“Very well designed”
Pros
We been using this more than 2 years ago, replacing another provider we'd been using for a while but that no longer really met our needs. It is easy to use and overall feels well designed. The different features make it possible to handle everything we need for both email and email based advertising campaigns. Since we started using it, we've also noticed a clear increase in the delivery rate of the emails we send to our lists.
Cons
Customer support could be more proactive. Response and resolution times for requests are sometimes a bit slow. That said since the software itself is solid and well built, we rarely need to contact them.

“smooth connection with Weebly webhost”
Pros
Connected smoothly with my Weebly webhost and the whole setup feels really user friendly. I use it to generate leads on my site by offering visitors coupons right when they stop by which helps turn casual traffic into sign ups.
Cons
Costs climb as you unlock more features. It also doesn't have Zapier integration yet.

Pros
Has really strong support for its users. They offer online training, lots of useful resources and a dedicated support team that helps businesses get the most out of the platform.

Email editor doesn't include as many design options as a few competing tools. If you need highly customized emails, that limitation may feel restrictive.

“lead generation made simple”
Pros
This product makes marketing work a lot more manageable by offering key services like bulk email, lead generation and a few other supporting options. Previously, these same activities used to take a huge amount of time but now the workflow feels much faster and more organized.
Cons
It would be better if the company added a few tutorials so new users can quickly understand how to use the services and get the most out of the software.

“helpful automation for marketing”

Best automation tool I've found for marketing and sales teams. It helped our workflow move so much faster my teammate ended up getting her work done about three times quicker.

“tag management simplify list making”
Pros
The way tag handling works lets you keep multiple sub lists under a single overall list which makes day to day organization much easier. For example: you can set up a "Clients" list and then use tags like "Buyers March," "Buyers April," and "Returns" to break everything down without juggling separate lists.
Cons
Transactional email setup feels pretty complicated to deal with.

“Great CRM”
Pros
As a CRM specialist, one of ActiveCampaign's biggest strengths is how user friendly it is and how well it works for team collaboration. That makes it a really solid fit for small businesses that want to automate their marketing and improve customer communication. It also includes a full suite of marketing automation features like automated email sending, list segmentation, behavioral analytics and message personalization so you can design campaigns without jumping through hoops.
Cons
Even though ActiveCampaign is a powerful, fairly affordable marketing automation tool, it won't be a perfect match for every business. Larger companies dealing with huge amounts of data may feel the platform falls short when it comes to advanced personalization needs or more in depth reporting capabilities.

“scalable CRM for startups”
Pros
Reasonably priced for getting a new business up and running with small to medium sized contact lists. The setup also scales well and it's the kind of tool you can keep using over the long term.
Cons
While the core workflow is there, customizing and integrating things like pipelines, funnels, onboarding and delivery stages feels limited. It also doesn't include support ticketing features which makes it harder for our delivery and support team to manage requests in one place.

“top choice for marketing globally”
Pros
I like that there's no required credit card to start and you can try it with a free trial. It's also used across more than 170 countries which makes me feel confident in the platform. I really enjoy the drag and drop automation builder especially since it comes with pre built automation flows. The whole interface is easy to navigate and the actions feel simple to work with while still offering plenty of options. Another big plus is that there's no need for coding skills as setup is basically instant which is honestly really convenient.
Cons
One downside is that there aren't any free plans and the trial is limited to 14 days. I also wish the customer chat box were a bit more helpful especially when it comes to answering specific questions or addressing particular concerns.

“strong audience targeting function”
Pros
As a digital marketer, I'm always hunting for tools that reduce busywork and keep my workflow moving. this has become one of my go to options for email marketing and automation. The feature set is genuinely powerful and the interface feels user friendly enough that I can build and send targeted emails to my subscriber lists without much friction. What really helps is the automation side. Setting up lead nurturing sequences is simple and it's been effective for guiding prospects toward becoming customers.
Cons
Pricing is the only sticking point. It feels pricey though the capabilities you get make it easier to justify the cost for what it can do.

“Highly flexible”
Pros
Offers a wide range of ways to simplify advertising and sales workflows. It covers things like automated email campaigns, lead nurturing and process automation so teams can run routines without constant manual work. The platform is highly flexible making it easier to design both marketing and automation workflows to match a company's specific needs. It helps you reach people across email, SMS social media and more so you can engage customers where they prefer to interact. You can create detailed audience segments and deliver more relevant, personalized content which helps improve targeting and messaging. It is known for solid support options, including phone, chat and email, plus a thorough knowledge base.
Cons
With so many features and customization options, it can be tough for new users to get oriented and figure out the best setup right away. Compared with some other email marketing tools, the reporting capabilities feel narrower which makes tracking and analyzing performance a bit harder. Pricing tends to be above several competitors so it can cost more for small businesses or startups. It doesn't include a built in CRM which can be a downside for companies looking for an all in one marketing and sales pipeline. Email plan/template choices are more limited than what some competing platforms offer so it can be harder to design highly polished, visually engaging emails.

Pros
The integration works well with most of the apps in the e commerce ecosystem. The email functionality, at least in my case, really helps me deliver promotional messages and Active does a great job with that.

“powerful automation with great analytics”
Pros
Using this has been really positive for me as its both easy to use and flexible. Building marketing automation flows feels accessible and I can customize email content and rules based on what contacts do, plus set up automation triggers without jumping through hoops. The built in library of professional email templates also helps a lot when you want to launch quickly instead of starting from a blank page. On top of that the reporting is a big win. Its analytics and performance tracking let me monitor open rates, click through rates, conversion rates and other deeper metrics so I can see what's working and keep refining campaigns over time.
Cons
Might be too expensive if you're a small business or working with a tighter budget. Also, the interface may feel somewhat complex for brand new users at first though the help materials and training resources do a decent job of easing that learning curve. Overall, I'd still recommend it to teams that want stronger marketing automation and better visibility into customer engagement its feature set and practical usability make it a solid option across business sizes.

“strong automation and email analytics”
Pros
In our organization, this has been a solid choice for handling and automating our email communication. It's genuinely helped us improve the customer experience through practical, effective marketing tactics. The email template builder is flexible enough to let us create multiple templates that still stay on brand. The analytics are also quite detailed so we can monitor visibility and engagement without guessing. Beyond templates and reporting, it covers the essentials well landing page creation, email collection, automated email sending and tagging contacts. That combination makes it approachable even for newer users. Pricing feels reasonable too which is a big plus for small to mid sized businesses. Support has been responsive as well, typically getting back with answers to basic questions within 24 hours. Overall, it's a tool I'd gladly recommend if you want to automate email campaigns and strengthen your customer experience.
Cons
One thing that's been annoying is that each contact can only be linked to a single email address. A lot of people use multiple inboxes and even though I get why multi address support could be abused, the workaround still doesn't really address the real world situation.
