“Saved me a lot of time”
Pros
It cuts down on a lot of time after you get it down. Once I learned the flow, everything felt quicker to handle.
Cons
I wish there were more ready made email templates included so I could start faster without having to write as much from scratch.

“easy to use for non technical users”
Pros
Very beginner friendly as someone without a tech background can use this platform without stress.
Cons
There isn't anything I genuinely dislike. A few features don't get used on my side, mainly because my business is just me emailing my list.

“excellent customer support”
Pros
I liked the one on one customer service I get every month. The whole process impressed me everyone I worked with was professional, courteous and patient while helping me get my form up and running.
Cons
It would be nice if there were a built in social media post option though I get that a CRM may not be designed specifically for that.

“great value for money”
Pros
The standout thing for me is the level of power it gives you, while still keeping things pretty simple. You can roll out some of the most advanced and profitable email marketing strategies around, including things like Soap Opera Sequences. On top of that the mobile app is genuinely convenient and keeps getting better each year. It's also clear the company is run by people who actually care about making an impact, not just pushing features. And the best part is that getting started is very affordable which makes it easy to dive in without feeling locked out by cost.
Cons
The main place I'd want improvement is the email editor. It still feels a bit slow. It's not unusable or awful but it doesn't feel as enjoyable as some newer competitors especially when it comes to email editing (ConvertKit comes to mind). Even with that, the sheer capability and the roadmap for development are what keep me choosing this over ConvertKit. Also worth noting: it integrates with almost everything.

“powerful marketing automation”
Pros
Comes with a really solid marketing automation setup that feels both simple and genuinely powerful. The email marketing features are excellent. Using it, we set up drip campaigns to nurture leads and move them toward closing sales. The automations and triggers are easy to configure so building campaigns doesn't become a hassle. I'm also able to track every action my subscribers take which helps a lot with follow ups and optimization.
Cons
Their email marketing reporting can feel a bit slow.

“responsive customer support”
Pros
Has the best customer service. Every question no matter how small gets answered and the team helps without ever making me feel dumb for asking. setting up and maintaining campaigns and automations is also easy and I recently upgraded a tier specifically so I could integrate with my woocommerce shop. On top of that the help articles are really thorough and actually cover what you need.
Cons
I'd like it if campaigns and automations could be automatically resent after a set time when a customer hasn't opened them yet.

“Covers everything you need”
Pros
There's plenty of room to grow and it covers essentially everything you could ever want and honestly even more. One standout feature is being able to connect SamCart integrations so you can track the amount of income generated by each individual campaign.
Cons
Would love a slightly cleaner user interface in a few spots, particularly inside the email creation pop ups.

“knowledgeable support team”
Pros
I used to rely on Mailchimp which was pretty easy to use but it felt limited. Switching to this has been a big upgrade as there's a lot more power under the hood. My favorite part is the monthly calls with an expert, where they walk through improvements and show me how to enhance my user experience.
Cons
Getting started was a bit tougher than I expected. Once I worked through everything the extra features and settings it clicked and I realized it's far more capable than it seemed at first.

“interactive pipeline”
Pros
Everything about it feels well thought out. The layout works really nicely when you want to view your pipeline and share it with multiple team members. The team can all jump in, update records and move leads through each stage without friction. The board view is especially interactive and easy to use. We also get a lot of value from the Gmail integration. It makes it easy to track how much your email campaigns are actually affecting prospects and it clearly shows how many emails were sent to each client. You don't have to keep checking your inbox just to confirm details.
Cons
Some feature can be limiting if you need more customization like a more flexible signature setup or the ability to add extra elements beyond what's available in the current options.

“well organized contact lists”
Pros
Managing my contacts is effortless and setting up email automations is surprisingly easy even without a lot of training. I'm also able to build pretty complex automation flows when I need more control.
Cons
The cost climbs fast as my contact list grows which can get pricey once you scale up.

“automation works well”
Pros
Discovering that it lets me build landing pages was a pleasant surprise. It's also really handy that I can trigger emails when someone subscribes to my list, clicks a button on a landing page or completes a similar action.
Cons
It would be more convenient if the uploaded files and images were stored in a single shared place. Right now, when I upload pictures for email campaigns, they don't show up in the media section while I'm building a landing page. The result also doesn't feel very polished if your target audience cares a lot about design and aesthetics, I can see why you might want a more visually focused solution.

“Super customizable”
Pros
Includes really detailed automation triggers which makes the whole automation setup super customizable based on what each client actually needs. The tagging and segmentation tools are also laid out in a way that's simple to put into practice and easy to follow. On top of that their customer support has been excellent they're quick to respond and genuinely helpful when questions come up.
Cons
The only snag I keep running into is that ActiveCampaign isn't very welcoming for users who have little or no tech background. A few of my less technical clients struggle to understand how the system works and even where to go to check things like reports which can slow them down.

“powerful marketing automation suite”
Pros
A solid choice if you need serious marketing automation without giving up an all in one setup. It also ties into both a sales CRM and a customer CRM so you can manage your funnel and customer data in one place. Tracking contacts through the full lifecycle from initial lead to becoming a customer and staying engaged longer term feels well supported. You also get helpful alerts, built in email creation and sending, advanced automation/sequence management, strong reporting and plenty of other useful features.
Cons
Pricing is the part I like the least since it's a bit higher than some competitors but the feature set tends to justify the cost especially if your marketing needs are genuinely complex.

“Great UX”
Pros
It's a really powerful tool and I'm genuinely happy with the decision. The UX is great. Uploading and cleaning my databases was quick and simple and it was also easy to use one of the many templates to launch my first campaign. The whole reporting system is comprehensive, with real time visibility into how the campaigns are performing. The A/B testing experience was especially exciting I went from 28% open rate to over 55% just by adjusting the "subject." Webinars are also a strong point: they feel focused, agile and packed with useful detail. Attendance tracking, the help library and the follow up mailings round it out nicely.
Cons
It took me a bit to understand the difference between "lists" and "contacts" so I could set up proper segmentation. I've only done a few basic integrations so far and they're working well but I can tell the potential is huge I just haven't spent enough time exploring that side yet.
