“versatile marketing platform”
Pros
After testing a bunch of similar tools, this consistently ranks among the best options when you consider the huge range of functions it offers. The platform is genuinely versatile for building and managing marketing automations.
Cons
Despite that the interface is a bit outdated and difficult to use. It also sometimes requires too many steps.

“affordable all in one email tool”
Pros
This platform is reasonably priced which works well for startups and SMEs trying to get live quickly with an all in one solution. It's also flexible enough to stay useful whether your needs grow or change as you scale up or down.
Cons
Deliverability has been a recurring issue for us and that's directly hurting revenue opportunities. On top of that there's a bit of a learning curve to become fully proficient with ActiveCampaign so it's worth considering bringing in a professional to help you set everything up properly from the start.

“gives an extra edge to your marketing game”
Pros
Exceptional to use if you're into marketing and want that extra edge to keep making real progress. I came across it years ago during a talk at a meeting and since then I haven't been able to do without it. What really stands out is how well it automates processes inside marketing funnels so it's become a genuinely valuable and indispensable companion. I rely on it heavily for my soap opera sequence workflows, too.
Cons
At the beginning, I struggled to grasp a few functions and tags. Once I reached out though, the support team was very helpful and shared solid guidance and reference material that cleared everything up and made the setup click.

“effective automation for lead management”
Pros
We rely on it for lead management, pulling in leads through our website, running email marketing campaigns and setting up automations. It also stands out for the amount of training content. There are lots of videos and workshops that help users keep improving their skills. The design tools for email campaigns are easy to use and simple to customize and the lead management features are genuinely useful for organizing lead types. It's also nice to be able to quickly see, at a glance, what stage each group of leads is currently in.
Cons
I'd suggest the product to a colleague but only with a heads up about the learning curve being pretty steep. The hardest part for us was importing contacts staff ended up finding the software frustrating to work with. Even at a workshop, it seemed like other attendees felt the platform could be difficult to get the hang of.

“My review”
Pros
This tool is really good for marketing focused features like landing pages and forms, plus other pieces I use to grow and manage my marketing channels.
Cons
It's not meant to be a fully fledged sales CRM. If you're looking for something as powerful as HubSpot, you may feel limited. We ended up using both options together and that combo made the overall setup more worthwhile.

“efficient support”
Pros
Does exactly what it promises and the customer support team is right there whenever you need help.

If you're just getting started, you might not fully unlock everything it can do yet. There's also a one beneficiary limitation that could be restrictive depending on your use case.

“helpful wordpress integration”
Pros
Fits into our WordPress pages well especially with the help of the drag and drop feature. The setup and workflow feel pretty natural once it's connected to the site.
Cons
Too expensive compared to what you actually get. We ultimately switched to a similar tool that cost about half as much.

“Useful email automation”
Pros
The integrated CRM features and email sending tools have been really useful for my small business. It ties everything together nicely so managing contacts and running email campaigns feels much more simplified than using separate tools.
Cons
Doesn't have as much brand recognition with customers which can make people a bit less familiar with it when you mention it.

“interface is userfriendly”
Pros
Marketing products can be tough to get a handle on but this software felt different for us. The interface is user friendly so it's simple to move around and take advantage of the features. We were able to upgrade our marketing workflow by automating a bunch of the repetitive tasks, instead of doing them manually. Building well personalized campaigns also feels manageable and that's helped us generate better quality leads and bring more customers into the business.
Cons
Getting started was difficult at first but the customer support team stepped in and guided us through it. Once we picked up the basics, the whole experience became a lot more comfortable.

“solid automations”
Pros
Email automations run reliably and there are plenty of actions you can set up.
Cons
Managing emails with it isn't as easy as I'd expected. There's no option to filter contacts by things like location. Also, I keep getting spam from sources I can't track, coming through across all my capture forms.

“Highly customizable set up”
Pros
Its initial ease of use and the wide range of features really stand out. It didnt take much time to learn even when you're just getting started. There are also plenty of strong automation options, plus lots of ways to customize the setup.
Cons
Even though the pricing has several tiers, the more advanced plans end up being quite a bit more expensive. It's fairly user friendly at first but the platform can start to feel complicated if you don't have some marketing experience and you want to take advantage of all the advanced features it offers.

“Easy to use interface”
Pros
UI is really user friendly and I was able to get the hang of the software within a couple of days. Setting up workflow automation was simple and it's also been helpful for tracking our email metrics.
Cons
The pricing for its more advanced features can feel a bit too expensive for small businesses. It would be great if the company offered more customized solutions for different customer types.

“Powerful automation features”
Pros
Easy to navigate interface and genuinely powerful automation features. The platform includes a wide range of tools that make email marketing, segmentation and automations feel effortless. The built in CRM has been a major win for me as it keeps all my contact info and interaction history together in one place which makes day to day follow ups much simpler. There are also strong tracking and reporting options that help me read how people are behaving so I can adjust campaigns based on real audience activity. On top of that the email customization options plus the visual automation builder make it much easier to put together campaigns that perform well.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about because everything has been working well overall. Still if you're brand new to email marketing or you're coming from a simpler platform, expect a bit of a learning curve at the start. The sheer number of features is a real advantage but it can feel like information overload until you figure out what you actually need.

“high value tool”
Pros
Has a ton of capabilities that can really pay off when you actually use them. It includes email campaign execution, email management, CRM functions and more. After I brought in someone to help run a campaign for me, the value of the platform became really clear.
Cons
Setting up by myself was genuinely challenging and took far more time than I could justify so I eventually hired an expert to set up the campaigns I needed since my time is more valuable elsewhere.
