a few usability tweaks would help technicians move through jobs more smoothly. It takes a little time to get used to where everything is but once you figure it out, it's generally easy to use.

Strong reporting!

Pros

Simple and easy navigation

Visual and clear quoting system

Pros

For quoting, this tool gives the clearest layout I've ever used. Having photos stay on that strip which runs alongside the entire quote is brilliant. Including those images makes training ten times simpler and I find ID GUESS similarly helps customers grasp what's shown, so in my opinion they get much more value from the picture combined with the written description.

Cons

Ugh, having the cost column visible on my display feels really awkward. Since I sell in people's homes, there are times when someone can be standing right beside me and it becomes extremely uncomfortable for them to view my margins and markups. Honestly, a discreet or hideable mode would be hugely helpful.

Limited customization in some areas

Pros

Highly customizable integrated platform

Pros

We rely on this tool all day, every day and it's become central to how we run jobs because it gives me customizable, integrated estimates and invoices that fit into our workflow. Employee management and scheduling are easy and I find inventory and equipment tracking really helpful. The ability to create custom fields means I can tailor things to exactly what we need. There are countless integrations available and we actively use several of them to align processes. Whenever I've needed help, customer support has been responsive. The help center is huge and easy to navigate, with options to search, upvote articles and submit feedback or suggestions. Overall, this feels much less complex and more simple to implement than other CRM or software solutions we've tried and we can actually use it far more extensively than any other platform in our company's history.

Cons

There are quirks that take some getting used to. For example, the default estimate and invoice templates can't be fully swapped out, though I can build new templates from scratch and attach them to emails. Also, the system defaults to a client's first and last name instead of the company name which throws me off when I want company-centric records. It's not a dealbreaker but I hope they add a selector for my preferred identifier.

Advanced call and team management

Pros

One thing I really like is that I can attach a tag to every phone call to indicate where it came from. I can also keep an eye on my team, track their working hours and manage permissions, plus purchase business phone numbers and do a whole lot more. Honestly, I find it better than Salesforce.

Cons

The history search is limited to a short timeframe and I can only export up to 5,000 contacts at once. Support can export bigger batches for me, so it just means some extra steps are needed.

Overpriced and poorly designed crm

Pros

I can't find a single redeeming feature here, I feel it's overpriced, clumsily designed, loaded with hidden charges and it's easily the worst CRM I've used.

Cons

my experience has been frustrating with deceptive pricing, weak automation, poor customer support, hidden fees and an overpriced, nearly useless AI assistant.

Needs more custom field flexibility

Pros

It's fantastic that a fully-featured free trial is available so users can try out the app before committing. I really appreciate this approach because it merges CRM with operational tools, helping me save both time and effort.

Cons

Greater flexibility with custom fields for things like �Clients' and �Jobs' would be ideal. I'd love to configure dropdowns, progress statuses and similar options, basically database-style controls like Notion.
