“useful AI insights”
Pros
Feature rich email marketing platform that's kept getting better over time without losing the momentum it already had. The newer AI features are a real help for analyzing our campaigns and pulling out what's actually working. I've been using it for contact and lead management for about six years now and it's still solid secure, flexible and highly customizable.
Cons
Nothing negative to report. I genuinely enjoy the platform's flexibility and how simple it is to work with. The variety of forms and sequences lets me run more advanced marketing flows and it consistently supports sales every month.

“Powerful marketing automation”
Pros
What I like most about it is the incredibly powerful marketing automation. The visual workflow builder feels like the best option on the market. With the drag and drop interface, we can set up complex campaigns and branching logic without getting stuck in anything technical. That ends up saving us a huge amount of time day to day and it also helps make sure no lead slips through the cracks.
Cons
User interface gets updated too frequently. The design and even the menu structure change fairly frequently and the differences aren't always obvious right away. Sometimes a feature is moved compared to the previous day even though it used to be in a different spot so it can be pretty frustrating during regular work and ends up costing extra time.

“all in one CRM”
Pros
I really like how it combines our sales and marketing activities into a single intelligent platform, without making it feel complicated to use. It automatically pulls in and organizes leads from our website, trade shows, product enquiries and referrals so nothing falls through the cracks right from the start. The lead nurturing is especially strong. Being able to set up automated customer journeys that educate prospects on machinery specifications, financing options, maintenance services and even customer success stories has kept people engaged throughout our longer B2B buying cycles. On top of that the integrated CRM and pipeline management give us full visibility into every deal, from the initial enquiry all the way through quotation, demonstrations, negotiation and final hire. Behavioral lead scoring is another highlight. It helps spot high intent prospects based on how they interact which makes it much easier for our sales team to focus on opportunities most likely to convert. Advanced segmentation also lets us adapt campaigns to different industries, customer profiles and buying behaviors so the messaging feels relevant. The AI powered recommendations add another layer, improving campaign performance and lead qualification. Since we can send email, SMS and WhatsApp from the same platform, we're able to communicate through the channels our customers actually prefer. Overall, these features have helped us attract better quality leads, shorten sales cycles and reliably close more business.
Cons
The platform has already proven to be the best fit for our sales and marketing needs. Acquisition and implementation costs felt reasonable given what we're getting and we've consistently found strong value across every feature. It performs exactly as expected.

“Strong CRM + AI for campaigns”
Pros
Brings our marketing and sales teams together in one place. The built in CRM lets us manage pipelines, keep tabs on deals and score leads so nothing slips through the cracks and every opportunity gets followed up at the right moment. The AI powered Active Intelligence features have been especially helpful. Recommendations on the best times to send campaigns, suggestions to optimize content and better prioritization of high value prospects with more accuracy. On top of that the personalization and segmentation tools are a big win. We can customize messages based on things like customer behavior, location and engagement which makes campaigns feel more relevant and tends to perform better. I also appreciate the multi channel marketing options: email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns can all be coordinated from a single platform, while engagement is tracked across each channel. Overall, these features have helped us build stronger customer relationships, improve campaign results and create marketing experiences that feel more meaningful.
Cons
Delivered exactly what we expected from a marketing automation platform. The features work reliably, the interface is user friendly and we haven't run into any problems that disrupted our marketing operations. Honestly, there's nothing here that I'd point out as a real downside.

“best marketing solution”
Pros
It feels like a fully complete marketing solution and it connects with a broad range of third party services and apps.
Cons
Because it's so powerful and comprehensive, setup and integration with your preferred tools really benefit from having an expert on hand. The good news is they offer specialists across many countries who can help you get everything configured.

“great AI email campaign optimization”
Pros
The new AI integration is really solid. It helps optimize my email campaigns and also evaluates how efficient my segmentation is. That extra layer of analysis makes it easier to see what's working and where the targeting can be improved.
Cons
Contact limits are a bit tight and the upgrade for higher contact numbers is quite expensive. On top of that the dashboard doesn't feel fully clear yet so it's not always obvious which tools come with which subscription tier.

“Connects everything smoothly”
Pros
This has been the best setup I've used for offers marketing automation, customer relationship management and sales engagement. Everything feels connected so managing customer outreach and tracking sales activity is much more organized than juggling separate tools.
Cons
There isn't a free plan and the trial only provides very limited access. Because of that, it may not be the best fit for a smaller business that needs to test it more thoroughly before committing.

“efficient automation”
Pros
We rely on this for both client communication and internal workflows and it's been a solid addition to our toolset. The email automation features really cut down on manual work especially around bookings and following up on customer questions coming in from different time zones. The contact segmentation is impressively accurate and I also appreciate that it integrates cleanly with our existing CRM. It makes sorting through client data a lot more organized and less time consuming.
Cons
Reporting could use some further development. While analytics are available, getting more detailed metrics can feel a little awkward and it sometimes requires exporting data into other tools. I've also noticed minor delays when updating workflows that have multiple conditions. It's not a deal breaker but it can be annoying when you need to react quickly like during peak tourist season.

“Solid email marketing tool”
Pros
ActiveCampaign has turned into a solid email marketing tool and it's also become a strong WhatsApp marketing platform. The features are genuinely useful especially the AutoResponder workflows, plus the added AI capabilities that help with campaign setup and optimization.
Cons
Pricing can feel steep for beginners and newer users. Email and WhatsApp marketing also come with different costs and that can make the overall setup add up pretty fast.

“outdated UI”
Pros
Their APIs worked well for our company and let us build an integration to transfer information from our main CRM. It was practical for connecting systems and getting our data flowing the way we needed.
Cons
UI feels pretty outdated and it also isn't fully integrated with a few major CRMs so we ended up having to build some of the integrations ourselves.

“amazing email management”
Pros
Email management combined with the contact management features is genuinely impressive and it lets our commercial team neatly segment our worldwide network of glass dealers and concrete contractors based on each one's product acquisition history.
Cons
The cost feels steep for the value especially as our international B2B database keeps growing. Also, support is far too slow particularly when we need to set up tricky security permissions for our regional salespeople.

“affordable email marketing platform”
Pros
Delivers cost effective email marketing that's hard to beat on price compared to a lot of other tools.
Cons
Even though I was only on a lower tier plan, I kept running into situations where I wanted to use premium features. Since my small business hasn't earned enough yet to justify upgrading, it ended up being pretty frustrating.

“powerful segmentation”
Pros
Let me set up pretty detailed segmentation and the automation builder feels easy to work with. I can put campaigns together without having to wrestle with complicated menus and it's easy to map the workflow the way I need.
Cons
Pricing is the only thing that's really holding me back. The plan costs feel a bit steep and I'd love to see lower monthly pricing or more budget friendly options geared toward small businesses.

“simple to customize”
Pros
This software's email management customization feels about as capable as you can realistically get. There are tons of ways to build automated campaigns that segment based on what recipients do, choose timing intervals and manage contacts using tags, labels, lists and more.
Cons
That said the sheer number of features can be a bit much at times. The interface can feel crowded so it's not always immediately clear where to find exactly what you need. Still, things have improved. Design tweaks have cleaned up some of the clutter over time and there are more templates now which means you're doing less work from scratch.
