“All-in-one operations management
Pros
I'm really impressed with how this app keeps my business operations organized. Having messaging, appointments and calling all in one place is a huge help for managing my junk removal company. It handles scheduling, invoicing and payments so smoothly that I rarely lose track of important tasks or transactions.
Cons
My only frustration is that the automations occasionally run at the wrong times, triggering actions they shouldn't and sometimes creating extra work or confusion for my team.

“reliable business platform
Pros
this platform is easy for me to use, simple, customizable and dependable. I appreciate that VoIP calls, messaging and event scheduling are all in one place and the reports it generates plus the new AI features make my tasks much easier.
Cons
Occasionally updates are pushed without any advance notice, so I suddenly find something's changed, it's usually minor but those unannounced adjustments can be pretty annoying.

“Unfair contract and billing issues
Pros
The interface looks clean and pleasant, though I do wish it included more essential financial billing features.
Cons
After we determined the product couldn't satisfy our business needs, they essentially tricked us into what they claim is an annual contract, now I feel like they're holding us hostage and forcing payments despite us never consenting to any year-long commitment. It's petty behavior and feels very small-time which I suspect is because they're losing customers.

Pros
This tool has simplified field service workflows and boosted my team's efficiency. Live job scheduling, technician tracking and integrated messaging keep us organized and prevent missed appointments. Having jobs, invoices and payment processing all in one place makes life much easier for me.
Cons
Several capabilities feel locked behind pricier tiers, especially automation and the more detailed reporting options. I also notice the mobile app can lag at times and I'm a bit frustrated that tailoring certain workflows doesn't offer the flexibility I'd prefer.

We really like how user-friendly the system is, the interface is very clear. It's convenient that scheduling, invoicing and client messaging are all congreatated and getting it up and running didn't take much time.
Cons
I find the reporting and statement features a bit limited and I've noticed customer support can be slow to respond. The mobile app we use in the field frequently drops connections on several occasions. On top of that, getting comfortable with the automation features requires a fairly steep learning curve.

“Costly and unfair contract!

Customer service has been something I genuinely appreciate, it's quick and helpful whenever I reach out.
Cons
I'm really bothered by the mandatory one-year commitment the tool forces, since it traps me with no realistic exit option. Because of that binding agreement I suffered heavy financial harm: I kept paying $400 every month which added up to more than $4,000, even though I could no longer make use of the service. To me this setup feels like a rip-off. On top of that the support team has been disappointing, when I try to reach out they mostly don't respond and if someone finally does reply they usually aren't able to cancel my subscription or stop the billing. That lack of helpful, timely customer support has left me angry and stuck, so I would strongly warn others to avoid this service.

“v strong AI updates!!

I've been using this tool for around four years across several businesses where I manage marketing and operations. Over that time, I've watched it improve dramatically. The recent AI enhancements really stood out and I want to acknowledge the development team for their hard work.
Cons
Thanks to the newest updates our reps can speak with a client and have their information captured automatically in the system and the job details get populated without manual input so they're primed for approval. I've seen this feature shave off a huge amount of time from our workflow which has been a real game-changer for our team.

I bought a subscription to workiz, I wanted to try it for 1 month and then cancel it, when I started to cancel it. I couldn't do it right away. They started telling me that I needed to contact some manager, that I needed to wait!!!! You need to sign up in advance and so on. And when did it happen. In the end. They still didn't want to. They said that I signed up for some annual payment. Although I didn't see it. That is, they hid it somewhere and accordingly, now the company still can't cancel my subscription. It's just awful, they are scammers.

This platform has completely changed how we handle scheduling, dispatching and invoicing. The interface is easy to navigate and the mobile app keeps technicians updated in real time. Built-in phone and communication features have cut out multiple third-party apps and automation for reminders and follow-ups saves me hours every week. Congreatating everything in one place has reduced administrative work by at least 30%, cut miscommunications, improved on-time service and helped us scale faster.
Cons
Even though the tool meets most of our requirements, the reporting dashboard feels a bit limited in customization. I would love the option to build more sophisticated reports with more granular filters and specific metrics tailored to our workflows. On another note, the mobile app sometimes lags under poor network conditions which doesn't happen often but can be frustrating when it does.

