Incredible tool!

Pros

Its ease and simplicity are amazing! I have been able to set up documents on my own before even getting official training. After the training, I discovered even more functions that would enhance our communication.

Cons

Hmm Im not totally sure yet but everythings super easy to use and they've got cool extra features like the video content generator (which is a game changer for my camera-shy coworkers!).
