“broad range of features”

The amount of features available, along with the integrations, is a huge plus with this.

“convenient cloud workflows”
Pros
Everything I set up runs in the cloud so all activities are available to the whole team. Workflows, automation, email templates and client data stay together in one place which saves a lot of back and forth. I can manage work for myself or other people by building lists and sequences and I also use a linked mailbox to stay on top of what's happening. Since emails are logged and tracked, I can assign follow ups right away. The mobile app makes it possible to handle tasks directly from my phone. It works well for both small businesses and larger teams. I also appreciate that I can connect it with lots of other tools to simplify processes. Contact tracing feels simple and dependable and the email rating plus ongoing customer response tracking makes it easier to see what's working.
Cons
When I'm actively running a marketing campaign, I sometimes can't see responses in the contact history right away.

“Automations didnt work”
Pros
Form function works well and connecting it to WordPress was simple. Setup was quick enough that I could get it running without much difficulty.
Cons
The automation part didn't work for me at all which was disappointing since that feature is the main reason I was looking at the tool in the first place.

“in depth analytics that save time”
Pros
Really enjoying how detailed the analytics are in this. It's fast to spot where campaigns are stalling and to identify the leads that are actually worth following up which ends up saving a ton of both time and money.
Cons
I'd like to see more integration options available on my current Lite plan. For instance, being able to connect my e commerce platform directly to this would be helpful but that feature requires an upgrade which I'm not ready to do at the moment.

“helped boost client outreach”
Pros
My go to for managing email outreach for all my clients and I genuinely enjoy using it. Automation is the feature I reach for the most after spending some time learning it, I'm able to set up workflows that handle email sending automatically and help me connect with more potential clients.
Cons
ActiveCampaign's email tooling feels like a strong, budget friendly option compared to other email marketing platforms. Overall, it's become one of my favorite tools and it's been helping improve my company's performance.

“Worth it”
Pros
Packed with useful features without turning into a huge, hard to manage system. I was able to get set up quickly and it also includes a lot of content that helps you get more out of the platform over time. Using it has been enjoyable and the value you get for the price is honestly hard to beat. I've used HubSpot a fair bit before and this is a really solid alternative when you'd rather not pay hundreds of dollars per month.
Cons
Automation side takes a little time to wrap your head around but once it clicks, it's not difficult to build what you need.

“timely email targeting with CRM”
Pros
It nails sending the right email to the right customer at the right time. The CRM setup also feels genuinely suited for small businesses so day to day outreach and customer handling stay organized without being overly complicated.
Cons
Every so often there's a system incident that causes delays in service and delivery.

“feature rich marketing automation”
Pros
A well thought out program with lots of features and real flexibility. There's no shortage of integrations and the well structured API makes it even easier to connect everything. Building sales funnels, automations and campaigns is also simple so I can get ideas set up and running without too much hassle.
Cons
That said, I'd like it to be a bit more responsive. Occasionally automations fire late which throws a wrench into the workflow and makes testing and debugging more time consuming.

“a trusted tool for a reason”
Pros
A few marketing folks I trust recommended it and that carries a lot of weight. Once we started using it, integration with our shopping cart, course delivery and software delivery systems went smoothly. The real win is how it can automate the whole journey for buyers and prospects, helping move them through onboarding and into our ecosystem without so much manual work.
Cons
Can take a while to figure out how to use it and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to get up to speed with the software.

“automation that tracks engagement”
Pros
Being able to set up and run an automation that reliably tracks contact usage is a big win. It makes it clear whether people are opening and clicking the emails you send or not. The engaged/disengaged view is especially helpful for understanding how your contacts are responding over time.
Cons
A small workflow tweak would make this smoother something as basic as using the "Next" button to move between contacts, instead of backing out to the main contact menu and then selecting the next one again.

“affordable Salesforce integration”
Pros
This has been a solid, budget friendly option with really good value for money especially when you compare it to other tools for integrating with Salesforce. The Salesforce integration works well and the 'Advanced Search' stands out being able to use highly filterable values makes it much faster to find exactly what you need.
Cons
The Salesforce integration was fairly simple to set up but we'd love to see stronger two way integration and more granular control. Also, the GoogleSheets integration feels like it could be improved to be more reliable or feature complete.

“email marketing win”
Pros
Very user friendly even if you're not a marketing pro. We've mainly used it for two core pieces, CRM and email marketing and it already covers what our business needs. One feature I really appreciated is how they customize templates to match your branding, with a turnaround time of around 24 hours once you request it. They also offer it as a free service to get started. The onboarding program was solid too which helped us get set up without dragging it out.
Cons
Overall, it feels satisfying for small business needs so there isn't much to complain about.