Operations have been transformed since we started using this tool. Scheduling and dispatching are simple and user-friendly and live tracking keeps jobs and technicians organized. The mobile app lets the field crew see assignments, update progress and take payments on-site, saving us a lot of time.
Cons
there's a noticeable learning curve when configuring automations and tailoring workflows which took some time for our team to get comfortable with. The reporting could use more depth as well, occasionally we require finer-grained filters to pull the exact insights we need. Still, in my experience these drawbacks are relatively minor compared with the overall value the platform provides.

I really appreciate the integrated phone system and the automation features, it makes managing the workflow so much easier for me.
Cons
There are extra automations and I don't love the pricing attached to them. Also, phone plans come with limited minutes, it works for me most of the time but could definitely be improved. What I really value is that this tool brings everything we need to operate our business into a single place and honestly I think it's fantastic and something everyone should consider.

Using this tool has made it a lot easier for me to keep up with job scheduling and coordinating the team. Being able to assign work on the fly and monitor each technician's progress has noticeably sped up our response times. I also appreciate the client-facing features, text reminders and status updates have cut down on no-shows. Plus, the integration with this toolPay has made processing payments much faster.
Cons
I'll admit there's a noticeable learning curve for new team members, particularly when they're building automations or setting up templates. I'd also like more flexibility in the reporting, we need deeper filtering options to slice the data the way we want. Every so often devices don't sync instantly which can be frustrating. Even so, this tool allowed us to ditch a jumble of spreadsheets, manual dispatch sheets and separate messaging apps and gave us one central place to book jobs, talk to clients, collect payments and monitor performance. That congreatation has saved us a ton of time and cut down on mistakes.

This platform has aligned how we schedule and dispatch, making it much more efficient. The drag-and-drop calendar is easy to operate and the integrated phone and messaging tools let our team contact clients directly, no app switching. Cons
The mobile app could be improved, sometimes it glitches or runs slowly, particularly when switching between views. Also, some advanced customization options, like bulk editing custom fields, feel limited or tough. Before we had this tool, we struggled to manage jobs across multiple platforms. Scheduling, invoicing and customer communication were all separate. This platform congreatated everything into one place which has saved us a great deal of time and significantly reduced human error.

“One platform replacing multiple apps!!!!
Pros
Honestly, it just works. I can create a quote, schedule the job, send invoices and accept payments without bouncing between multiple apps. My prior setup was chaotic, I used to lose half my day hunting for where I'd stored customer details. With this platform, one person guided me through the entire setup instead of being shuffled between different reps every time I called and that change was enormous. On top of that, I only pay for the features I actually use which keeps my expenses manageable.
Cons
a lot of the capabilities I use and most are still marked as upcoming and aren't scheduled to go live until next month. I could really use a simpler way to add notes to new job orders and a smarter system for deleting tags, both feel clunky right now. Another frustration is that the jobs lobby columns don't offer much customization which makes my workflow less efficient. Before switching to this platform I was juggling about five different apps just to manage customers and get paid. Now everything lives in one place, so I can actually concentrate on the job instead of drowning in paperwork. My customers receive quicker replies, I'm no longer frantically searching for their details when they call and running the business has become far less stressful since I don't need as many people to help keep everything organized.

When I got stuck, the chat tool wasn't just a band-aid, it actually connected me with someone who diagnosed my problem fast and fixed it on the spot. I suggested an adjustment to how their system handles this particular issue and they didn't brush it off, they pushed the idea up to the developers. I'm convinced they'll at least review it and maybe roll out an update to address it which gives me real confidence in their support and product roadmap.
Cons
There's definitely been a bit of a learning curve for me and figuring out the most effective way to use it has sometimes felt awkward and clunky. That said, I've found the support people to be friendly and willing to help whenever I reach out, so the human side makes the rough edges much easier to handle.
