“template storage is well organized”
Pros
Template storage in the system is great and it's simple to keep everything organized without extra hassle.
Cons
Finding the right item in the menu can be difficult sometimes and then I have to dig a bit to locate what I need.

“strong website integration”
Pros
Integrates well with my website and it lets me dial in a solid level of automation. Once it's set up, the whole workflow feels much more organized than the tools I used before.
Cons
The biggest frustration is that quite a few people never get my newsletter and I still can't pinpoint the cause. Also, compared to Mailchimp, designing the emails is a bit harder so I'm still figuring out how this email designer works.

“Weak analytics”
Pros
The switch from HubSpot went smoothly in terms of migration. Their team handled the move for us which made the transition a lot less painful than I expected.
Cons
There's no built in way to see how many times specific web pages or blog posts were viewed, similar to what HubSpot offers. It might be a coincidence but after switching, our lead volume dropped significantly and spam from CTA forms jumped about ten times. On top of that getting a support call is painfully slow it usually takes at least two weeks to get scheduled.

“tagging driven segmentation that works”
Pros
Just started using this after using a free email marketing option because I wanted more solid features especially tagging. With that in place, it's been much simpler to organize my audience and segment my email campaigns so they actually match different groups.
Cons
After the switch my open rates dropped noticeably. I've gone through their help resources and it sounds like this might be temporary once people keep engaging and my list builds trust again, the numbers could rebound. There's also the possibility that the timing lined up with the holidays which may have affected engagement.

“efficient reporting”
Pros
Reporting that shows how many people are clicking on my links and how many subscribers are opting out of my emails. Having that visibility made it easier to understand what's working and what needs improvement.
Cons
Getting the hang of all the features took a bit of effort, the interface was more complicated than I was hoping for and the pricing seemed a little steep compared to what the product delivers.

“easy to build automations”
Pros
Very easy to build automations and set up sequences. Sharing automations with others is also a nice touch. While the pricing is a bit higher than several competing tools, it feels justified given what the AC CRM covers. Overall, the AC CRM seems to cover the core requirements a digital business typically needs.
Cons
Pricing could be improved, it would be better if they reduced the plan costs slightly. Also, verification for their affiliate program is quite tricky.

“complicated setup”
Pros
It's workable if you can sort everything out yourself or if you're willing to pay a lot to have an expert configure it for you.
Cons
This platform is seriously overcomplicated. I had it set up for me because I honestly wouldn't have been able to figure it out. After that, using it still turns into a time sink almost every time I try to do anything, I end up wasting 30 60 minutes dealing with their frustrating chat support. If they offered calls, it would probably get fixed in about 5 minutes.

“strong drag and drop feature”
Pros
Once I got the hang of it, putting together emails didn't feel that difficult at all. The drag and drop editor is genuinely helpful and the overall dashboard layout is pretty solid too. On top of that I've had a few really positive chats with customer support whenever questions came up they were quick to respond, friendly and actually useful.
Cons
One thing I'm not into is that the analytics I want aren't available at a glance. For instance if I'm trying to see how a specific email performed, I can't find the Click to Open Rate on the spot I have to jump through Reports, then Campaign Performance. It would be much better if those key metrics were visible immediately when I click "View Report." I also find the Campaign Performance section layout a bit awkward, it's easy to end up looking at the wrong row which makes it harder to spot the exact data you're after.

“helped run my campaigns more effectively”
Pros
There are plenty of advanced features I can use to run my campaigns more effectively and the deliverability rate has been top notch. I also really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with other third party tools especially Salesforce.
Cons
Performance can feel slow at times and the more advanced features aren't the easiest to wrap your head around.

“Smart tagging”
Pros
Setup isn't take much effort and the drag and drop editor feels familiar compared to other platforms but it still feels more flexible and customizable than a lot of alternatives. Templates are also plentiful so you don't have to start from a blank page. What I genuinely value most are the tagging and scoring options as they make it much easier to segment the audience properly.
Cons
Because it includes a lot of advanced features, it could feel a little overwhelming if you're just starting out. That said, there are plenty of tutorials to get you up to speed and customer service looks available too but I haven't tried it yet so I can't really judge how responsive they are is.

“reliable delivery and simple sharing”
Pros
My emails reliably get delivered and that sending campaigns is simple. In general it's less complicated than a lot of other tools I've tried. Being able to share campaigns is a feature I appreciate a lot too I just need to use that option more often.
Cons
I do wish I understood the software better. There's a ton of functionality and I end up not using most of it. I'd benefit from some extra training or access to a specialist to help support setup and workflows.

“Managing lists is easy”
Pros
This has been one of the best drag and drop workflow builders I've used. Managing lists is very easy and the drip campaign builder is a real lifesaver when you want to set up automated sequences without writing code or wrestling with a complicated workflow tool. Support has also been very quick as most replies come in within about 24 hours.
Cons
Reporting is a bit limited, both in capacity and in the kinds of options you can access. The dashboard can feel a little slow though that may come down to internet speed. Also, there's a learning curve so having some prior experience beforehand helps if you plan to manage more complex workflows.

“great software”
Pros
I work for a small business and I really appreciate how it comes with a bunch of personalized options that match your company size. The setup feels like it was designed to fit the way smaller teams operate.
Cons
Where it could be better is the way site tracking information and reports are shown. The data is there but the presentation needs a bit more clarity so it's easier to interpret at a glance.

An all in one tool that lets you handle a lot of different tasks, from generating and managing leads to running chat support directly on your website.

“best CRM out there”
Pros
For a small online insurance agency, it is honestly more valuable to us than any other software we run. If your goal is CRM automation and marketing automation, it's hard to find a better solution. When it fits your budget, the Enterprise plan is the one I'd point you to. Support has been fantastic and the unlimited calls option makes a big difference. Being able to work with the team on report building, automations and setup is a huge plus.
Cons
Their "Deals" area and the reporting/analytics side still feel unfinished. It's also pretty frustrating that custom reports are only available on the top priced plan.
