For managing my home service business, this platform has been outstanding. The interface is simple, the scheduling features are powerful and the reporting tools are great which makes my day-to-day operations run smoothly and more efficiently. The system itself feels dependable and offers strong functionality whether my team is small or large. All told, I consider it a fantastic tool, I just wish the customer support matched the high quality of the software!

Cons
Customer support has been awful for me. I couldn't cancel my subscription on my own and had to call but it still hasn't gone through. Reaching out to the Customer Success Team Lead was unhelpful and I've been chasing a refund for about a month without resolution.

I really like that I can stack jobs on top of each other which makes organizing multiple tasks much easier for me.
Cons
the Q1 2024 update feels like a step back from what we had before. The refresh is now a button instead of the pull-down screen I used to have and missed calls don't disappear when I tap them after a refresh.

We moved over to this platform from Housecall Pro. As a service-oriented company, keeping track of every job was really crucial for us. Using this system we can assign different statuses to jobs based on how complete they are or where they stand in the payment process. Because of that we never miss deadlines or outstanding invoices. It even includes a softphone feature and supports card payments.
Cons
Younger staff pick it up very quickly, however our subcontractors who are over sixty consistently struggle to navigate and use the system.

I'm really impressed with how many features are packed in and how simple the software is to operate. There's a ton you can do, lots of different reports to pull up and navigating around is easy. Getting set up was quick and easy. Tech support even imported my contact lists and legacy job history from Excel which was awesome. It hooks up with nearly everything and the Zapier triggers actually work and are useful.
Cons
On the mobile app, I find the interface could be a bit more simple. For example, it would be great if I could tap a customer from within a job and immediately see their profile and full history. Right now I have to exit the job view and hunt for the client in the main client list which is a bit clumsy and interrupts my workflow.

There are a lot of features I appreciate but what stands out most to me is the message center where every one of my numbers funnels in, from there I can reach customers by text or call from various parts of the software. I'm really into the external automations for sending estimate reminders to customers and I've set up triggers that alert my team when a lead's status shifts so they know when to take over. I've also tailored every stage a lead goes through which makes it easy to see where each person is in the process. The tagging system is super helpful, it lets me find exactly what I'm looking for quickly.
Cons
app works really well. My technicians use it to send customers their ETA, finish and sign off jobs and double-check the job details and photos a day before a scheduled visit so everything is prepared.

Workiz has been a lot of fun for me. It took me three years to finally write the review they earned a very long time ago. Its comforting to know that three years later, I can still think only positive things about Workiz and the wonderful individuals who work there. I thought I had already been amazed with Workiz, but a recent interaction with them was just over the top incredible.
Cons
The one feature of the software that I actually dislike is that it allows for customer self-scheduling. You can put a link on your website that directs customers to contact you and schedule services, which is great, but you cant charge them from that page.

My team and I use the visual calendar all the time since it gives us a clear, at-a-glance view of the current status for our technicians and the pipeline on our leads. I also really value being able to communicate with everyone through the app and keep a searchable trail of those messages.
Cons
one major area that could be improved is reporting, specifically the inability to generate reports that include phone numbers. If we could pull reports with contact numbers included, we'd gain a significant advantage in how we follow up and analyze leads. Aside from that, it's an excellent tool.
